One of the most relaxing Office Depots I've visited. The area must not be super busy, because everytime I've visited it's been empty. Associates all try to help you, which might scare away some people. Parking can get hectic, as it's shared with Foodland. Spaces are kind of tiny. FYI

First of all, I got no help from anyone despite multiple employees being around. I bought 200 worth of merchandise including a backback, and a laptop bag. I totally understand employees are supposed to look in everything, but the cashier literally looked at me the entire time like I was trying to hide things in the bags. Went through them so thoroughly I thought she was going to buy it. This is the second time I have been to this store and the second time this has happened. No more Office Depot depot for me.

Went to buy some tax forms there. The employees were very helpful in helping me find them. They even asked if I needed any help while I was just looking around. That's very rare for me these days even in a big store with tons of employees. They did not know exactly what the difference in the tax forms packages were, but went out of there way to find out for me. I don't blame them. I don't think anyone in this country understands tax forms anyway, why should we expect them? Great experience though and I do believe I received the correct package of forms. This store carries a ton of products. Please be patient with these guys.

I ordered a toner cartridge online from Office Depot. It was supposed to be delivered in four days. A week after the delivery date it still hadnt been delivered. Then I got an email from Office Depot saying the item HAD been delivered. When I called them to say I didn't have it, they admitted the carrier they used "Postal Express" had, in fact, NOT delivered the item due to "weather". (However, there has been no adverse weather here.) They said the carrier would deliver the item "in about four days". Worst service ever. Order online from them at your own risk.

They offer loyal customers (20+ yrs) a discount coupon... 20% off regular prices, but it excludes HP toners, they know we need it & charge the outrageous cost of $74.76 for 1 combo pack of black & white XL & 1 regular tri-color cartridges. HP sells the printers cheap, they know they're going to get us on the toner costs, what a rip off, not happy.

They can fulfill your basic supply needs but if you're looking for anything specific or unusual, do the online in-store location option, and then call the store to double check that it ACTUALLY is in the store. Do not be fooled by negligent in-store inventory maintenance, it will get you every time! I can never find someone when I need help, so pretty much you have to go ask the cashier, which usually involves waiting in line as there are only two cashier stations at most.

I got this call from a caller ID daying Sheriff's Department. The guy said I had a warrant out for my arrest for missing jury duty. Even though I never got a summons. He said I was going to be arrested unless I immediately paid $2,000 to quit the summons, and other very scary stuff. Anyways, I had to go to Office Depot to put it on REload it cards. They gave very good sounding reasons for all this. The nice lady at Office Depot wouldn't sell me the cards, said I was being scammed. And told me to go to the police station and find out if I did have a warrant. I called there, and there was no warrant. I might sound like a stupid person but they were so threatening, with so many details seeming to validate what they were saying. Office Depot saved me $2000, and maybe more meaning my life, since I was supposed to meet them at some "police" location. For 3 hours they kept me on the phone, while I did all this....because they said I was a flight risk due to the warrant...now I know they didn't want me to talk to anyone about what was happening. Long story. Thanks for training your people well Office Depot.

Calling them at times to check inventory was tough with long wait times so I just use their online stock check. Nice to still have local store to buy so I don't have to wait to get it shipped. I was help by an older Filipino lady her name started with Me i came here to pront out my resume first and probably last time to this location if felt like she didn't want to be there she was giving everyone audited and then i was next in line just bad vibes all the was till check out no customer service skills at all. I was having an alsome day until i came here.

Convenient location with ample parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they honored their a coupon I had difficulty using. Calling them at times to check inventory was tough with long wait times so I just use their online stock check. Nice to still have local store to buy so I don't have to wait to get it shipped. Price matching is much better than 10 years ago and it has come a long way. Will continue to shop here and support them.

I have done all my services thru Dillingham for 8yrs because of the prior awesome customer service people who no longer are working there. Today was the worse ever customer service I have received from the print shop area. Not the same anymore. Print area customer service sucks!!

The staff were helpful at the shipping desk. This store is old and a little run down but the shelves seemed well stocked. It is nice to have the ability to ship UPS or USPS after hours and on the weekend but that is about all I use the store for.

Office Depot lost another long term customer. I can't return anything for the actual price without the receipt. They wanted to give me three dollars for the nine dollar item I had purchased less than two weeks before. The page protectors were in perfect shape, still in the box with the plastic wrap intact. They didn't care that I had my Office Depot card, my I.D., or the credit card used to purchase the item. Nope. So, I have to waste my time, go back to my law office, find the receipt in my bookkeeper's files and come back to Office Depot to get the lousy SIX DOLLARS that they owe me anyway. I won't be shopping there any more. They didn't care that I have been a customer for several years. They didn't care that I had spent tens of thousands of dollars at their store. They were more concerned with grabbing SIX DOLLARS than retaining a customer. So be it.

Horrible customer service or lack there of. Was not greeted like other customers when I came in. Finally found what I was looking for but was locked up. Waited while a girl helped some other people then got ignored and walked passed. Then found another employee helping an older lady. So stood there patiently waiting for him to get done with her. I was like 3ft beside the lady . Then a friend of the employee walks up and they walk off together talking so I just left the building. Was in building for at least 30 minutes and couldn't get any help.

Know what your after before you come in.. don't ask for help..you will be lost if you do. DO NOT use the print shop..its that bad. The employee's remind me of a used stereo shop. Look for the one not sagging his pants or the women not on her bluetooth talking to her BF. That'll be the one that might can point you in the direction of the ink..but don't ask them to show you.

Debbie K. I went to Office Depot to buy a printer. A guy helped me I'm sorry I didn't get his name. I told him I just wanted a plain simple printer. I laughed and told him we all old at my house we need simple things. He explained about the different printers they had talking about the different features. He was so friendly, patient and great sense of humor. After deciding which printer I wanted I purchased one. He helped me carry it to the register I thanked him for all his help and patience. He also offered to carry the printer to my car but I told him thank you I can carry it. After I got home my brother was trying to put in the ink cartridges in but couldn't figure out how to open the cover. I told him call Office Depot and ask. He called and the same guy answered he was so nice and patiently explained to my brother how to open the cover. Once again he was friendly and patient. I am so sorry I didn't get his name. Thank you so much for all your help.
