If you want your IT needs fulfilled in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner, Korey Wong is your man. He came to my residence, picked up my equipment and discussed what needed to be done. I wanted to transfer data from one computer to the other. The older computer had Windows XP and originally, I wanted to have Windows 7 installed in the newer computer but he advised me that support for Windows 7 would cease in Jan 2020. He then proceeded to give me several options that still included staying with Windows 7. I eventually opted to have Windows 10 installed with MS Office 2019 as an investment. He also helped me with my data backup by adding a Seagate portable drive so I can do backups. He purchased all these items for me, installed them then billed me along with his flat fee service of about $90. If you took your computer to him and wanted it done asap, he'd charge you by the hour. So, it's better if you have him pick it up. After he delivered the computer, he sat with me and went through all the changes, updates, etc. He told me that I could text him at any time to help with new changes, particularly with maneuvering around Windows 10. If you want to fulfill your IT needs right and at an affordable price, Korey Wong of Nacron Productions is your man. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did.
