The people here are great. My first encounter with Mobile Remedies was for a warranty for a broken screen. They had it fixed in a few hours. A few weeks later, the screen failed to sense touch. The team fixed my phone with practically no paper work and zero charge. I also watched them work with other customers and they were always very professional and extremely competent. If you break your phone, MobileRemedies is my first stop on the island.

I got my iPhone 5s wet in Kauai and brought it to Mobile Remedies upon landing in Maui. I picked the phone up the next day and the battery didn't last long. I called and the tech let me know that they didn't have appropriate time to test and to bring it back. The second trip resulted in them deciding the phone was dead and removing the new battery and putting back my original parts. I called and the tech said to bring it back in which I did right before leaving Maui and the result was still a broken phone. In short the techs were courteous but not skilled and I wasted 5 days chasing this process without resolution. The good news is that I was provided a full refund and then while desperate I restored the phone once in CA and got it to work.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this family run business! We had come to Maui on vacation and I dropped my iPhone in the water on Saturday afternoon. We went back to the hotel and tried to dry it out but it just would not come back to life. I started doing some research on the internet to see if I could get another iPhone at an affordable price but I was looking at needing to pay over $500 to buy a new one! Then I googled cell phone repair and came across MobileREMEDIES and gave them a call on Sunday morning. I talked to a very nice girl (sorry, do not remember her name..) and she said that she may be able to fix my phone! So, we came right into the store and left the phone. She called 4 hours later (on a Sunday!) and said that the phone was fixed!!! She saved the day! IT WAS VERY AFFORDABLE, AROUND $100.....She was soo nice and really went out of her way to help us. I highly recommend MobileREMEDIES to anyone that needs help with their phone. They also sell refurbished phones!

Horrible glass. This IS NOT FACTORY GLASS! Lines going through my entire screen. Cracked by simply rubbing a spot off of the glass. Weak spot by ear piece. (iPhone) I will remove this poor rating IF/WHEN they fix my phone with REAL FACTORY glass... And had better not think that the crack was due to user.

These guys took my phone, replaced the screen, then broke the home button, then replaced the fix screen with the broken screen, gave me the phone back and told me pay $300 to apple to get fixed after me waiting 4 hours. They made the phone worse.

Dropped my iPhone 6+ this morning and shattered the glass screen. These guys at MR quoted me $225 plus tax to replace the glass. Just prior to this call, I had checked with my Apple Store on the mainland (Portland, OR) and was quoted $129 for the exact same repair. I asked the MR guy why the huge difference in cost, especially after learning the glass only cost them $8 and the the time involved is only about 10 minutes to complete. His answer (you'll love this) was: "There's really not much margin/profit in iPhone glass replacement repairs" - I'm a small businessman and would never begrudge someone/business from making a FAIR profit, but this is nothing short of out-and-out price gouging. *** In regards to the owner's response below, which is dated an entire year after my review says volumes! - When I returned to the mainland, I went to the Apple store and had the phone repaired at a cost of $129 and it took less than 30 minutes to get the job done.
