Lucky to have a tech savy guy like Shaun right here in Kona. Knows how to build a great machine, and the long term service is right there. Ask for the upgrades, he puts more in than you'll know. Kudos!

Sean is awesome. He offers great service and fair pricing. I would recommend any business get custom builds from Falcon because they will end up being much more cost effective than any off the rack mass market Dell, HP, Lenovo etc. I made the mistake of getting a lenovo desktop that failed after 2 years! Sean hooked me up with an inexpensive but custom solution in a few days and now I know if anything goes wrong I can take it over to him for a quick fix instead of sitting on the phone with someone in india feeling frustrated. Highly recommend Falcon Computers if you are in or near Kona

I have bought 2 computers here at Falcon in Kamuela/Waimea and have sent my friends and family to buy here also. They make custom computers with quality parts that have individual part warranties as well as a shop guarantee that matches the name brands. They are priced about the same as the cheap Costco system but MUCH better.The people in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. I can always trust that I am getting the best deal and I love having a local shop in case I have any questions or issues, Repairs are very reasonably priced and that I can talk to a nice person face to face if I need anything is very important. I can trust Falcon will take care of me personally and treat me like friend not just a voice on the phone (they give great advice on the phone though too). They have a delivery service also in case you cant get to the shop to pick up . Beware that Falcon Hilo is NOT the same people but named their shop the same to run on Falcon Kamuelas great reputation. For great service and prices Go to the Kamuela/ Waimea shop.

When Falcon Computers fix my computers..... they are fixed! We,my family and I, have been using this guy since 2005. Not only have we had our computers looked after, we have purchased units that he has built. we are totally happy with his business ethic, service and products. They ARE the place my friend told us about. That's a recommendation !!!!

If you are going to publish your hours of operation, please actually commit to them. Your website and signage say that you are open until 4pm on Friday. Closing before 3:45 is pretty damned bush league.
