I've been using Monmouth Computer Associates for many years and they've always done an excellent job for me. They have set-up and repaired equipment, maximized my Wifi network and helped us automatically back up data that we needed. Recently they set up a new PC for me and diagnosed and fixed a problem I was having with another of my PC's. Dan, the owner, is always involved in the process and the associates I have dealt with, Marc and Nathan, are outstanding. They are very responsive, professional and have always taken the time to explain how to best utilize the equipment and systems I have. I would highly recommend them for your IT needs.

Our experience with Monmouth Computer Associates has been exceptional. We had an issue with our office computer system where we were unable to log in to our office software, no internet connection and our phone system was not operating properly. After remote sessions trying to troubleshoot and remedy the situation, Dan made arrangements to have his tech, Mark come over and investigate. Mark was able to diagnose the issue and brought with him a replacement for a very old component of our system. He also was kind enough to work with Optimum, our phone and internet service to ensure that all of our systems were working together. Monmouth Computers responded to our needs immediately, even following up the next day to make sure our system was working properly. Thank you Dan and Mark!

The guys from MCA are awesome. My computer crashed on a Thursday morning. I work from home and had a very busy day ahead of me, so I went into panic mode and started googling computer repair. A few places I called didn't answer the phone, but Dan did and was able to get to me that day. It turned out that I needed a whole new hard drive which was done for me in less than a week. I'm typing now from my lightning fast, practically new computer AND most importantly they were able to save all my data. A very service-oriented and trust worthy company.

I am very pleased I found Monmouth Computers! My Mac suddenly crashed and I was not sure who to call . They were able to come to my home , I recently had surgery and was somewhat restricted. The technician was very knowledgeable and after diagnosis took my unit. They were able to find the issue and return to set everything back up. My whole system is better now as they helped me with printer, iPhone questions etc. I will recommend them to friends!

The best! Dan was super helpful and educational in showing us what was appropriate for our video surveillance needs in our business. He came in a very timely manner, installed cameras and wiring (all very neat), and took the time to show us how to use the monitor and program. He also set up our phones to view the cameras, and when we had to change phones he was quick to make some time to help us reinstall the app and get it working. Highly recommended!

We have a local business for over 25 years selling mostly local photography and seascapes. Most of our photos for the last five years were stored on a Seagate drive that just stopped working one day. My big concern was security, giving out my drive meant exposing my files to whoever had access. A big gamble for me. I spoke with Dan, he assured me that our files were safe and secure at his company. Not all Seagate files can be repaired, but they were able to transfer my files to another new drive, nothing was lost in the process. Wow...we are so grateful to Dan and Monmouth Computer. I was experiencing some issues on my home PC and needed to update my knowledge on how to operate in a few area’s - in addition I wanted to learn more about my wi - fi and smartTV. I called for an appointment and my request was answered quickly. Marc the IT tech showed up at my house at the appointed time.He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. He quickly eliminated the issue with the PC and then taught me about my wi - fi and smart TV , we hooked up amazon Prime together. Marc taught me what I wanted to know in layman’s terms and then watched as I performed the necessary functions. I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the visit and all issues were addressed. Dan Carroll was a very professional guy who we could tell the minute he got on the computer he knew what he was doing...he does not come cheap....($200 bill) however the virus issues were eradicated from out Very heavily infected Desktop in 90 minutes or so...and were talking 1400 infected files....this was no small job...he was polite, explanatory and descriptive of what needed to be done...he does not jump right in and says "you owe me"....he tells the client what he/she us up against first, then delves into attacking the issue once given the green light....i asked for a couple dozen of his cards and have given out some 20 to people i know...whether they claimed PC issues or not...i would Never do that on my own if i did not trust him nor doubt his expertise....i knew i had this virus on my PC for six months thinking my provider could remedy it for free.....No such animal....he inherited my "mess" of a desktop and rid the entire computer of ALL infected elements...not 99%, =100%...hes the right man for Serious PC issues...thanks to Dan Carroll from my mother and I....
