Had a broken iPhone 6 screen and a bad battery. For a much better price than Apple, Cellairis tech Ricky repaired the phone with quality components while I watched. He first tested every phone feature for me, then disassembled and reassembled the phone in front of me, answering any and all questions I had regardless of how technical it was. *Updated Review* Great service and speed - they fixed my screen in about 20min, but now it doesn't work the same. The keypad won't type letters, sometimes I can't swipe to change screens or just open the phone. Luckily, I'll get an upgrade soon, but I would go somewhere else in the future. I've had my screen repaired at other shops and it's worked exactly the same, so this is definitely not normal.

During my time at Cellairis Phone Repair shop, the district manager, Ricky, repaired my phone himself. He repaired without any issues in a matter of minutes. Afterwards, he reassured by checking every part of the screen. In doing so, I knew the phone worked like a charm. I would definitely reccomend the shop over other shops in Dalton. Be sure to visit the shop whenever you have any issues with you phone

This place is a scam. Took my son's phone in to have the cracked screen fixed on his iphone 6+. The screen was replaced in about 15mins without issue. However, about a day later the home button quit working. I took the phone back to Cellairis and explained the situation to the repair guy. He started taking the phone apart and once apart, pulled the home button out and said "yea it broke due to being so old". Mind you this was not an issue before the screen was repaired. He then proceeded to replace the home button and stated it would be no charge. He had to replace the button 2 times before it actually functioned. The home button did start to work but now the phones touch ID doesn't and a message displaying "id touch not working" keeps popping up. When questioned the repair man stated "yea if we replace your home button it disables the touch ID because only apple buttons actual work for that feature". I sure wish I knew this before he worked on my phone. This place is just a generic cheap fix for screens and as soon as they open your phone up all warranties are void. You get what you pay for!

I repaired two screens in the Rocky Face store. Paid $100 for iPhone 6. Paid $150 for an iPhone 6s which Ricky repaired with what he admitted was a new brand. Said he had used it on 3 phones. It quit working on two of the three. Said mine would be number four. Said if I had any issues to call him and let him know. After only two months the screen turned black. Was told there was nothing they could do. Even when he admitted the screen was possibly defective (failed in 75% of phones). Don't waste your money here!!! The iPhone 6 screen was purple. Bad quality screens. Use a professional. I could've had Apple repair my phone for that price. They charge professional prices for inferior products.
