I would like to update my review to still 5 stars but add a comment of how special they are. I picked up a cartridge on Saturday knowing I would need for this week to do heavy printing. Once I changed the cartridge, it would not work. I sent an email yesterday in hopes I caught them before they closed (it was New Year's Eve) unfortunately, I did not. Eduardo was at my door today with a "fix" to my cartridge so I could continue on with a time-sensitive matter. Why do I say this, because Cartridge World was actually closed today (New Year Day) but he made a special trip just for our office on his day off. They are all amazing. You cannot go wrong by these guys. Rafael and his family truly care about their customers. They went the extra mile to help me figure out why my printer wasn't working with my computer and before long we got the problem solved. I also purchased my cartridges from them and they're great. I would highly recommend Cartridge World of Hiram.
