Really fantastic store. It's never slammed like Apple Stores are; I'm not sure people even know it's a certified Apple retailer. They offer repairs, classes, and sales of course. They're also really honest guys. About six years ago I took an iMac in to get the power button replaced. This in and of itself was pricy because of how the iMac is built-replacing the power button means replacing the entire back piece. During work, they made a mistake and fried the display, motherboard, and video card. They called me immediately and explained what happened; they'd caused about 1800 dollars of damage, none of which I was ever charged for. They could easily have lied to me and didn't.

I went in with an iPhone issue where my screen went black and wouldn’t do anything. It still connected to Bluetooth and my computer recognized it but the screen was kaput. I took it Apple Repair Center and handed it to the gentleman at the counter and he handed me back a working phone. Definitely an iPhone whisperer and I’ll be coming back any time I need an electronic device repaired!
