Brought in my son's new phone because the screen was unresponsive. I told them I wanted a new phone they said no, they would replace the screen. Told me to come back 1.5 hours later, I came back 2 hours later, phone was not even worked on, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, had to wait another hour. They said they could not fix the phone they would replace it, had to wait another hour, they gave me a new phone I asked if they had switched the sim cards, they took the phone and it took another 30 minutes.....horrible service

The only pity is the size of the store makes you feel like a chicken in a slaughterhouse - but very excellent team overall, and definitely classes above surrounding mall stores, no offense to certain mall stores. Great place, great communication, cool products, and they do their best within limits to truly help people.

The Apple Store fixed my cracked screen in about an hour and a half. While I was waiting I took one of their free classes and it was so good! The teacher’s name is Kaitlyn. She is amazing!! After her class I’m convinced that Keynote is so good. I totally want my nieces to take her class as they have classes for kids :-) They have lots of free classes that you can take about all sorts of things such as app development, coding, video editing. You can call Apple and make a reservation for your appointment so that you’re seen right away when you go in. It’s a very organized system and the people are really personable.

Jennifer was the employee that helped us today and even with them being crazy busy within 10 minutes we had a replacement phone and all of our issues fixed while she had a pleasant attitude and was easy to work with. We had been to the Lenox square location 2 times with no help and with one trip to the mall of ga location our issues were resolved. Thanks! Corrie & Chris

Once I got seen, my service was excellent! I was exchanging a block that stopped working from my MacBook because I was under warrenty. It took 5 min and was excellent service. The bad part was the wait. It was absolutely swamped when I went in, but I was told I would only have to wait 15-30 minutes. It took me an hour to get a message saying I was next and to check in, and then another 15 min sitting at the Genius Bar to get my name called. I wish they had just told me it was going to be a longer wait up front instead of getting my hopes up. But like I said, once I got seen everything was marvelous!

Me and my sister came to get our batteries switched out. My sister had a small crack in her screen, the employee told us that it still was okay and wouldn’t be a problem. We came back after two hours like we were told only to find they hadn’t started on either phone. They told my sister they couldn’t start on her phone yet because of the crack and they had sent an email to her to get permission to fix it. But obviously she couldn’t check her email because her phone was with them. So she also had to pay to have her phone screen fixed and would have to leave it over night. They assured us it would be fixed first thing in the morning and could pick it up as soon as it opened. So here I am back again for the third time in the past 24 hours and they still haven’t even started on it. the store as been open for almost an hour and we are still waiting. They also brought up the price on the screen fix after it was already done.

This Apple Store is always overwhelming, it’s the smallest location in the Atlanta area, and there’s always people flooding the store, yea they get the job done but it takes them a while too. They need to expand this store like they did at Perimeter. For now my go to Apple Store is Lenox.

I will no longer go to any other store for my apple products, only this store from now on. just want to say that this apple store and employees are incredible. for two reasons: first - I was having issues activation my Verizon plan with the phone I bought from this apple store. I went to this apple store on Sunday and had issues with Verizon all afternoon only to be told by Verizon to go back to this apple store the next day, return my phone, and purchase it again. I had the absolute pleasure of having Nathan Help me, he was incredible and patient through the process that took several hours (even when he had to stay half an hour after he was supposed to get off, when he had plans.) he stuck with it and was able to get me squared away in the end. My second reason for why this apple store is amazing: there was an employee giving an ipad tutorial to an older woman - who was in tears with frustration trying to figure out this futuristic, difficult to learn technology. - the employee was so patient and kind through the entire process. he gave the woman lots of hugs, he didn't patronize the woman for not understanding right away. I have seen employees in other stores call an older person all but stupid for not understanding, but not this man. all I can say is, one day when I am in that situation, I hope I get a man like this to help me. I wanted to ask the employee his name, but he continued with demos for the different products. the employee had redish/pinkish/purple dyed hair and beard middle agedish. so if you see this, keep doing what you are doing.

Three different stores and 2 talks with Apple Support and he was the one who finally got us what we needed. I definitely recommend seeing Mario if you can!

Disappointed in the procedure by which they give a loaner phone. This will be my third iphone in a row with a "random issue". They had to send mine to be repaired of course. When i got home with my loaner phone, it won't do anything but make calls! I had a 128gig phone due to photos for work as well as many drawings. They loan me a 16 gig which just went into shock once my cloud download finished. HEY APPLE, IT'S NOT MY FAULT THAT MY 6 MONTH OLD PHONE HAS ISSUES!!! I ALSO WOULD"NT STEAL YOUR LOANER. Bad bad service, I hate Apple, takes about a week to get an appointment, then on the day of the appointment get to the store and no one helps me, had to wait again, so made a call to Apple store to complain about the service, and during the time someone else walk in & she is assisted while am ignored. So when one of the employee hear me, now decided to talk to me, keep in mind he saw me come into the store, it us now 12.14pm and no help yet. This is terrible service for a expensive purchase. (Mall of Georgia Apple Store) Took excellent care of our MacBook. After 1 yr we had to have the screen fixed. Now, at year 3, the screen flashes as if it is having a seizure. After the employee at the Genius Bar takes the computer to the back he confirms there is no physical damage, water, etc. & proceeds to say "they don't know what the problem is" and would have to replace the back-light for $475. We have over 7 Apple devices in our home and, given the purchase price, expect them to be reliable. It is a shame that Apple, recently valued at $1B, would rather a loyal customer eat the cost of this lone, faulty machine instead of make this right. Now we have an $1,100 computer that is worth nothing and, though taken perfect care of, lasted only 3 years. They lost a customer over the 30 minutes of labor and refurbished part they had sitting in the back.

I have never had a good experience at this store. I would compare it to going through airport security. The store is always jammed, and the personnel are sick of customers. Just now I wanted to ask someone about buying a laptop. There was no one else around, but he told me I would have to get in a queue to speak with a salesperson. He didn’t say a word to me as I Googled my questions on a nearby laptop, and he sat doing nothing. I always feel like livestock in that store. Store personnel have no incentive to help because there are so many people behind you waiting to hand over money. If you can accomplish your goal online, do it online. If you can go to another store, go to another store. Spare yourself the unpleasantness if you can.

Had a set appointment. Was told it would be an hour and half before phone was repaired and could be picked up. Arrived back at said time only to be told it would be another 45 minutes. Came back again only to sit and wait another hour and to be told the screen broke during repair and the phone was erased. Not good customer srevice. We just wanted to buy i-pad mini but we had to find sales person by ourself. So many customers or stuff?? kept talking and waiting for thier service ? Just so crowded and disorganized. Until we could get a stuff it took more than 20 minutes and she asked somebody else and left us. We had been waiting after that but nobody would came to us. I found her again and complained. Finally we got a man to help us. Our shopping time was probably 15 minutes but we spent time more than 1 hour. With kids in crowded store, uncomfortable service even simple shopping . I'm not happy to go there unless nesessary to have technical support.

All I can remember about her besides her awesome customer service is that she has curly hair, beautiful eyes and she wore a pair of Tims. Ordered for an item Christmas Eve and it said would be ready for pick up on Friday 28 2018. Got to the store Friday 28 th 2018 at 4 pm and item is not ready for pick-up even though they have it in stock. Associate stated to cancel order and buy from the store. Very helpful staff, but no one there seemed interested in offering any kind of discounts, no matter which item or items I wanted. Iphone x max 256 or 512gb was offered at sticker price. They never change at that company. Guess I will have to keep my old one even though it's 3 years old and still looks brand new and there isn't anything wrong with it. Apple....gimme a break!!!

My beats headphones are not working and instead of replacing them like they have done in the past for other products I was told to send them out for repairs but they will not replace them. And if it would take to long and I needed them then they’d advise me to purchase something else. And if I deceived to trade them in I can only get credit towards a laptop, phone or tablet but NOT the item I needed. Horrible time and money wasted.

Very rudely told me you can not walk in and need an appointment. Then i made an appointment for 3 days later. On my appointment day I arrived 15 min earlier and they told me we can not check you in right now and you need to wait 10 minutes. Finally they checked me in and I waited more than 35 minutes for their technician. All of them were chatting and laughing and it wasn’t busy at all. Zero costumer service. they don’t care about people’s time. If you buy Huawei it works better than an iPhone. At least you know there is no costumer service then there is no reason to waste your time with costumer service. -5 star

Apple lies to their customers. I was told my daughter’s phone was replaced last year bc of a speaker issue that was a common problem for iphones. It actually wasn’t replaced according to the computer. Her screen shattered today while in an otter box. Apple wants to charge $150 to fix it

I went to Apple store in Mall of Georgia for replace to batterie. I was waiting over 5 hours.. I can’t believe... They make me waiting and waiting again. And so many things checked up and waiting again. I lost a day.... so unexpected store service... I think they working many staff, But staff management are really bad.. Just many staffs. Super helpful Mac Technicians that are not only very knowledgeable and helpful, but keep their customers in the loop about whatever's going on. One of them even speaks both Spanish and English. I noticed as he helped myself and 2+ other clients at once. Deff overworked that day but dude handled it like a boss. Indisposable. On a separate occasion, the Mac Tech, Paulie, got my computer back up and running within minutes after the Apple guy on the phone lines told me it needed to be completely wiped out.

I called the store told them i had a iphone that wasn't charging that I had read online that I could exchange for an apple gift card. They said yes. I came to the store they tried to boot the phone up and told me since the battery wont charge then they cant give any money for it but will be happy to "recycle" it for me. I kindly told them I would recycle into the garbage before letting them put a new battery in it and charge $80 for it. So happy I changed to android and motorola!!

Back during the holidays this apple store inside the mall of Georgia was running a special on their batteries. They were selling them and installing added too for 28.00. So my husband sets up an appointment with them on a cold December night. We had to be there at 7:00.We get there on time we give them the iPhone and they said to give them two hours. They had my number in case they needed to reach us, so we walk around this mall for two straight hours. We go back in there to pick it up they call my husband to the back of the store when he comes walking up to me I can tell he is mad as all get out. I said what’s wrong honey. He said after we walked all through this place for two hours they didn’t change the battery because the phone doesn’t have an iPhone battery it has a Rayovac battery and it might blow up on them if they attempt to change it. So we get the phone walk out of the apple store and go up to Kiosk near this Fruit opps I mean apple store and they charged us only 10.00 more and had it done in less than 10 minutes and guess what the battery didn’t blow up I stood right beside this battery the whole time they changed it.

Very scary service! If you are planning to buy or have already bought an iPhone 8 puls. Be sure to check if they give you a fake! I bought this iPhone 8 puls for 2 months. The screen has been partially recessed and the waterproof glue is not glued. Their solution is to pay extra for the screen and remove the excess waterproof glue! terrible! Service attitude is also very bad. I won't buy an apple anymore! I spent $1,000 to buy a bad product!

Went in for repair on I phone with Apple care. Made an appointment specified glass break, Apple personnel asked if I knew the procedure and would be a 100.00 charge to replace phone before making appt to replace device I say okay cool, setup appt hour later return and go to the back with genius sit down for 30 minutes genius walks up and re explains everything I say okay. Wait another 15 minutes only to find out they don’t even have the phone in stock. Which I’m sure they had new but not refurbished which is bull anyways. Whole process with Apple care and Apple is a joke. Just keep dropping customers out of your cult day by day I guess

I'm a little over the "Apple Store mystique" Staff is never friendly, service is slow and I know on several occasions recommend based on sales quota not customer need or best interest. I get it it's Apple. In my opinion that just means pay more, get treated poorly and wait, wait, wait. And just so you know we own, iPhones, iPad pro, ipods. The last time we just went to Best Buy and got treated unbelievably well and appreciated the fact that we were spending hard earned money.

This place is really funny and not recommand go there to fix anything. I made appointment because my daughter's I pad is suddenly not charging after 5%. I think this must be soft ware glitch because it happens after updating software. I went there 10 min late and ask help. One lady was telling me to wait until a person comes to help. I waited for around 20 min and another lady came and said she is going to digonose the problem. She went back of office and came back with one mac book with some cables. She hooked up the Mac book with my daughter's I pad and started one program even though the I pad is not even charged. She finally said iPad is not responding and gave me a suggestion to buy another same iPad for $ 299.99 or upgrade version for 399.99. Obiously, iPad should not respond anything since the battery is completely dead. My profession is cell phone and work in the field for over 20 years. I have never seen a person who digonose the product without bettery. She looks jerk since she was offering me to buy another product because she was not able to turn my daughter's iPad. I told her that this is because of software glitch but she said you can believe what you believe but she can help me is just selling other I pad. It charged around 5% when I hooked up a charger at home after i came back and turned on right now but it is just like that. One of my friend who fix the phone said there is software glitch for the battery with ios 12 and he got many customer with the problem that I have now. I would not even give one star with this location. What a jerk work on the professional place. I will visit other apple store and may find out a person who can help me.

I had a wonderful experience at the Mall of Georgia Apple store today. I was honestly dreading having to go to the Apple Stote, mainly due to the wait time but also because I’d already taken my phone to two other places prior to visiting the Apple Store which ended up being a waste of time. First I dealt with a gentleman named Rob. He briefly checked out my phone and determined that my phone needed a deeper look so he asked me if I wanted to make an appointment or wait. I decided to wait as the next available appointment was a week out. Wait time was about an hour, so not too bad (I was told the wait would be almost 2 hours so I was pleasantly surprised when it was only an hour). The tech I dealt with, Kya (unsure of spelling) was also great. Both of the employees I dealt with were pleasant, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service across the board!

I’ve been trying to help my mother resolve an issue with being charged for an incident against her Apple Watch series 3. She was driving down the road and her watch battery exploded! My mother took it in and they told her that it wasn’t her fault since it was a defect yet they charged her $70 for an incident. I’ve been trying to get her money back because at this point this is a safety issue of exploding batteries and they are taking advantage her. Please avoid this place because they will take advantage of you or your loved ones too.

Ok...my family members are big Apple customers, so i planned to visit their location at Mall of Georgia, hours of mall are 8am, Saturday before Christmas mind you, so why is every other store in the mall open EXCEPT APPLE!! Saw the mall security taking a picture and logging their time. I hope they are fined as a result. I'm sure the impact would be minimal but really Apple...why do you not have to follow the Rules! Personally...i'll stick with my Android!

I have been a iPhone fans for years. This is the first apple store impressed really bad. The iPhone was bought last thanksgiving till now only 6 months and still in warranty. It has been screen display trouble and the store employee found the problem by testing also. But the store employee and store manager THE Richard says “ we can’t do anything but send your iPhone XS Max back to apple HQ to fix it there. Even I ask a same model iPhone for temporary using while mine goes for repairing. The this little request was been rejected too. I don’t understand why I have been treated like a beggar, I spent my money here my phone has a birth made trouble why I can’t even has no right to use my same model phone to wait for repairing.who want a repaired iPhone just after you bought it 6 months and paid with a brand new price then got a fixed phone.I wanna know if a store treat their customer as a beggar whether this store deserves to keep still have our business . Don’t go this stupid store guys. And It is my last IPhone.

For several years, Apple has offered great customer service, but it is really awful now. A few weeks ago, my sister bought 2 new devices, an iPhone and an iPad Mini. I went to the Apple Store in Buford for a “personal” appointment so they could set up these devices for her. Even though they scheduled the personal appointment with me, I was told bluntly that they do not do personal appointments. I was there for 4 hours and left after finally getting her email accounts set up, but nothing else got done. My sister says she wished she had never bought the iPad Mini because it won’t sync with her iPhone, so she hasn’t been using the iPad. Frankly, my experience that day was torture. I was the first person in my family to switch to Apple products and eventually got everybody to switch to Apple because of their wonderful service. However, this last 4-hour appointment in Hell is not going to be repeated because I’m done with Apple.

My daughter is big fan of Apple product and she buys most of her electronics from Apple if it's available. She has iPhone, iPad, iMac and she really enjoys it. but I've been this location two times for service, but both of time, the people who work there doesn't have much knowledge and very unprofessional and it was not helpful at all and they told to call the online support and didn't help at all. To buy the Apple product, maybe this is good location, but I wish they hire more professional people who knows better about the product and promotions.

I just wanted my charger to be cleaned on my iphone, but they made into this roundabout way that I needed an appointment wasting an 30 minutes of my times. When I took to a local repair store for phones, they literally took 5 seconds to clean and wipe out the dust in the port and it charges perfectly now. Just do not waste your time with an apple unless you want to buy a new product. They are great at that. Anything other than that will have a wait of 3 years!!!

Great customer service and not so much waiting time. I went to get my battery replaced, and they took only 2 hours which gave me time to do what i have to do and buy what i have to buy at the mall, after 2 hours a message came that it was ready and so all i had to do was pick it up ! Apple is full of great people. Really recommend you check it out. Love going here <3 !!!
