I loved this place because we received quick, courteous and friendly service. We went in for support with my daughter's iPod and was out quickly. What I did not like was trying to establish who we were supposed to check in with. There were many workers there with tablets but no one came to us to ask if we needed help. I actually walked until I found someone and then he pointed me to the right person. This place is always super busy but there should be more organization to the check-in process.

My favorite store, wish Columbia would put one here. Always looking forward to making that exchange every year, not too thrilled about the distance but the purchase is worth it, I guess. Always find out ahead of time before making the drive that what I’m going for is there and so far I haven’t been disappointed. If you haven’t ever made the trip there, Do Not Rely on the Mall’s posted directions to finding the actual location of Apple, it’s not inside the Mall, I found out the hard way.

went into the store and was planning on buying an apple watch so I walked in and asked the lady if they were having any sales on them and the lady rudely said “yeah, retail price” and then turned around and ignored me with some of the other employees and started laughing. never will they get my money again! I would rather order offline from another store then go in and be treated to like that.

I'm writing this review from the parking lot. I came into the store to browse the phones with my daughter. I was passed by several employees. They offered to help everyone that came in after us. I was very observant of this. I'm assuming that since I look like a teenager (curse you, good genes!), not as someone in their 30s, that I didn't look like I was interested or able to purchase anything. I've purchased multiple items from this company and from this store in particular. I complained out loud that no one was even attempting to assist us. Only then did we get someone to offer a half-hearted attempt. I'm very disappointed by the lack of customer service. I suppose you need to seem like you're going to spend money in order to gain their attention.

I had to bring my macbook air in for repair, the wait wasn't too bad, way better than last time. The Genius Bar employee, John, was very helpful and quick to diagnose the issue. Overall, the wait can be long, but the employees were great to work with.

I have never received better customer service than I did at the Apple store in Augusta, GA. My husband and I purchased our iphones from here and it was such a smooth, easy process. More importantly, I made an appointment with the Genius bar because my MacBook Pro appeared to have completely died along with all of my data. Within 2.5 hours, the Apple Tech team identified the issue, fixed my computer, and restored all of my data. I cannot thank them enough!

I generally try to avoid stores that are a mecca for hipsters and vegans but everyone was polite, I was just trying to buy my apple pencil and go and Becky wasnt really happy that I didn't want to talk about Starbucks and leg warmers, but the transaction was fast and simple. Got my pencil and ran out of that store, the place smells like a sublime concert and smug hippies.

Highly unprofessional and extremely inattentive... I made eye contact with the salesman (older caucasian male with gray hair in a ponytail) , and he literally walked all the way around the table just to greet the person who came in behind me; it almost felt intentional... Just throw the whole store away, because this is definitely the worst Apple store I've been to EVER... I've been a loyal customer to Apple for over 10 years, so dear Apple, please re-educate/re-orient your staff at this location on basic customer service skills.

My screen stopped working on my iPhone6, so I immediately came into the Apple store to get it repaired, as they did a wonderful job when my MacBook Air stopped working 3 months after I purchased it. First time I came in on Thursday, I was told they were too busy (even though I saw multiple employees just standing around) and to come back the next day, and then witnessed a teenage girl immediately get help with the broken camera on her phone. I came back the next day and was once again told they were too busy to help me, even though there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing and only 3 other customers in the store. I finally set up an appointment for Tuesday (apparently that is the soonest they can see me, I call bullshit, I get the new iPhone comes out this weekend, but come on). Maybe, just maybe, if someone actually helps me this time around (and there aren't multiple employees just standing around) I'll change this review.

They think your time has no value if you want to do business with them! I went into the store knowing exactly what I'm gong to buy (and its over $2500 in value), they told me I'll have to get in line for a sales associate (45 min wait). I asked if they have a check out person and the answer is no. Really?! Waiting 45 minutes to pay when you have no question and don't need to see a sales associate?! Well I'm going to spend my $2500 elsewhere. Goodbye Apple, I hope you go out of business soon cuz people who can afford the money don't have time to wait an hour just to pay! How much does it cost to hire one check out person?!

I continue to receive terrible service here. I have visited four time for repairs, and each time my laptop is fixed, I find that THEY have created a new problem. Recently I visited to participate in a trade-in program that TWO employees told me about. Apparently it doesn’t exist. I went in because of my Macbook’s inability to use FaceTime, and was forced to be in the Apple store for three hours. All they did was run a microphone test and restore my laptop. I could’ve restored it at home. They did nothing but waste my time and attempted to stroke my ego in order to mask their incompetence and lack of organization.

I just purchased the Apple Watch2 and went in the store to talk about it two times. Both times the employees were very helpful and knew their product. If they did not, they went to get someone that knew. I have been a customer of Apple since the iphone 3g and have been very happy with the quality of all their products. Apple is nothing but a bunch of scam artist as I recently figured out bc of a brand new phone I bought that had a factory defect, as they tried to tell me it was my fault, they were no help at all and tried as best they could to purchase a brand new 400$ phone. 3 Times today I went to the apple store to pick up items that I had ordered totaling about $1,300. They said they were ready. Each time I went tot he store, I waited for over 30 minutes before finally giving up and leaving then cancelling my order. Why does it take over 1/2 an hour to go in the back and pick up a box of things I had ordered and already paid for?

I was promptly greeted and was assigned Dakota to help me learn about the new Macbook Pro's. He was very courteous and knowledgable and on the rare occasion he didn't know something he didn't try to stumble through it (something I could learn from) but would ask another associate, look it up or mess with it himself to learn more about it. I will be investing in a new Macbook and Dakota helped me decide on the perfect one for my needs. Thanks!

Apple has lost all semblance of customer service, is putting out software updates that wreck your phone, and then make you pay for fixing them. The customer service from the associates and management is poor and I would highly warn anyone considering their products. iOS 11 problems are a nightmare

I went there to replace the battery for my iphone 6s. After waiting for one hour, they put on a wrong screen on my phone. My phone had a white screen and the glass was in perfect condition. Now it is black and there are wears on the corners. Not cracks but like being grinded. Seriously?! Are you technician certified to do this job?

Ever notice that there are no SAMSUNG stores? They have no issues!!! When I went in because my daughters phone was not receiving nor sending calls nor texts but, continously kept reading "searching" in the top left corner, they did nothing to resolve the issue. A friend of mine learned of the issue through conversation. She fixed the problem immediately. My daughter is now with her company, with a new iphone 8.

Such BS that as quickly as Apple chargers quit working that your store won’t replace the usb cable without having the broken one in hand. (We’ve probably collected 5 or more broken ones over the years anyway Apple and off brand). Drove all the way here with two young children in tow and you can’t even replace the simplest thing. Sitting on a bench outside the Augusta Apple store waiting an hour and a half for one of the “genius” techs at Apple to diagnose that my phone doesn’t work. Which just happens to be the “new” phone I got Saturday from them when the first phone (that was under warranty) quit letting me talk to people. This was after a 30 minute call being escalated to the apple supervisor (because I was a “little” irate) about their service this morning. Not impressed Apple. Not impressed.

Going to the Apple store use to intimidate me but everytime I have needed help, they are great. I have made appointments or i just walked in for help. Both ways, I have received great service and walked out with just what I needed. They do mention other products I may be interested in but they are in no way pushy or over bearing. Let me start by saying iPhone 8 Pluses are supposed to be water resistant. They are advertised as being able to go into water up to a meter deep for up to 30 minutes. I got my phone on May 17th from my closest Verizon store. Saturday night (June 16th), I dipped my phone in the pool for about 30 seconds total (not all at once). It started acting weird IMMEDIATELY after I got out of the pool. First it was just saying I didn't have a SIM card (obviously I did). The buttons also stopped working properly. Then the bottom of my screen started getting darker. By Sunday night, my screen stopped turning on but I was still getting sound. I brought my phone in today between 1 and 2 and they told me there was a two hour wait... first of all... TWO HOURS? Plus they needed a phone number to text me at. If I didn't have a second phone or a friend with me, I would have had to stay here in this cold a** store the whole time. So I come back and the employee that is assigned to me says that even though there's water damage, they'll replace my display for like $200. I'm like alright, let's do that. She says it'll be another two hours... [insert "are you f***ing kidding me" face here]. Fine. I went to Panera. Come back at 5:30 and nobody says anything until about 6. A guy comes out to tell me my phone was not fixed because of water damage. I'm like ??? What??? At this point, my baby-booming, 50-year-old-white-woman alter ego is about to pop out and ask for a manager. I'm pissed. I have to replace my whole phone. It's 6:30 now, I have to be at work in one hour, and I'm STILL waiting. I'm mad as hell. I should have stuck with Android.

I can only say wow. People that work here are nice enough but have no idea what they are doing. My wife came in to have the camera on her phone looked at. (Could be dust, could need a new camera) was told to buy iCloud storage and back up the phone. Technicaian did this for her and said it was done. Left with the phone to do some work and camera no longer worked at all. Phone was replaced because they could not fix the camera. As her information was being loaded from the cloud to the new phone only apps came over, not everything as she was promised. She was told to go home and finish it from Wi-Fi and it would show up. It did not work. After several calls to the help center we were told it was done incorrectly and we needed to return to the store. They said it was stuck and they could redownload it. My wife explained that she had info on the phone she HAD to have. The technician hit some buttons and said it was backed up. They then wiped the phone and could not find any backed up data. The store basically said it boils down to a whoops... Said they could compensate her with a phone case but since she already had one there was nothing that could be done. Nice that your store can wipe years of data, photos, videos, and important documents because your technicians don't know how to fix a camera. I know data should have been backed up along the way but extra space was purchased and "backed up" in store because of this. Do not use the "geniuses" in this location.

Best Apple store ever! At least the best I’ve ever been in. So glad I moved to Augusta. The others weren’t bad, but this one is just a notch above the others I have been in. Since my daughter had lived here, I had been in it before, and had remembered it bring s great store. I remembered correctly and nothing has changed. I hope y’all win awards! You certainly deserve it! I truly appreciate the fine service I have received in your store.

Went in on the 19th of Dec around 745 and was passed off between 3 employees only to be turned away as there was no time left to get a screen replacement done on my daughters Iphone. Told us to come back tomorrow. Apparently you can't just fill out some paperwork and drop off the phone. So we came back the next afternoon 20th of Dec around 2:00 pm once again got passed around, answered a few questions not sure why they want my daughters apple id and password for a screen replacement. So after that was complete I was informed that it would be approximately 45 min before we could see someone to drop off the phone and fill out the paperwork. Then it would be another 1-1.5 hours before the phone would be ready. So we could leave and come back when they texted me. Still confused as to why you can't just drop off the phone, I can drop off my Land Rover at the dealership why not a Iphone at the Apple store? So we take the phone and head off to the mall. So first thing we find as we head to the lower level? A place that repairs Iphones for $55 less and will have us done in 30 minutes! So we drop off the phone, no fuss no muss no need for username and passwords. Come back 30 min later and the phone looks as good as new functions perfectly and all is well. Your customer service plan/approach is horrible at Apple you cost yourself a paying customer. Sending us out to your competition, not a brilliant business plan. I do however appreciate that you saved me time by doing so and $55. Probably should give you a second star for that.... Best part is as I am backing out of my parking spot I get the text that you will be able to see us shortly. We already have a repaired phone in hand. So I texted back cancel, got the message saying Apple would no longer text me. I got 2 more texts telling me to come in, replied cancel each time and got the same message. Luckily the third time is the charm. Take a hard look at how you are doing business and treating people it's not working as well as you think. The feeling your customers are getting or at least our take on it was we interrupted social hour and were unwelcome guests. Lots of employees engaged in chatting with each other, and sending you on to see someone else instead of stepping up to help.

I've been happy with my visits to the store and I've had either two experience there... hardly anyone bugs you OR you can't get them to leave you be. Personally I'm the leave me be type... If I need help I'm going to approach a worker. So all the people out there that got their feelings hurt because no one spoke to you, keep in mind they deal with people that don't want to be approached so kinda hard to read people sometimes. Then another reviewer got upset because he could get help because he failed to schedule an appointment... yes they work that way and it's good then bad. Forgot how I found out they only work problems by appointments but once you know that it's not bad... it works out good in my opinion because you show up and you have your slot. I can't say I've walked out happy every time but they tend to treat customers well. As for the products... I think they are over priced but most of my purchases have held up well. Also understand they don't pay the store employees well so keep that in mind when you are upset and want to tear them a new one, save that for the manager.

Went in the other day with a rather technical issue and to pick up a product. The staff was insanely friendly and very genuine. I happened to have been on crutches at the time because of a broke leg and they asked me how it happened and would talk with me and cut up. One of the staff had also had a similar recovery so we commiserated. They were able to cross that awkward barrier of customer and employee and made the trip personal but also productive. They had answers for all my questions. They also had a ton of staff so wait times were low and there were plenty of people to help (on a Tuesday around lunch time). I know some people will mark down the store for the price of the products or availability or something like that. Frankly though, you go into Apple because you want Apple. The staff here aren't responsible for pricing or product availability. All they can do it help you when you come in, solve your problems and have excellent customer service. That's why I gave them 5*. That doesn't mean you can't find some products cheaper elsewhere, sometimes you can. And when I told them I would purchase a product accessory from another supplier, they were totally cool with that. All in all, I had a great experience and look forward to going back.

Robb Smith and the Tech Audrey facilitated one of the top five customer service experiences I've ever had. I received the "run-around" from Apple phone support that was going nowhere less than an hour before the store closed. Having been instructed to drive an hour and a half to several different stores by customer service support, I was frustrated and tired. Robb stepped in and turned the entire situation around by talking to phone support and making sure we received what we needed. He stayed with us until Audrey took over, less than five minutes before the store was due to close, with a fantastic and extremely helpful attitude. She stayed nearly 30 minutes after closing to help activate my replacement phone. I was ready to get rid of all Apple products, but these two made all the difference! THANK YOU!

Apple was refused to perform work on an iPhone within its warranty period from our small business that was bricked during an upgrade. Both Apple manager and associates were not helpful and do not have good customer service skills. The company makes the customer responsible for problems caused by their poorly written software. Customers beware.

I give them 0 stars! We waited 3 hours to be seen, we get a call that they are ready for us and have 15 minutes to get to the store less then 10 minutes they said they had moved on to someone else I proceeded to store, getting there before my 15 minutes were up explained my situation then they tell us that i have to wait another 35 minutes because techs are in a meeting the gentle we talked to wasn't very help and had an attitude so he sent us to Christy the manager and before we even got over to her she gave us an unprofessional look and had an attitude she said if I didn't change my attitude which i didn't have she wasn't going to help us so she stopped talking to me and talked to my aunt. Very unprofessional with how the situation was dealt with costumer

Have an iMac that was acting up. Took it into the Augusta Apple Store. Great Service! Quickly diagnosed the issue as a video card problem. Had one in stock and only took 2 days to repair. Outstanding service and professional from the person who greeted me when I walked in to the technician that worked on the machine. Highly recommend. George

I was in this AppleStore today to have my battery replaced. I was very pleased with the customer service and the tech support. I did have a problem that a dog on a leash was allowed to walk into the store and no employee at the store seemed concerned. At one point the dog did begin to bark. I’m concerned that if the dog had wet on the floor, Apple would have a serious lawsuit. This was not a Service Dog. This was a pet. I would like to see Apple develop a policy of pets in the store that are not in arms or a carrier.

Bad Customer Service This Apple retail store is representative of the slow, decrepit decline of the entire Apple brand. What was once a brand associated with impeccable customer service and focus now excels in horrific customer service, failure to follow through on their reservations, and failure to acknowledge their shortcomings. Years from now, Apple will realize that their horrible customer support and inability to follow through is what did the entire brand in. I don't fault the store for a mistake happening- I fault them for their failure to acknowledge it and their failure to make it right. Tiana, you are just one failing cog in a failing machine. Apple supervisors would be wise to offer you a lesson in customer service. The google rating on this store says all that you need to know . . . stay clear!!

Great place if you have money in hand and ready to buy a new Apple. If yours breaks however you will not find out until you get there with your Apple in hand that you need to make an appointment. And oh yeah you can’t leave yours there but you can bring it back At your appointment time. Sorry guys y’all miss it on this one.

According to your Facebook page, as I am writing this review, your store closes in 55 minutes. However, 5 minutes ago, my husband and I were refused entry because the store was “about to close.” We were there to buy not one BUT TWO iPhone X phones and cases for them as well. I am livid that I drove 30 minutes to be turned away, and any decent manager should also be livid that an employee just cost your store a $2000+ sale.

So Apple doesn’t allow customers any leeway if they have bought a computer pre-2017 when they came up with this magical PLUS for AppleCare. That option wasn’t available to me at the time of purchase. So it just proves how much of a scam AppleCare is. I had accidental coverage to my iMac recently and it’s not covered, but not because I didn’t get the most extensive coverage at the time of purchase. I had AppleCare without a PLUS. My attendant said that it was a black and white issue. Bull. Apple could actually accommodate their customers from the era in which they weren’t even offering AppleCare plus by giving us a cheaper option when accidents do happen. Just feel ripped off and left with a bad taste by Apple’s poor customer service!
