Tom and Chris went out of their way to try every way possible to sync my phone and new band. I am so impressed with their knowledge and patience. I highly recommend both of them as excellent customer service representatives. The problem ended up being with my phone, but they even exchanged the band in order to see if that was the problem. Worst experience ever at the International Mall. Everyone was too busy to help and they would walk right past you and not even acknowledge you standing there. I asked for help and they seemed bothered and said they were very busy and would get to me when they could. I finally asked a guy at the counter if I could buy the New Surface Laptop and said only if you had completed a pre-order online. I asked about the i7 Surface Laptop and he said that Microsoft had pulled the laptop from the shelf and would not be selling them. I thought that weird but he said he might have an i5 model for me but I said no thank you and left. I was planning on spending $2,000 dollars or more this morning. They do not even deserve 1 star but Google doesn't give you that option. Here is an update: Spoke with Microsoft by phone and the i7 Surface Laptop is available and in stock. The Microsoft Rep called the store to verify this. She was not sure why the would say that i7 Surface Laptop was pulled by Microsoft.

There is virtually no support available for Microsoft products anymore. Everything routs you to foreign countries where the can only follow a script. Microsoft has now become so bad they do not even care.

My buddy and I went there to purchase the xbox one halo 5 limited edition bundle on Saturday, the first one he got had something broken inside so we took it back to the store and they exchanged it for us without any issue, we opened the new one in the store to make sure there was nothing broken, upon getting home we noticed the serial number on the console didn't match the one on the box,by that point it was too late to call the store back, so we registered the console on the website to see if they had just made a mistake in China when they were packaging the console but the console came up with 11 months of protection instead of 12, so we called them the next day and basically they told us they couldn't exchange the console again because it was done once already and they weren't sure if we had swapped out the console with a different one. Now we are 450 dollars out of pocket with a used console instead of a new one. Very disappointed with whole process and no one would even accept responsibility and we are getting treated like we are at fault. UPDATE We got contacted by one of the managers at the store ( Dennis ) and he invited us back to the store to get everything sorted out for us . Not only he was genuinely nice but he also very helpful and exchanged the console and also gave us a couple of extra goodies which we were not expecting for our troubles. Thank you Dennis for the great help and restoring our faith in Microsoft.

I came here from Clearwater and it was one of the best experiences I've had in a store, costumer service was great and they even offered me a drink, they have nice Xbox setups and a few computers. I mainly came here for the Vr experience since it was closest but they were not in service, I was slightly frustrated but it wasnt their fault, they offered me to let me try it out the next day, but I was busy, its one of the best experiences and I recommend you try it out if you're in the plaza.

I have never had a bad experience with the support staff in this store. Some background, I'm a college engineering student, and I rely heavily on my personal computer for homework, notes, assessments, and use advanced programs such as AutoCAD, Matlab, Microstation, etc. for design work. I owned a Surface Pro 3 when I started college, and frankly, I wasn't very impressed with its performance. However, every time I needed to service the device, the staff in this store in the International Mall came to my rescue. Everything from performance issues to cracked screens, the staff were able to repair or replace my device within a time frame and price range that was extremely reasonable (yes, even for a college student). In addition, the appointment process makes for a easy and smooth access to the staff. During finals week this past semester, my Surface Pro 4 began having issues, and was essentially broken again. This was my fourth Surface device. I had a final programming exam in two days that required the use of a functioning laptop. I booked the earliest available appointment, showed up 30 minutes early, and the staff still saw me. I explained my situation and my history with the device. I won't lie, I was very frustrated. I was stressed out from studying for weeks and not being able to work because of my computer. The staff brought me a soda, and we determined that the graphics card on the Surface Pro wasn't fit for AutoCAD work, and was the ultimate source of all of these recurring issues. The staff consulted the manager, and the store provided me with a complimentary Surface Book, armed with the proper graphics card, and matched the processor specs (about a $600 upgrade - for free!). The staff understood the urgency of my case with my exam coming up, the manager recognized my dedication to the Microsoft brand, and provided me with unparalleled support. I applaud the staff for being so considerate and organized. They saved my academic career and provided me with a better device fit for my line of work.

I enjoyed visiting this store for the first time today and two of the reps were really helpful and answered my questions... but one girl at the front of the store brought another couple to the person I was already taking to, mid-sentence, and pushed them off on him. I was clearly in the middle of talking to him, but she didn't seem to care. She just seemed to stand around looking at people and playing on her cell phone the entire time we were in the store. And I bought it to the attention of one of the guys I was speaking to, but he just had a straight face and didn't even attempt to apologize or say anything at all about her doing this. Even though one guy in particular was extremely nice, I likely wouldn't bother buying a laptop in-store just because of the crappy experience today. Oh well.

This Microsoft Store is on point! Beautiful layout with a great selection of the newest technology and a friendly/knowledgeable staff to boot. This was the first time I've been in a full Microsoft Store and was very impressed. I originally came in for a service issue, without thinking of scheduling an appointment beforehand, but got lucky that they were able to see me right away. My service technician, Cesar, was prompt, courteous, and quickly resolved my issue. Before heading out, I checked out their selection of headphones. I was on the fence, but after Rakesh went over his favorite features, I ultimately landed on some Bose.

We drove from so far away, after a 12-13 hour work day, I barely made it in time for closing but they still cheerfully allowed us in, swapped my son's xbox (no questions asked, no problems) and really gave us a very easy, extraordinary experience. My Xbox one X had some major internal issues, and I was still in warranty. Visited the store, and they replaced my console on the spot! Quick and painless. No questions asked. Definitely recommend setting up an appointment, and going in store for any hardware issues. Customer service over the phone is great and all, but nothing beats talking to someone in person.

If I could give them zero stars I would! I’ve been trying to talk to the manager for more than two weeks about a new Xbox that I purchased; they didn’t activate one of the xbox live gold cards that came with the console and looks like they won’t , I should be playing, not trying to contact customer service, i have contacted Microsoft 4 times. What a great group of friendly professional. I came in with what I thought was a dead Surface Pro 6 and Thomas being the consummate professional got it back in the game. The entire staff was filled with all-stars - super friendly and awesome at their job. I interacted with 3-4 others - wish I had their names. Without a doubt a great place to go for service. The store has migrated from a food court kiosk to a real store, which is great. I had a malfunctioning Surface tablet, and within minutes an associate had taken a look, verified that the display was in fact malfunctioning, and in the process of getting me a replacement on the spot. Not only did my issue get taken care of, everyone was courteous and I was even offered a complimentary refreshment while waiting for the replacement device to boot up so it could be set up. If Microsoft keeps this up, they've got a big win in customer service.

Signed up to try HTC Vice demo. Two customers where ahead of me. After one finished, his friend was elsewhere in the store trying a different item. Instead of permitting me to take my turn, the employee ignored me, an adult woman, and took the kid whose mother had only just at that moment signed him up for the demo. Extremely rude and ignorant action by the employee. Even after my son and I said I was next, the employee kept ignoring me. I am extra dissatisfied with this location' s customer service.

Terrible service. Customer service from the phone sent us into the store for a replacement of my husbands broken Surface. We told them wr had already troubleshooted for an hour with their tech support but they still wasted another hour of our time grilling us and playing with the device. Then they replaced it with a refurbished Surface & tried to tell us the pen wasn't included. Microsoft really doesn't stand behind their products & this warranty issue has been a total nightmare. For what you pay, you would think Microsoft would have a better warranty protection. His device wasn't even a year old. Shame on you Microsoft.

The best thing going for this store is that they offer computers with significantly reduced bloatware on board vs. what you might but from other sources. It's too bad they do not provide excellent support after the sale.

BEWARE ANYONE INTERESTED IN BUYING A MICROSOFT COMPUTER. This review is specifically for all of Microsoft's policies, not this particular store or its employees. I have punched a Surface Book 2 in January of 2018 specifically for my computer major in college. I have owned three Apple computers personally and the only reason why I had to buy a PC was because of the specific computer class. Six months into using the computer I was not able to turn on the device. Sometimes the device would turn on right away and other times it would not turn on no matter how long you hold the on button. I made an appointment and I brought it into the store. The computer is under warranty. However, they would not fix the computer but replace it. I asked them why because it would be a simple fix to replace the button, clean underneath it, and send it back to me. Their corporate policy is that for that specific computer it can not be fixed and the warranty replaces it. So I asked them after the one year warranty what happens to the device if it needs to be repaired. They said that I would have to purchase a new computer because corporate manufacturing does not do any repairs. For example, if a windshield wiper is jammed and your bring it back to the dealership, the customer pays to have it fixed if the vehicle is not under warranty. However, the dealership wants you to buy a new car. It is the analogy that I gave them and nothing will ever get done with them. The only positive thing that I will say is that the store is clean and the employees are very nice to work with. I am not mad at anyone in the store, only corporate. They are doing their job well. I can see another reason why more people are going to Apple. Next time I need to buy a new computer, I will not even consider Microsoft computers and I advise as many people to stay away as possible.

My kids saw the virtual reality display where customers were trying it out. They stood in line only to find out they could not yet it because they were under 13. Wasted time and did not see a sign saying there was an age limit.

Went to pick up a holiday bundle xbox one s. Employees are nice, but definitely lethargic. They didn't have the 3 month xbox live codes, so I had to come back weeks later. When they gave me the code, it was already scratched off and sure enough, already used. Luckily phone support gave me 3 months free. Just not a pleasant experience.

Completely inept with sheer inability to execute and lack of any motivation or follow up. I walk in there with my dad to replace his current Surface (first edition) and we scope out all the new Surface options. I mean this is the easiest sale you can make... someone who already uses a Surface wanting to upgrade! We were 'sold on' the Surface Book. After spending about 30 minutes understanding the options, the costs etc., my dad and I took a walk around the mall to talk through. We walk back in there ready to buy the Surface Book and then the absolute bumbling process of their purchasing workflow begins. It is like the whole store is there just to demo the product. The guy who was selling us on the product didn't know if there was even any stock so he radios 'the wizard behind the curtain' called 'ICE'. Finds out they are out of stock... Me: "So when will you get stock?"... another radio call... Martin: "No idea!"... Me: "How can you not?"... Martin: "Okay, let me ask the manager" Manager: "We don't have stock but I can give you a 10% discount on the next model up using a 'Student Discount' which I am not supposed to..." Me: "Okay, can you check in other stores and have them ship you one" Martin: "Okay, Sarasota and Orlando do... and we can call them tomorrow" Me: "Why not today? Now?" Martin: Radios ICE... minutes go by.... Martin: "They didn't pick up... " Me: "Okay, maybe we will use that 10% discount on the next higher model" Radio chatter.... Martin: "Actually we just realized you cannot use the 10% code because the price is already discounted..." Me: thinking... you have got to be kidding me right!? Me: "Okay, so when you call the other stores tomorrow, when can we expect that the Surface Book will be here?" Martin: "Monday!" (Today is Thursday) Me: "Okay... please do that... can you call me first thing tomorrow and confirm" Martin: "Absolutely, and I need all your information..." I write it all down Martin: "I will call you tomorrow Ben! Thanks for coming in!" Dad and I walk out and it is now Monday... RADIO SILENCE... the irony! All I can say is that when the 'wanna be Apple' Microsoft Store can't handle a sale when it hits them in their face... I will just have to take my money elsewhere.

Very helpful in helping me with my Surface Book. I setup an appointment online, but was about 20 mins late due to traffic but they were able to see me right away. Samar helped me get my keyboard connection problem resolved and I left a very happy customer. Honestly, probably the coolest store in the mall. They where prompt and that was great; however, I'm still having very poor battery life (surfacebook2 13.6) for a 30 day old pc a bit discouraging. Yet, i was told i can send it in for a replacement with a fast return time. No in store replacement another huge disappointment since i traveled 45 miles and live in Idaho on vacation so a return is not possible since they only offer to ship a box to my home.

I ordered online for store pickup and even went so far as to ensure that the item was in stock with MS Store customer service. I must say, the in-store experience was less than thrilling. Completely inept staff that could NOT seem to grasp the concept of an online order. They do not communicate well with each other in the store either. I was asked my name at least half a dozen times with at least 6 different employees. They could not find my order, they didn't know how to handle the execution of presenting me with my merchandise. Finally I had to prove who I was again... MULTIPLE TIMES! Completely inept! Microsoft... I'd say you need to get into this store and clean house.

The absolute worst company to try to talk to someone. You have to go through endless automated service and they will never give you the phone number to the store. If you ever get to a person at the store they are helpful, but it is not a mystery why they have appointments open all day. No one can ever get through or make an appointment.

I had an issue with my Surface 3. I took it into the store and they were able to fix it overnight at no charge. Every employee there that I came in contact with was very helpful and courteous. They also offered beverages while I waited.

The guys at this store are awesome. I brought my Surface Laptop 2 here after experiencing a defective key on the keyboard. Jesse offered a my wife and I a beverage while the we waited for Sonny to resolve an issue with another customer. Although they were not able to fix my laptop, they gave me a replacement in the color scheme I wanted. I left the store being very happy. They have won me over as a future customer. If you stop in, say "Hi" to Jesse and Sonny for me!
