Every time I go to best buy I feel like im playing where is Waldo. Numerous sales associates passed me without asking if I needed help. When I finally flagged one down instead of taking me to the product I wanted the sales associate just pointed me to the general area. If there was a good alternative to best buy I would use it.
Decent store. Employees were somewhat helpful. They need to work on the cashiers though. Seemed a little undertrained.

I had a great experience. I am one who does a lot of reaearch on products before I make my purchase. I went into the store looking for one of their laptops that was on display and was greeted with a warm welcome. The employee was very knowledgeable in computers and explained some things to me that were very helpful in my decision. Never once did I feel like they were rushing me through. They were careful to answer all of my questions. I like Best Buy because the hire knowledgeable people and they are not on commision.
So i was in this store after completing a picking up an order i bought online and was thinking of buying a universal remote because the one for my TV and 4K player was missing. I went to the aisle and a very nice young man came up and i asked him a question that he couldn’t answer. He told me he would find someone who could. No rush i told him and i waited a spell no biggie then another guy who worked in that department just flew in and said those the Logitech those work with everything and was trying to leave before he finished his sentence. I’m like but wait can this RCA one which is half the price can it work with a 4K player. He said ummmm those the Logitech those work and then he took off. So instead of trying to tell me why the Logitech was better and why i should buy it he left me standing there so i left. Purchase lost. I may just stick with amazon from now on.

Got lost in this store and spent way more than intended. The staff is so great I’ve only seen customer service like this rarely. I went in for a amazon home smart system. But I left with the google system because there was a lot I didn’t know because of the staff I made a good decision for my family. The bathrooms were fantastic ( no mystery liquids on the floor or “chocolate on the walls ) very nice. The only thing I could tell them to work In is making sure everything is priced my wife and I were going to buy the oculus rift but couldn’t find a price tag. And by the time we had gotten everything we had forgotten about it. Any way went for a amazon Alexa left with a google home system and a 75 inch tv. Just leave you wallet in your car they have some great deals.
Purchased a gaming PC and unfortunately it didn’t work when back and exchanged in the same day, new one didn’t work either, went back to the store And exchange it again but this time I told the guy to test it in the store before I take it home and sure enough that one didn’t work either, don’t know who is in charge of assembling the gaming pc’s But it cost me four trips to Best Buy and the frustration of having something you are really excited to use and did not work, after all the manager never apologize for the whole thing but was quick enough to say he didn’t want to return the money but I could get one via UPS which was also in real bad shape, i mean The box look like it was dropped several times and after we connected it and try to use it two of the inside lights were not working at all. Made the 5th and last trip back to Best Buy only to find a very arrogant store manager named Patrick who didn’t even felt like he could discount a gaming console which my son was trying to purchase after the gaming pc deal could not happened, Patrick actions really made everything a whole lot worse and does not care for customers at all have been a customer for years but will never ever return to this store ever again. Patrick you definitely have made my sons first gaming pc the worst purchasing experience.
This is the BEST Best Buy store I have ever been in. I had some complicated questions about a product I bought and connection issues and Tyrell went out of his way to research my questions and find some solutions. Then while browsing at least 4 other salesman asked if they could help us. We were so impressed!

So the Samsung rep there is not very knowledgeable of his company or their products. I have a chrome OS laptop and I can't update my Samsung galaxy s5 myself. I was directed by at&t to see a Samsung specialist at best buy. His name was William. He didn't want to admit that he didn't know how to do it. He then referred me to a Samsung store which so I asked where that was. SURPRISE! there isn't one. After he went on and on about calling samsung and calling my carrier and just buying a new phone all together he finally stopped talking. So I told him it can be done but I only have chrome OS so I cant do it. He then said his laptop didn't have touchscreen! LMFAO!! I don't think that has Anything to do with it. Lol

I visited the Warner Robins Best Buy this week in hopes of purchasing 2 Google pixel XL. I was excited to see that they were in fact available for purchase, as I do not like to finance my phones. Unfortunately my experience was so demeaning and deterring that I ended up ordering them directly from google instead. I had high hopes that I would be able to get them in time for Christmas for my wife and I, but they will not be arriving until the following week. I spoke with a sales representative named Ar’monie who clearly did not feel that my being there was worth her time. I was taken aback by the initial interaction; however, since I really wanted the phones, I ignored her attitude. She added to the tail end of the conversation that I would be charged a restocking fee if I was wrong and had to return the phones. The assumption that you have when you walk into a store like this is that you will be serviced by people that have expert knowledge and are proficient in what they do. I knew from researching on my own that I could in fact use these phones with my carrier, but she made me completely question my own research. This representative was disrespectful and unqualified to be of any assistance to anyone who walks through the door. Every effort that I made to clarify the ins and out of purchasing these phones and having them unlocked was met with unverified guesses. Her exact remark to me when I asked to speak with a manager was, “if you want to know something about phones, I know phones.” Afterwards, I walked around for a bit and delivered the news to my wife that we would not be getting the phones. During that time I was approached by the girl. It turns out that I was completely right and that I very well could have purchased the phones and used them on my current plan with T-Mobile. Because of this experience, I will not spend a single dime at this Best Buy ever again. I was willing to shop here purely because of the convenience of getting my phones right away. I understand that people have bad days, but with about 20-30 people working the floors at once, you can afford to give one person the day off if they are not up to the challenge of maintaining customer service standards.

As expected, Best Buy has great customer service! I went in looking at the PS4 gear and gaming PCs but got caught up at the cell phone section. It was fun testing out working models of the new Samsung 9 and Note 9. Prices aren't the best, but that's usually the case with "brick and mortar" retail. What sets Best Buy apart from other tech stores is the Geek Squad. I love how knowledgeable the "geeks" are, and the easy installment plans they have, to keep your electronics running smoothly. Although they seem to have limited ability to maintenance Apple Macbooks.
Went in to buy a complete radio setup for one of my vehicles,knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. Asked for help to get items off of the upper shelf area and was told he would help me after he finished with another customer, no problem. So I waited for nearly 10 minutes on him to finish with his customer before me only to look up and see him helping another customer with computers all the while I am still waiting. So I went out to the parking lot and ordered all of the same things on Amazon!!!!! Never again will I step inside of a bestbuy store. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE LAST STRAW!!!!!!

Black Friday shopping. Not nearly enough employees around to help or registers open. I understand what time of year it is but it happens every year. Every year retailers should be prepared and they just weren't. But I would like to say thanks to the geek squad employee that went out of his way to help.

I went there to pay my cell phone bill through cricket and to get a power cord for my speaker neither of these services were available so I looked around the store found out where cricket was and proceeded to carpool to pay my bill when I returned about an hour and a half two hours later my van was gone and the person at Best Buy said that I was not a customer. I was in Best Buy for about an hour-and-a-half asking questions and getting information from them so doesn't this make me a customer anyways not happy..

This is one of the biggest Best Buy I've been in. So much in here it took me about 30 minutes to find everything I wanted. No complaints about that I was in electronics heaven! Great staff help me to pinpoint my items easy. checkout line moved at a good pace. I always come here when I know what I want and for a good price.

This morning two men were working on putting up a poster above the main entrance to the store. I picked up this large piece of paper that flew from above and this worker whose name is Kenan was the one who took care of it. While I asked one of the other workers for direction on where to find JBL speakers, Kenan still holding the big paper was the one to walk and direct us. Fortunately someone else took the paper trash from him so Kenan could better assist us with our needs. Kenan’s killing it! Props to him!!

Bestbuy used to provide better shopping experience with knowldgeable associates. This time I tried to get some assistence and I had to search on google, because two associates didn't knew how to answer my questions. Also I had to wait a lot to be assisted, since no one was available in the smart home section as well as in the Apple section.
Price match and offer a warranty. This is why they are still in business and able to compete with the online market. I am a fan and this place is my first go to when I am in need of electronics with insurance.
I don't mind best buy. Their warranties are pretty good. They really want to help when you have one. They are very expensive.
Had a super visit at BestBuy today! The wireless Samsung representative was very knowledgeable and kindly helped me get my mobile wireless set up properly. Then I ventured into laptops and tablets the representatives there took time to explain info I needed to know about the technology and product information. When I decide on a model I will make sure he is credited with those sales.
When I returned a popular cell phone after 21 days (7 days outside of the Return Policy) the best they could for me was to lock up almost $1000 of MY money on a gift card that I can only use at Best Buy. I requested if I could use the card to pay on my Best Buy credit card account--Denied!?!?!?!? I asked the Manager if he could afford to have $1000 of his own money locked up in a gift card that he could use at ONLY this store. He agreed that he could not afford to lose control of a thousand dollars. AND, I still don't understand why I can't pay on my Best Buy credit card account with MY "gift" card. If it's my GIFT, I should be able to use it as I please--Namely--pay on my credit account. This policy need to be transformed!

Staff helpful and courteous. Found a good deal on their website, went to store, found item in back corner of store for twice the price. At least they matched it. Had it pulled up on my phone to show them. Never just walk in and buy anything without checking online first. They get 4 stars for staff and convenience. Lose a star for trying to sell a $60 item for $120.

Was advised to pickup 2yr insurance 9.99 on my Logitech Z323 by female at front door she took me straight to computer speakers 55.99 grand total 69.09. Also had another guy in software section System Mechanic regular 44.00 dollars 25.00 discount got it for 19.99 with tax 20.93 System Mechanic software to fix computer sales guy very friendly. Also he help on VHS to DVD make sure it's for Mac or PC when you purchase. All sales people very good at Alakawa St Best Buy. Also cashier Jennifer was very good too.I put my credit card wrong way and she cancel purchase and remade the receipt. All very good people.

This location was a bit smaller than other locations that we've been to, which made it feel a bit cramped, but the staff were all very friendly and attentive. The back aisle, against the back of the store had pallets of merchandise that tended to somewhat block the flow of customers. I'm sure that it is probably not like this very often though. Overall, we were satisfied with the employees and the store itself.
Staff was helpful and not pushy. Really appreciate the 12 month interest-free financing! Sometimes you just don't have enough money for the things that you need right away but I hate credit cards for the interest rates. Best Buy makes financing a lot nicer.

My Bluetooth headset stopped working, I had purchased the 2 year warranty. Went in, showed my e-receipt and got a new one in less than ten minutes. Purchased the warranty again as it has saved me hundreds of dollars. Great store.
They have a good selection of things. I bought a Samsung fridge from there (worst investment ever). They were really helpful in that section, but didn't mention Geek Squad doesn't service our area apparently. Fridge broke and it was a pain to find someone to repair it. Bought my 75" LG Nanocell didn't get the OLED since the price for the 77" is way to high. Nonetheless I also added the LG 5.2 Soundbar and rear speakers on sale. Also bought Samsung washer and dryer combo which has been amazing for the wife. Support retail while we still have it. Amazon will take over. Lol

The staff is less than enthusiastic about their jobs at this store. They advertised the phone I wanted on their website like it could be found in the store or shipped in and picked up within two days but when I asked about it they acted like was out of my mind and reffered me to another store across the street to just have my old broken screen fixed. Customer service was bad but their selection of new products and devices is fantastic.
I am ambulatory and I found myself standing in a line with only 1 cashier who was tied up by a customer. A second cashier arrived and was promptly tied up by another customer. A third cashier arrived and was quickly bogged down by another customer. After about 25 minutes in line I finally was waited on. Not a good experience

We went in with a computer issue and Justin and Joe and Gavin are all three employees that work together to help us figure out not only the best computer that suited our needs but also they helped work out and make sure that we are getting everything that we needed including word documentation for the computer program make sure that the computer was clean and packed well. They also checked our account to make sure if we had anything redeemable and they gave us virus protection in addition to explaining how it worked. Not once to be feel pressured into buying or obligated to follow through with any promises. We felt free to listen in on the information that they were giving and thought that it was completely okay to walk away without feeling bad. All three gentlemen were incredibly helpful and just honestly decent people.
So when I came in on 2/27/19, I was in a dilemma with my vehicle's deck. I wanted to keep my factory stocked deck for my Ford Fusion. I educated the guy there was a way to keep it, but still set up my amp and subs. He was telling me, he never heard such a thing. Also, told him interested in speakers. At any rate, there was no motivation. Took another chance and went back today. Gotten everything I needed as well as a way to keep my factory deck. This guy from home entertainment department went the extra mile and looked everything up and sold me everything I needed. My confidence has been restored. Thank you
They were nice and helpful but I had a big surprise when I checked out. They instituted a 15% restocking fee since my last big purchase. So if I open it and decide to return it within the 15 days they will charge me a ridiculous fee. I have bought computers and other big things there in the past. I have never returned anything to best buy to my recollection but I may in the future. A restocking fee rubs me the wrong way and seems like a poor business decision. There are plenty of places to get the same merchandise without worrying about hidden fees. I made a big purchase tonight and was planning to buy a new TV soon. I was also going to go back and get some speakers before Christmas but I will get them elsewhere. Also, I was trying to buy a few other accessories that I need for my new item but they didn't have them in the store (which was dumb because the item I bought is useless without the accessories). The salesman was helpful and was going to order them for me but it was going to cost me $90 just for shipping one item. They have no ship to store option. That was another $300 that I would have spent there tonight but instead will likely give to Amazon or Sam's club.

Thursday night I purchased online for an in-store pick-up (it said in stock, ready in one-hour) and then went to sleep for the night. The next afternoon I went to pick the item up (a $150 UPS on sale for $135). - When I checked at customer service, after they did initial legwork but came up empty THEY escalated this to store management (trying their best). At over 30 minutes they said they were checking another store location that inventory showed they SHOULD have one (but maybe not since their own store said THEY had one ready for pickup in an hour). The people that helped us had no clue what they were doing and what they had. Spent over 750 bucks that day and not sure if I will go back. Wrote a review and asked for a reply from a manager and they have not got back with me. And to top it all off I'm a elite plus member. Meaning I have spent over 3500 dollars in a year. I would think that being a customer would matter to them but I guess not.
Good products but sometimes the customer service can be lacking. Often find more customer service representatives standing by their check out stations than helping customers. When you ask for help it seems as if you asked for them to not do there job. This happened to my wife and I as we spent 30-45 wandering in the TV section. In that time no one even asked us if we needed help. We asked a representative about the insignia brand and he said, " I'm the Sony Representative." I asked if he could point me to the representative who could help. He said "We all can help you and all have been training." Long story short he didn't want to help me. Lol. We ended up buying a TV but our experience was not the greatest!

I was racial profiled at this best buy. I came in to buy myself a fire stick and cube I also was trying to buy tv.. they followed me around the area communicating with one another and constantly stared at me and the items I had in my hand, so to see if I was being followed I put the fire stick down in the appliance area directly behind the TV section just to see if they would grab the items... One of the employees left the front door and walked directly to the item I put down.. and another guy told me if I'm not gonna buy anything don't stand around and that I need to leave This is not the first best buy to do this to me so I'm finally taking initiative to push the issue. I'm sick and and tired of being profiled because of my skin color and hair design this needs to be stopped.. and I need to find out who is the distric manager is over the area.

They didn’t have it in stock however they said they can get it to us by the 10th. We decided to pull the trigger and do it; heck we even signed up for the stupid credit card. After they sucked us into this mess they weren’t shy to tell us a couple days later that our TV ist coming until the following week. Also they didn’t price match with Costco so we ended up paying $200 more. So now this gift is going to be late and not a surprise. And to top all this off we left a similar review but with more stars to be more fair and Best Buy removed the review from their website. Honestly anywhere is cheaper and just as good quality as Best Buy. I would strongly advise anyone who is reading this to just go elsewhere. Side note: the employees that are micromanaged are like vultures. They won’t leave you alone to browse however I’m not blaming them. I’ve worked for large greedy companies before.

I had a great experience. I am one who does a lot of reaearch on products before I make my purchase. I went into the store looking for one of their laptops that was on display and was greeted with a warm welcome. The employee was very knowledgeable in computers and explained some things to me that were very helpful in my decision. Never once did I feel like they were rushing me through. They were careful to answer all of my questions. I like Best Buy because the hire knowledgeable people and they are not on commision.

This is the BEST Best Buy store I have ever been in. I had some complicated questions about a product I bought and connection issues and Tyrell went out of his way to research my questions and find some solutions. Then while browsing at least 4 other salesman asked if they could help us. We were so impressed!
So the Samsung rep there is not very knowledgeable of his company or their products. I have a chrome OS laptop and I can't update my Samsung galaxy s5 myself. I was directed by at&t to see a Samsung specialist at best buy. His name was William. He didn't want to admit that he didn't know how to do it. He then referred me to a Samsung store which so I asked where that was. SURPRISE! there isn't one. After he went on and on about calling samsung and calling my carrier and just buying a new phone all together he finally stopped talking. So I told him it can be done but I only have chrome OS so I cant do it. He then said his laptop didn't have touchscreen! LMFAO!! I don't think that has Anything to do with it. Lol

I went there to pay my cell phone bill through cricket and to get a power cord for my speaker neither of these services were available so I looked around the store found out where cricket was and proceeded to carpool to pay my bill when I returned about an hour and a half two hours later my van was gone and the person at Best Buy said that I was not a customer. I was in Best Buy for about an hour-and-a-half asking questions and getting information from them so doesn't this make me a customer anyways not happy..

This morning two men were working on putting up a poster above the main entrance to the store. I picked up this large piece of paper that flew from above and this worker whose name is Kenan was the one who took care of it. While I asked one of the other workers for direction on where to find JBL speakers, Kenan still holding the big paper was the one to walk and direct us. Fortunately someone else took the paper trash from him so Kenan could better assist us with our needs. Kenan’s killing it! Props to him!!

Also had another guy in software section System Mechanic regular 44.00 dollars 25.00 discount got it for 19.99 with tax 20.93 System Mechanic software to fix computer sales guy very friendly. Also he help on VHS to DVD make sure it's for Mac or PC when you purchase. All sales people very good at Alakawa St Best Buy. Also cashier Jennifer was very good too.I put my credit card wrong way and she cancel purchase and remade the receipt. All very good people.

So when I came in on 2/27/19, I was in a dilemma with my vehicle's deck. I wanted to keep my factory stocked deck for my Ford Fusion. I educated the guy there was a way to keep it, but still set up my amp and subs. He was telling me, he never heard such a thing. Also, told him interested in speakers. At any rate, there was no motivation. Took another chance and went back today. Gotten everything I needed as well as a way to keep my factory deck. This guy from home entertainment department went the extra mile and looked everything up and sold me everything I needed. My confidence has been restored. Thank you
They were nice and helpful but I had a big surprise when I checked out. They instituted a 15% restocking fee since my last big purchase. So if I open it and decide to return it within the 15 days they will charge me a ridiculous fee. I have bought computers and other big things there in the past. I have never returned anything to best buy to my recollection but I may in the future. A restocking fee rubs me the wrong way and seems like a poor business decision. There are plenty of places to get the same merchandise without worrying about hidden fees. I made a big purchase tonight and was planning to buy a new TV soon. I was also going to go back and get some speakers before Christmas but I will get them elsewhere. Also, I was trying to buy a few other accessories that I need for my new item but they didn't have them in the store (which was dumb because the item I bought is useless without the accessories). The salesman was helpful and was going to order them for me but it was going to cost me $90 just for shipping one item. They have no ship to store option. That was another $300 that I would have spent there tonight but instead will likely give to Amazon or Sam's club.

The store itself is not very big,but pretty useful.Great deals on cellphones and TV's.The only thing I wish they would ship bigger TV's to IF store.It is sometimes disappointing when they advertise a great deal on a big TV and I am unable to order it online and pick up at the store. Try it over and over again just to hear they do not ship larger items,but if I drive to Boise and SLC they have them in stock.If I'd have to drive for 6 hrs to buy anything it kinda kills the greatness of the deal. On 11/18 I went into Bestbuy located at 1620 W Osceola Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741 to show my wife the new Samsung Note 10. As I had expected when I first walked in, customer service would be terrible. The store did not disappoint, not once did anyone greet me or asked if we needed help. Even on the way out no one said goodbye. What kind of store stays open with this kind of customer service. The very next day I went to pick up a purchase which I made online....yep the same class act. Even worse was the person that I picked up my item from. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, no did you need anything else. He waived me with his hands like I was a dog to receive service for buying something. I usually don’t waste time writing reviews but I’m gonna post this everywhere I can because this store needs to fire everyone and start all over. It’s just terrible, terrible store. I would not buy anything else from here. Even if it was half off. This is the reason Amazon is great.

My sears repairman suggested I buy my new tv from best buy because you provide complete service, delivery, installation and take away, which he said was not available anywhere else. Great advice! Because I am housebound, it was important that I get someone knowledge and honest. I found that in Gary Shutz, who did the whole sale by phone; I had to rely on him to choose and manage the whole process. Wisely he recommended that I buy the Samsung because it would be compatible with my other Samsung equipment and easier for me to learn to use. And he sent two savvy and knowledgeable technicians to do the installation, Kendall Koschene and Andre who had chase down a new bracket . The old bracket was too small, I was worried that it would delay the project, but they somehow located one, and got the tv up and running, even gave me basic instructions so that I would feel confident with it. I'm impressed by their expertise, but more so of their teamwork, they were very coordinated, and I got the impression that they love their work. Customers are not only aware of the price and quality of their purchase, it feels good that your workers are the best advertisement for your company. Please let them know that I think they are really special!

Went it buy the canon gx7 camera. Asked for some help. The guy who helped me was so careless and did not seem to know nothing about the camera. Everything I asked he would replied with “I don’t know”. I asked to see the camera but he was unable to take it out the box. He seemed frustrated at me because I had so many questions. Since the demise of Sears we decided to go with Best Buy to replace our washer and dryer. It was a great choice! The salespersons were knowledgable of their products and very helpful. They even helped us score a discount on an open box for the washer. Delivery was right on time and installed/balanced our washer/dryer in no time. The installer even called back the next day to see if everything was still OK. I will definitely go back for future upgrades throughout the house.

He also showed me the various wifi mess solutions for my home which has metal studs and a cementatious fiberboard exterior that reduces the range of my current system. Large selection of the latest and greatest equipment. Highly recommended.

Bought a TV 2 weeks ago and the staff was great. Now I am having some problems and can not get in touch with a human either at the store or on the 800 number. Very disappointed. At this time can not recommend this store.
I had an aweful experience. I ordered a few items for in store pickup and assumed that it would be ready in 1 hour or less as described. However that was not the case. I arrived at the store an hour and a half after I placed the online order and went to the customer order pickup line only to discover that the store hadn't even received my order since their systems were down. So I waited in the store an extra 1.5 hours and they still hadn't received my order. The only option they offered me was to cancel my online order and buy it in store, but I applied my best but credits to my online order and they couldn't apply my credits to the in store order. Guess it was too complicated for them. I wouldn't recommend in store pickup at all. Just get your items delivered.

I have had the worst experience there the last few months. My wife and I purchased a set of Kitchen appliances from there and while the staff was very helpful about everything else about it has been a nightmare trying to do anything that doesn't involve going to the store. We bought total tech support and when we needed to change our delivery date and time it was impossible to do online and impossible to get anybody on the phone. Wait times were 20 to 30 min. just to get dropped or told we need to go into the store. We went into the store just to change the date and time of the delivery, which was a huge waste of our time. It's terrible customer support if you cant help members that are spending on extra services that tout 24/7 customer support. Even the chats say can't connect because of high traffic. Its just a bummer. Contacted the store manager and never got response either.

Regardless of the time of year, even when very busy I have found help in a reasonable amount of time. I know some people feel like queen for a day and need immediate attention, but come on. I hate going into best buy. The last three times ive been in this store for less than 25 minutes each time. The problem is i should not have been in for more than 10 max but i get stopped no less than 6 times asking if they can help me while im looking at something already then holds me up giving me a post it with his name on it to give to cashier....argh then we walk and isle away and start going to register he stoos us likebhe has never seen us and i was going to buy nothing and leave. And had 5 others ask that trip also. I get if i look lost or confused but i didnt. Theres so many employess working that they dont need to ask customers if anyone meeds anything unless i get to say yes a restraining order for you .all

Personnel are always friendly and helpful. They price match online stores like Amazon and Newegg, which is a big plus. TV selection is always outstanding. Car stereo selection is good, but not always the best. A large portion of their business seems to be cell phones and accessories these days. The entire middle section of the store is mobile devices. They still carry some music...even on vinyl, but again, selection isn't the best. I also could do without the Cox Communications reps always asking me to sign up for service. Overall, it is a good place to browse and shop, so I visit on a fairly regular basis.

Yeah, it's a Best Buy but that's about where it stops. The parking situation can get tricky and the customer service is usually lacking. Do yourself a favor, do some research but you go in there for whatever you're buying. If you know exactly what you want, then it's an awesome experience. If you go there for help, well, good luck.
Bought a new refrigerator here using the best buy credit card, it makes it affordable with low monthly payments.

I was just now in this BB. I was there for about 30 minutes. I walked by at least 10 or more employees. Not one of them greeted me or asked if they could help. Two in computers were laughing while watching something on their cellphones. 3 others were engaged in their on conversation. A few seemed to avoid me. I found what I needed myself. The cashier was away getting sodas to fill the void next to her. I have always enjoyed BB, but I hope management sees this and does some more customer service training. If this was my business I would be very upset knowing just one customer was left like this.

They made changes to the way you pre order phones. Instead of just pre ordering it and paying for it when it gets there. They now require you to put the whole cost of the phone on hold till it gets there. Even if you are trading in phone they still have to put full amount. That is crazy phones now a days cost close to 1000. Who wants to put that much on hold for almost a month. Stupid policy and bet they don't get many preorders now

Ana was the cashier for our trip and she was amazing. She really diffused the anger from speaking with Robert, apparently some kind of manager. He was standing in a group of three chatting when we asked if they could open merchandise that we were purchasing. The box was damaged and since it was the last item on the shelf, we needed to assure that all components were still in the box. One associate was glad to help check the box, while Robert had a smart attitude and a lot to say about how "it was just the box, and we weren't using the box'..along with other really inappropriate, poor customer service comments. Having been a store owner in the past, I assure you that the quickest way to run off a customer is to be degrading to people that could have easily ordered the same $130 product Amazon next day. Ana saved our trip, but I will probably not go back into the store again. Thanks Robert...and Amazon.
It seems they are always out of stock on items when online says it is in stock. Went in for a quick charging phone charger for my car. Guy says they are all out when online said there were several left at that store. Ordered online with in store pick-up so they would be forced to make an actual effort to find the product. 45 minutes later it was ready for pick-up. Makes me wonder how many sales they lose due to poor stocking of items.
Great place to buy eletronics
I use this store for all my electronics and appliances. Be sure to get the warranties. My household buys our smartphones unlocked from Best Buy and so far I have been able to save a lot on replacing our smart phones, because of the warranties. I highly recommend trying it out.

Walked around for 20 minutes looking at TVs before I could find someone to help. They asked what I wanted, I told them. They were out of stock. That was apparently the end of the conversation. No offering another TV or anything.
We were able to get good service trying to purchase a new TV and a wall mount to hang it. Michael was able to find what we wanted online and order it shipped to our house. Received it in 2 days.
Good customer service as always. I went there to buy a TV and other sale options for accessories like sound bar was offered to me. I am glad that I was offered more than I asked for, and it reflects that Best Buy is on top of there customer service! Competitive prices, and that's why I keep returning to buy any gadgets or laptops. My past to laptops were bought there as well and their products are always good quality. I wish they opened later than 9pm but that doesn't change my 5 star rating.

Everytime I visit this store the associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. On my last visit Adriano was very helpful and friendly in assisting us with purchasing a smart thermostat. He also shared his knowledge with me and gave me tips on setting up my smart home.
Service can be spotty, but has improved. They don't really sopport their products well.
Poor customer. If it could be lower than a 1 star I would. When a customer asks an associate 3 times to call another store to hold a product and pretty much refuses to. Then you call yourself and as the other store associate at the other store get back on the phone tells you someone else picked up the last product. The situation could have been avoided if the associate at the Kissimmee location would have just called when asked the first time.
I was a Best Buy loyal customer up until today. I wouldn't even shop around when I wanted something. I would just go to Best Buy. I will no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered a washer and dry and waited at home for the four hour delivery window. (Even the cable companies are now better than that). It never came and I never got a call from them. It took me over one hour to get through to the store. When I called I was put on hold, then disconnected. I even tried the sales number and no one answered. If a store can not answer their phone calls, they should either not publish a phone number or have one that takes recorded messages and assign someone to check those messages at the store level every few hours. That's called customer service. The lack of communications upset me as much as not getting my appliances when promised.

Well the girl that helped us when I went to buy my ring doorbell 2. was very nice but they said they match prices. And I found it for $159 on QVC and it wouldn't match the price so I bought it and I get it in 2 days free shipping no taxes and a 5 year warranty from them in a lifetime warranty from ring the doorbell.

I like the experience of overpaying for all my electronics in one convenient, friendly store. Or, I get to touch, sniff, gawk at, and taste all the nice stuff I'm going to later buy online. The store itself is not very big,but pretty useful.Great deals on cellphones and TV's.The only thing I wish they would ship bigger TV's to IF store.It is sometimes disappointing when they advertise a great deal on a big TV and I am unable to order it online and pick up at the store. Try it over and over again just to hear they do not ship larger items,but if I drive to Boise and SLC they have them in stock.If I'd have to drive for 6 hrs to buy anything it kinda kills the greatness of the deal. They offer honest 6 month financing with no interest if paid in full within 6 months.

My sears repairman suggested I buy my new tv from best buy because you provide complete service, delivery, installation and take away, which he said was not available anywhere else. Great advice! Because I am housebound, it was important that I get someone knowledge and honest. I found that in Gary Shutz, who did the whole sale by phone; I had to rely on him to choose and manage the whole process. Wisely he recommended that I buy the Samsung because it would be compatible with my other Samsung equipment and easier for me to learn to use. And he sent two savvy and knowledgeable technicians to do the installation, Kendall Koschene and Andre who had chase down a new bracket . The old bracket was too small, I was worried that it would delay the project, but they somehow located one, and got the tv up and running, even gave me basic instructions so that I would feel confident with it. I'm impressed by their expertise, but more so of their teamwork, they were very coordinated, and I got the impression that they love their work. Customers are not only aware of the price and quality of their purchase, it feels good that your workers are the best advertisement for your company. Please let them know that I think they are really special!
Went it buy the canon gx7 camera. Asked for some help. The guy who helped me was so careless and did not seem to know nothing about the camera. Everything I asked he would replied with “I don’t know”. I asked to see the camera but he was unable to take it out the box. He seemed frustrated at me because I had so many questions. I’m about to spend $700 right now, SORRY!!!!
One of the easiest options to find electronics on the island. They have a pretty solid selection of just about everything you could need. The store is in a bit of an awkward location and the parking lot can be confusing. The people working here are awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Spoke with Nathan in the Magnolia home theater center. Super knowledgeable and articulate about the various brands, models & features of audio visual receivers and explained what I need to replace a 10 year old Denon receiver which I purchased from Bestbuy. He also showed me the various wifi mess solutions for my home which has metal studs and a cementatious fiberboard exterior that reduces the range of my current system. Large selection of the latest and greatest equipment. Highly recommended.
I had an aweful experience. I ordered a few items for in store pickup and assumed that it would be ready in 1 hour or less as described. However that was not the case. I arrived at the store an hour and a half after I placed the online order and went to the customer order pickup line only to discover that the store hadn't even received my order since their systems were down. So I waited in the store an extra 1.5 hours and they still hadn't received my order. The only option they offered me was to cancel my online order and buy it in store, but I applied my best but credits to my online order and they couldn't apply my credits to the in store order. Guess it was too complicated for them. I wouldn't recommend in store pickup at all. Just get your items delivered.

Please note that the 3 star review is solely due to the fact that I did not find what I was looking for, which was a replacement for my surface pro charger, the only similar thing they had was the surface pro dock which was way more than what I needed and was $200. Honestly, and electronics place that doesn't have something as basic as a replacement charger for a fairly popular computer, raises a lot of questions. I found the charger on Amazon, but I would much rather not have to wait for a computer charger. The staff was fast to help me and they were friendly, the cause of my dissatisfaction had absolutely nothing to do with the staff.

Best Buy Macon sent me to the Warner Robins store because I placed an order and the iPad wasn’t in at the moment (2 weeks after I placed the order) Warner Robins had the item in stock, but was told they couldn’t pull up my name in the system and I should just go back to Macon store... no help what so ever just go to WALMART! Amazon! EBay! Or your local electronic stores!

This is the only BestBuy I go to so I'm not sure if it's a culture thing, but I love my experience at this store everytime I drop in. As you would hope, the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and to top it off I've met some that are very relatable and personable. You can always order things online, but the helpful interaction and tactile experience here is an irreplaceable here. Do your research online, then bring your discoveries and questions here.

Found they did not fulfill caring for discrepancies. The Geek Squad returned a fully loaded with programs came back with zero programs. Customer told they did not have access to replacing programs and would have to buy them again to be installed.

Best Buy slogan should be "We aren't cheap, but if you need something you can't wait for from Amazon we might have it in stock". Staff is generally knowledgeable which for an IT guy is nice. This store is pretty good about keeping a variety of everything. They might not have the exact model you are looking for, but they will generally have the equivalent in another brand. I have on a few rare occasions got some great price matches here as well as Black Friday deals so I don't mind shopping here ... If I can't wait for it to come from Amazon :)

Honestly, I had a great experience with this store. I did ordered a item and it been more than two hours. So I did went to pick up area and Angela was the person who attended me. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced to date. I was told that a 55" ultra HD tv would not be covered by the manufacturers warranty or the extended 2 year warranty I purchased first by the geek squad then by corporate hq. The geek squad said there was a protocol in place requiring that two people move the tv. That's right. I was told by two "CERTIFIED" technicians that the warranty required two people to move the t.v. I'm my home. Then a customer service representative said that the two year extended warranty I purchased wouldn't cover the tv because the one year manufacturer's warranty was no longer in effect. O will never purchase another dimes worth of merchandise from them again
Stood in front of headphones for 10 minutes looking and even i decided the ones i wanted i spent 5 minutes trying to get an employee to get some for me but they were out of stock. Ending up getting another pair on the employee's recommendation and am pretty satisfied so far.

Very convenient place to take electronics for recycle.
I needed a router but didn't know anything about them. So I went to Best Buy for help with a purchase. The salesman asked me several questions which narrowed it down to what I needed. I left with my purchase. The whole process was much easier than going elsewhere & guessing for myself.

Best buy has a very large selection of electronics to supply you with practically all your electronic needs, I went in to cover a question about computer monitor sizes and I got my answer, satisfied; very nice staff too.

Best help I have ever gotten at a store. Their prices completely beat Walmart on some big items, and on the ones they didn't beat I was happy to pay the extra money for the service. Walmart employees totally disregarded me when I was there trying to get help in Electronics so I just left and went to Best Buy.

Never realize how much I appreciate it when the workers smile and greet you until I go to this store. The inventory's not usually all that great and with the exception of the cashier on this particular day, the worker's are pretty aloof. Those things combined, I prefer the Macon location.
I really don't know how these kind of places stay in business, but I'm glad the are there when I want to see, hear feel or touch something. The people that work there are a bit hard to approach and not so knowledgeable, but that is to be expected these days I suppose. I believe that kind of attitude has contributed greatly to demise of the retail industry. What do you think?
I don't enjoy best buy as much as I used to. The new look and layout isn't that great. I used to find hard to find items related to home use electronics. Now mainly Apple and Samsung. But still a great place to window shop
A great store, got an awesome mobile phone here, and they really took care of me so I appreciate that. Got pretty much everything you could hope for. The only odd thing is the price fluctuations; things are more expensive here than at other places, and others far cheaper than comparable stores. Not sure how that works, but I don't really get economics, so I'm sure there's a reason

They were swamped today when I went to pick up an online order. I had a guy cut in front of my and get check out. The guy at the register was apologetic about it and ran back to get my order which wasn’t up behind the counter where their pick up orders usually are. He checked me out quickly and again apologized for the long wait.

If I could give a negative star I would. I purchased a sound bar at full price and upon setting up I realized there was no owners manual, remote, and hdmi cables. I called immediately to see what could be done and I spoke with Jose who offered me two options: a $50.00 discount and picking up a remote or exchanging it for another boxed one. They offered No apologies for returning the product other than a discount. I asked to speak to a general manager, and was told there was not one available until the following day. Jose advised me that he would speak to the GM- Mary personally and have her call me first thing in the morning. After waiting until noon the day the GM was expected to call, I ended up calling the store and talking to Nelson who offered the same as Jose and no apologies for the waiting, inconvenience and trouble. I asked to speak to the GM- again, not available. I decided to return the product and was treated poorly. Other customers listening in to my discussion with the associates were baffled at the lack of desire to assist in helping resolve the matter. It took over 20 minutes and a lengthy banter before the associates completed the return. As a loyal Best Buy customer for over 20 years this has tainted my view of the company’s ability to hire competent staff and I no longer recommend this store to anyone.

Very large store with just about every form of electronics that you could possibly want. We went to find a specific cord for a Bose wireless headphone. Surprisingly, they did not have it. No problem. We got some other headphones for another person in the family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hard to find things just because the store is so big. There are only a couple of Best Buys in Hawaii and this is one of them. Popular store and a nice convenience.

I have bought many items from here and sometimes they have amazing deals on a lot of products, it's worth getting the credit card for points but make sure you redeem them before they expire but the customer service is spot on and always ready to help.

Do yourself a favor and order online if possible. If you go into the store plan about 2 hours of your day out because that's how long it will take to find someone to help you.
Went in looking for a product, after some time with a store representative I found it. The representative was nice and knowledgeable, and very helpful. Appreciated their company and determination to find the product in inventory and over handling of the check-out process. Will be back and hope to work with the same representatives.

Bought myself a Samsung Tab 4 with keyboard cover and pen for school. Give a for star because keyboard and cover only comes in black...looking for Samsung to come out with a white version...I won't hold my breath tho..
We looked around for quite a while for equipment for a video display wall. At no point did anyone ask us if we needed help. And when we decided to ask for help, it took forever to find someone. Once we did, they said, "I think it would be over there," and pointed. They didn't walk over with us or help us look. On the positive, the store was very clean.

Yes I’m disappointed in Best Buy. In 2016 we purchased $6,000 plus home entertainment system. We also paid for delivery (extra) and the full installation. Love the system. My disappointment stems from repeated promises that when we relocated the install guys would come and remove the system as part of the deal. Fast forward to today. After 3 transfers the call center in the Midwest told me politely that it was to bad they can’t (?) honor that agreement. Reason? Her computer won’t let her. They want to charge $99.00 to remove tv from mounts and set in on the floor. Yea my friends were right “you should saved money buying from Amazon”. I thought I’d get better service from the Best Buy.
Helpful staff. Fine for young people that know what they are doing, but older people who don't can go for a bit of ride. And don't come on Thursday since apparently that's when deliveries come and it will take hours to get anything from the back. They should have deliveries after hours.

Helpful staff, not very knowledgeable though about certain products. Seems like they just want to sell you a laptop with all of bells and whistles rather than what you need.

Instead of saying "I'm sorry, but we can not sell this to you", they went above and beyond to find a way, price it, and sell it. Great job.

As a person who buys a ton of video game every year and spends over 4k in games and electronics this store is pure trash.. employees are great and helpful however they hardly have anything in stock...their video game area is complete utter disaster...completely unorganized and like i said hardly any triple a games.. coming from Miami FL, over there the stores always had things in stock..its very frustrating when on release day on games this store doesn't have it.. i will be taking my business else where.

Came for a laptop before school starts for us and glad we did. While comparing laptops multiple people asked us if we needed help and more specifically Alex was able to really show us what we would be better off with or not. Employees here really do take their job seriously and try to help anyway possible. Brick and mortar are still relevant today because of the customer service you receive. Thanks again!
I just got the Verizon Palm, and it took 55 minutes for them to tie it to my account, wasn't happy about that. However, they were incredibly friendly and very apologetic that it was talking so long. They unfortunately don't know a lot about the Palm there, but enough to get me by. This will be a great little backup/side phone!
The two I dealt with in Best Buy cell phones were awesome. Erin and Will. Verizon would not sell me the exact phone I bought here, because I am on the PrePay Verizon plan. Vanishing Americana. Mainly sell televisions, cell phone equipment and related items. Gone are the computers, the DVDs & CDs and new tech. But still has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will miss these stores when the are gone.
Went in to check plans and pricing for phones for my son. Diego was the associate that helped me out. This guy was great. Explained everything well, gave me numerous options, yet kept a "no pressure" approach to everything he explained. I bought 2 new phones, and even though it was very close to closing time, he helped me set them up and transfer data from old phones. He was good enough that he was able to help me set up new phones, and help other customers with small problems at the same time. Will never go anywhere else for mobile phone help!
Stood there for 25 minutes looking at an iPad pro. Not a single one of the 5 employees stopped or asked if I needed help. I just left the apple store and spent over a thousand dollars.

Not the greatest selection of items but good if you need something simple and dont want to wait for shipping from the mainland. The best part of Best Buy is the price matching. Always do a quick search online on your item for cheaper prices. This has saved me a lot of time and money.

Go to BestBuy often to see what comes in. It is sometimes easier to find a video game or computer something I need then going to somewhere else. Also I buy most of my DVDs there because they have a larger selection than even Walmart.
I paid for the 1yr geek squad protection $200..this is the 3rd time i had to take my computer withing 2 weeks because i keep having the same issue after i fixed it. Now they call and tell me by accident they cracked my computer case but are replaceing it. I get it home and blue screens again. Jose was helpful up untill he realized he cant fix the problem. It keeps happening over and over. I will be contacting a lawyer for this issue

On Saturday morning I made a 4:20pm Geek Squad appointment to drop off my wife’s Apple Watch for Apple Care service. I arrived within the 10 minute window and took a seat at the counter because another customer was being helped. During a break in that conversation I stood and gave my details. I was told I missed the appointment window and would need to reschedule. When I said I was patiently waiting in the chair while he assisted this customer I was told he didn’t see me and I need to reschedule. I told him I’d take my business elsewhere and did. Apple, if you’re reading this, think twice about having GS handle Apple Care repairs. Their customer service is no match for yours.
Could not find anyone to help me for almost 30 min. As I was heading to checkout with my items I was being followed and harassed by an employee acting like I was trying to steal the merchandise...unbelievable and totally unacceptable. Terrible service, if you have the option go somewhere else

Went in to have the radio on my car fixed. I totally botched the thing by trying to do it myself and made a complete mess of the wiring, honestly I didn't think they were going to be able to fix it. Not only did their car sterio giy fix it but at a hundred dollars cheaper than I was expecting and at an incredible speed to boot. He even hooked in and fixed my subwoofer wiring for free. He's an awesome guy I highly recommend
I love Best Buy but this location or maybe just a few of the sales staff I spoke to seemed to be incompetent I literally got on their website chose this location to look at the inventory found the item that I was looking for was in fact in stock that there were nine of them in stock to be precise and when I asked for help from three different people they told me that they not only stop selling it but it's no longer made therefore it's no longer stocked after refusing to accept this as an answer because I was able to see that the item was in stock online I walked around the corner and found item I was looking for this is after I was told that I should leave the store and make my purchase online through Amazon well because of this advice I will be making all of my future purchases online through Amazon I do not appreciate in competent employees who like to stand around on their cell phones or talking shop with each other clearly being too busy to be bothered with helping a customer it's almost as if they will not interact with you at all like they walk away and hide if you have a look of need on your face

Please note that the 3 star review is solely due to the fact that I did not find what I was looking for, which was a replacement for my surface pro charger, the only similar thing they had was the surface pro dock which was way more than what I needed and was $200. Honestly, and electronics place that doesn't have something as basic as a replacement charger for a fairly popular computer, raises a lot of questions. I found the charger on Amazon, but I would much rather not have to wait for a computer charger. The staff was fast to help me and they were friendly, the cause of my dissatisfaction had absolutely nothing to do with the staff.

Found they did not fulfill caring for discrepancies. The Geek Squad returned a fully loaded with programs came back with zero programs. Customer told they did not have access to replacing programs and would have to buy them again to be installed.

I love this store. Everything a gamer dad like me could want all in one place! You could go there and browse or use the app to see what's in stock and also check out the deals of the day, order it and pick it up. I just hope the store doesn't close like Kmart and Sears
Very large store with just about every form of electronics that you could possibly want. We went to find a specific cord for a Bose wireless headphone. Surprisingly, they did not have it. No problem. We got some other headphones for another person in the family. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hard to find things just because the store is so big. There are only a couple of Best Buys in Hawaii and this is one of them. Popular store and a nice convenience.

I have bought many items from here and sometimes they have amazing deals on a lot of products, it's worth getting the credit card for points but make sure you redeem them before they expire but the customer service is spot on and always ready to help.
Nice to still have a place to go if you need a router right this second. Wish they had more business items though.
Do yourself a favor and order online if possible. If you go into the store plan about 2 hours of your day out because that's how long it will take to find someone to help you.

Very pleased with the recent customer service received at the Ala Kawa Street location yesterday. At least three representatives came up to us and asked if we needed help. That is a record for customer service anywhere that I've visited! Three representatives during our visited which lasted less than an hour. Good job Best Buy!

Got my new Google pixel phone there. It was $150 cheaper than at Verizon, so I'm pretty happy.
Helpful staff. Fine for young people that know what they are doing, but older people who don't can go for a bit of ride. And don't come on Thursday since apparently that's when deliveries come and it will take hours to get anything from the back. They should have deliveries after hours.
Same as any best buy but their prices are hiked up! They do price match so that's good. But do your homework before purchasing there bc you might save a few $$. Helpful staff, not very knowledgeable though about certain products. Seems like they just want to sell you a laptop with all of bells and whistles rather than what you need.

Went in to check plans and pricing for phones for my son. Diego was the associate that helped me out. This guy was great. Explained everything well, gave me numerous options, yet kept a "no pressure" approach to everything he explained. I bought 2 new phones, and even though it was very close to closing time, he helped me set them up and transfer data from old phones. He was good enough that he was able to help me set up new phones, and help other customers with small problems at the same time. Will never go anywhere else for mobile phone help!

Went in to have the radio on my car fixed. I totally botched the thing by trying to do it myself and made a complete mess of the wiring, honestly I didn't think they were going to be able to fix it. Not only did their car sterio giy fix it but at a hundred dollars cheaper than I was expecting and at an incredible speed to boot. He even hooked in and fixed my subwoofer wiring for free. He's an awesome guy I highly recommend
I love Best Buy but this location or maybe just a few of the sales staff I spoke to seemed to be incompetent I literally got on their website chose this location to look at the inventory found the item that I was looking for was in fact in stock that there were nine of them in stock to be precise and when I asked for help from three different people they told me that they not only stop selling it but it's no longer made therefore it's no longer stocked after refusing to accept this as an answer because I was able to see that the item was in stock online I walked around the corner and found item I was looking for this is after I was told that I should leave the store and make my purchase online through Amazon well because of this advice I will be making all of my future purchases online through Amazon I do not appreciate in competent employees who like to stand around on their cell phones or talking shop with each other clearly being too busy to be bothered with helping a customer it's almost as if they will not interact with you at all like they walk away and hide if you have a look of need on your face

Best Buy is very knowledgeable, and they carry the top brands. This location has great service. They will tell you if they can't help you, and they will help even if it means sending you elsewhere. They used to be too expensive, but have really evened out over the last few years. Look for their great sales on older tech.
Got new phones this weekend. Great experience, from Lee at the Aiea store getting us a great deal, the phone staff at the Honolulu location holding them and setting them up , and Sandra at checkout making our day with her smile and great personality. Great experience.
Went there to pick a phone cable found it. While there asked sales person about the Samsung S10+ he was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in helping us. So I left will now shop around for the S10+.
This best buy store is one of the best one I been to. The sales associates was very helpful. I paid for a new trucker gps with the insurance. I also brought a new samsung phone. The sales team was very knowledgeable with the product and the geek squad insurance.

Sales rep had no idea what he was talking about. A needed help with the tablets was wanting to but 3. Stood in the area for quite a while finally got a managers attention said I had some questions about a few he finally got a reps attention. the rep was clearly irritated that his conversation with 2 other sales reps had been interupted and made no effort to help me at all. I asked for information on one tablet he picked it up and read the back of the box to me. Then sugested I should google any other questions I had about it.
I'm usually in and out of Best Buy in less than 10 minutes and those that work here are good about helping when you need it and leaving you alone when you don't

The employees are attentive and all help you when asked. I will speak more about returns and customer service; they are very reasonable and friendly. Don't be afraid to ask any questions or if you are missing anything. For the most part, they are knowledgeable but will avoid the embarrassment if they don't know something exact. Employees, please just contact your coworkers for help if needed.

We visited this store in search of a new laptop for our son. After we answered a few questions to our salesman, he introduced us to a couple of items that would suit our son's needs. I was impressed that Best Buy offered student pricing which helps a lot. We quickly found what we needed without having to look over every single displayed laptop. I was disappointed to learn that the sales team does not work on commission and that the survey that generates from sales are only random.
Service is non-existent. When I asked for a product, I was handed a box. Paid for it. Got home 45 minutes later and found out that I paid $32 for an empty box. So... Try calling the store. No one answers the phone....in any department. I won't be purchasing anything from this store or probably even Best Buy again. I now have to drive 45 minutes back to hopefully get my money back. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

I went in to look at TVs, and of course I found one that was over 80" and fell in love with it...but my entertainment center will only hold up to a 43". I browsed around, not pestered by salespeople, which was spectacular. When I finally made my choice, an employee helped me to get it and took it up front for me. The whole process was easy, quick, smooth, and hassle-free.

I had a few tech questions about solid state drives and ram optimization, and not only did he answer all my questions like a true professional computer expert, but also made some very wise suggestions that I had not thought about. George and Ricardo was an excellent help. They explained everything to me and my Wife..But when it came down to the day it was going to be installed, they only had half of what I ordered to be installed. I had to argue with them to get it done since I waited 2 weeks for it to be done. Also the technician had to rush though it cause he had other work.

The smallest Best Buy but it has the best electronics around. They often have great deals and the latest gadgets. Poor management has led to disorganization and lowered overall satisfaction, though. It is not recommended as a place of employment due to multiple HR nightmares, again, on behalf of poor management and despotism.
I have visited this store very frequently lately. I was in the market to get a new bluetooth speaker for work. One of the staff recommended that I get a specific one. The product worked for a couple of days and ended up failing on me. I took it back with no problems. They recommended a couple of other speakers that weren't right for me or were defective. I slowly lost respect for the staff, especially a guy with a long beard and a bald head that I will not name who treated me like garbage today when I came in. They have basically given me a "go away, we're sick of you" attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Sometimes they help you sometimes they do not. Workers there often underestimate the technical knowledge of their customers just focusing on making a sale. Like that they match online prices for the most part.

My daughter wanted to purchase an Apple Watch, could not find a representative, asked up front if someone can assist us, was told that maybe they were assisting someone else, but he would find someone. Did not see anyone assisting, did see a lot standing around talking, even someone standing there spinning a computer, waited a little bit, no one came so left, the gentleman up front saw me walking out, proper customer service would have been for him to ask us to wait and he would get someone right away. Took my money and business elsewhere.

Needed a replacement phone system. Sales person had good knowledge of the products available. Showed me the one on sale first.
When BB first opened, it was good for competition. But now, I have to admit. Its mediocre at best since their closest competitor has closed since. There's nothing that can be found online at a lower price which BB is able to price match. That is, unless it's on their list of vendors. Help is hard to find, especially when its during sales or during the holidays. All in all, I still shop here for when i need something immediately if available and more so because of the convenience.

Truly the worst experience we have ever had. One star because it requires one. Extremely disappointed and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in comparison to our last unsatisfying experience but lesson learned. We will no longer spend another dime here.
I took my laptop to get repaired. But, I always like to check out the computer's, the big screen TV's, and the surround sound theater system's. It's a very good store to look at the electronics. I think there well priced. ALOHA and MAHALO!!

Though the store itself is more aesthetically pleasing than the Aiea location, and typically has fuller shelves, the customer service here sucks. On multiple occasions, I've had issues trying to find an employee that could help me with a product. When you do finally find one and ask them a question about anything that isn't a big ticket item such as a TV or appliance, they act as if they don't want to be bothered by you. On other occasions, I've had to deal with very rude checkout employees. One time, I was in line and the cashier waved me over. I said "hey, how's it going?" when I approached the counter and he said nothing. He looked incredibly annoyed as he scanned my items, and then told me my total. I payed, I told him thank you, and he once again ignored me. Has pretty much all your electronic needs covered. But I'd only come here if I can't get what I'm looking for online.

Literally the only Best Buy with AirPods after a a city-wide search! Was very pleased with the store experience and the Store Pick-Up kiosk was efficient and quick. It’s surprisingly not as busy as other locations and the staff is easier to find than in most locations. It’s also located next to an Olive Garden so that’s a plus!
Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8+ on sale right before Christmas for $500 off. Bought Geek Squad protection also. One tip - if you're going to see them, make an appointment online. It will save you time otherwise you'll have to stand, no chairs, in line for as long as it takes. Reservations come first.

I know you are Best Buy and everyone goes to you, but you should really work on customer service training. I was looking for a small fridge for my office and no one wanted to help me. I approached 3 people who told me to go down 3 different aisles to look for the refrigerators and didn't bother to make sure I found what I was looking for. That's sad and frustrating. If I can help it, I'm going to somewhere else for my electronics and appliances.
Super helpful staff. I typically don't review huge mega chain establishments because everyone knows what to expect, but these Idaho Falls guys have always been great and really went to bat for us when my daughter got a lemon of a Chromebook and had to return/exchange it.

I needed to replace a 36" cooktop. I picked out a few that I liked, and as recommended by Pacific Sales, had the free home survey to identify any potential installation problems. Sales person said the cooktops that I chose might be problematic and recommended another brand saying it would be a good fit. 3 weeks later they show up to install the cook top and tell me it is 1/2 inch too big for the cutout. Give us $200 and we'll fix it. So I spent $150 extra for the cooktop that wasn't my 1st choice and then $200 to make it work! Maybe next time I try Home Depot or Lowes....
I accidently bought the wrong car stereo online, and didn't want to pay and wait for shipping, so I took it to the store and even though customer service was already helping someone, an employee saw that I was waiting and came over to help me. I wandered around a bit just to look around and everyone offered to help, but they weren't annoying about it. Send like they have a great staff.
Terrible customer service. Not informatove at all. Paid for a television and was told to put a down payment of $200-$300. Gave a down payment of $500 CASH and the sales associate did not even record on to the receipt/final payement. When confronted the sales associate and he denies accepting any cash but remember money being taken out. Sales associate, JOSHUA, does not look at you when he talks. When a manager was asked for they took a long time to respond and was not helpful in providing alternative options or additional help. Asked them to check the security camera for cash transaction being made but they deny seeing any cash transaction. Did not even offer to show the video footage for proof and peace of mind. Their totally mentality is to deny everything and make it the customer fault and problem to deal with.

Beware with Best Buy?!!! I am very mad with Best Buy store. I have purchased the Sony a7iii . After 7 Days of use I found that the camera most have some Focus issue. 80% of the pictures were B Blurry (focus issue). I went back to BestBuy to exchange the camera or either way have a refund. Explained them about the issue, and theirs answer were the most Stupid One. They told me that's because the camera came with a kit lens did haven't speed enough to take clear pictures. They didn't believe in my opinion and decided to charge me 15% of restocking fee ($330). I have feeling that Best Buy Stole My Money. I gave back them the same item in the same condition which I get it. There is not reason for that big amount or percent of restocking fee. I will never buy again anything in Best Buy. Had to buy a printer. Appreciated having models on display to look at. I had checked out their website before going to see what they had. Bought a Brother for about $60 on sale. Happy with purchase so far. Easy enough to set up and connect to laptop and it scans. I needed to save old photos.
They need to work on answering phones. Called multiple extensions with no answer.

My wife and I have recently made two purchases from Best Buy. A washer and dryer set and a freezer. Both times the Geek squad called us to notify us that the delivery would be delayed for "mechanical reasons". The delivery truck is broken down. I would suggest that the stores get more trucks or make sure they run! We had a beef coming and had to make other arrangements to store it until the freezer gets here a week after it was supposed to. What a joke.
They were offering a great deal on the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 xl along with an additional special, unfortunately their inventory was gone other than three pink standard Pixel 3's. Macon also only had one and it was too close to closing to drive up there. The sales associate then told me the special was only good through the 16 of February and to check back Tuesday when the truck runs, but with no guarantee the special would still be available. I'm giving them three stars solely on the professionalism of the sales associate for trying to help.

This review is for the best buy credit card team. I attempted to purchase a TV today. I tried to use my Best Buy credit card, a card I've had for almost 20 years and has a zero ballance. And the purchase somehow got flagged for fraud. The employee helping me had to call someone, and after talking to him for 5 minutes gives the phone to me. The guy asked for my name 4 times before he told me who he even was. He told me I couldnt proceed without information that was located on my paper bill...... ....... I'm in the store, sorry I dont have my bill with me. I handed the phone back after a few minutes and told the guy to just forget about it. Then they locked my card down. I've honestly never been treated this way by a company. I just got done closing the account, I guess Amazon will get all of my electronics business from now on.
The staff in Geek Squad were very helpful. We had been having some issues with one of our computers. The assistant store manager offered a refund or exchange on the computer. We accepted the exchange offer and the Geek Squad tech was very helpful by advising on which warranty was better to purchase for computers. Very satisfied!

I went in and was greeted. I went looking for a particular item and couldn't find it. I asked a sales person and they had no idea. I tried a section one and I was told not his department. I asked could you call someone. After 10 minutes, I left. If you know what you want and do not need any help then it's a great place to go. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Wheelchairs can maneuver easily inside the store.

Called this store on Watson Blvd warner Robin's, ga this afternoon and asked about purchasing the samsung galaxy watch in rose gold and activating it to my verizon account. Was informed they had it in stock and he would be happy to help set it up. Went into the store tonight and wasn't helped by any of the associates hanging around and chatting about after work life. Went to mobile counter and a taller female looked bothered by having to stop her conversation as well before asking me if I needed anything. I asked to purchase the new rose gold samsung watch. She started looking it up and was all cheerful to make the sale until I mentioned I wanted it added to my carrier, verizon. She quickly turned sour again and let me know promptly that it wouldn't work on verizon. The watches they sell in store are only for tmobile. She let me know the watches are sold as unlocked but samsung only sent ones for being activated on tmobile. The verizon one wasn't available. I showed her on my verizon app that the watches are available for verizon. She changed her story to tell me that verizon activations just werent working currently and the watches arent taking sim cards from anyone except tmobile (she states from her training from best buy on this product). Wasted a trip into the store but ok. Came home and called verizon to confirm what I was being told at best buy. She said she had not taken any calls from customers stating it wasn't working and placed me on hold to verify with two other customer service reps that the unlocked version at all retailers was the same one being sold at best buy. luckily the associate on the phone had purchased the exact same watch AT A BEST BUY IN ATLANTA, GA. She of course, also has verizon. Her watch is working great and connected fine. The associates in her local best buy store simply called verizon and had the device activated. My question for management of this store is what exactly is happening behind y'alls closed doors? You're training your employees to brush off customers and lose sales? Are you training them to completely shut down questions and repeat the same answers or twist the words around like 3rd world country reps for Dell computers on the phone reading a script? How about simply picking up a phone and calling these carriers and asking? And in case you were curious, I only wanted to purchase the watch from best buy to obtain geek squad protection instead of using Verizon's protection plan with tech coach. I will still purchase from a best buy store, just may have to take a day trip to hot lanta to do so. Please just take the time to figure out how to do something instead of just shutting down and saying you cant. From someone in customer service, just because you dont know the answer doesn't mean you cant find out.
Will not buy anything from best buy again. My 2 month old samsung has issue with Ian charging port. They refused to fix and claimed to not cover physical damage. I brought my phone to a repair shop, they fix it in a second, said nothing wrong, just derbies they used air blow gun to remove it. Anyways, Best Buy will deny their responsibility without inspecting the cause of problem. Without warranty, I could have bought my s10 online with much cheaper price.

Never could get anyone to answer the phone to ask about a product. Went to the store and employees were to busy talking to each other and having a good time to help me. Finally I had to break into a conversation among employees to ask them about an item I want and they wouldn't even look they replied I don't thing we have it so I just left.
Alot of what is said to be in stock on google is in fact not. Why even bother posting stock available on google if its wrong all the time? Or maybe they just have better things to do than track down a set of bluetooth earphones for you and just say they are out of stock. I often like to browse and make eye contact with employees and count the minutes until someone actively approaches me. Last time it was over 10 minutes. Of course, if I am in a rush I'll tail the first employee I see until they acknowledge me and my questions. Once I did get help on the last visit, the salesperson was extremely helpful and pleasant. Even offered to ring it up for me. This is not the case with all of their employees. I would guess about 15%. Most of which probably work in customer service which is more of a calling. My advice...yell for help. I know it sounds silly but it works every time. See ya at best buy! I'll be the guy yelling for help. :)

Best Buy took a page out of Walmart's book and moved everything around since last time I was here. I can't tell if it's for better or worse yet, just different (for different's sake?) Lots of friendly help was offered so I could get to whichever section I wanted, and prices were pleasantly found to be competitive. Overall a good experience.
Very extensive selection on all electric goods. Try to find a case for my phone and it's the best place to try out all different kind of cases.

Had to wait awhile for someone to be free to help me because it was during the holidays, but once they did he was very attentive. He looked up the sale price on the website and even took down a newer box that didn't look so roughed up.

I order stuff from this place all the time. I've bought plenty of computer supplies, like my power supply for my computer, as well as basic electronics, like my demo smart plug and many pairs of headphones. The staff are really good at showing you around the store without hounding you too much about buying their products to make a sale. Their returns are a breeze and they take them back without giving you a hassle for returning items. Worth a stop if you cant find what you're looking for online or are just browsing.
I’ve always been able to get quick and helpful service. My only “gripe” is that sometimes I’ve popped in just to look when I’m trying to kill time and I get asked by 10 different employees if I need help. I appreciate the ease in access to help if I need it, but there’s been a few times that it just felt like I couldn’t freely browse without being interrupted every minute or two by a different employee.
Initially the purchase was great. After having an issue with the device and going back to have the device fix I found out that personnel misinformed me about store procedures and fees. When I talked to the managers they said that there was nothing they could do and they would not get it to he said she said. Managers were very nonchalant and made no extra attempt to rectify the situation. Just shop online and not with BestBuy.... Amazon and Walmart are so much better.

This Best Buy seems run down and has a staffing issue. Today I tried to buy a car stereo but there is only a limited selection, a terrible display, and only one installer who is booked out over a month! He’s also too busy to answer any questions about what stereo would be good for my truck.

The Samsung guy was extremely friendly and talkative. At time of visiting, they didn't have the Samsung earbuds but I understand it's a hot commodity. Since we don't have other options, this place is ok.
Not what it used to be. Good for when you can't wait on Amazon. You get asked 10 times to join the best buy club. Employees are forced to ask I'm sure but it's real annoying.

Sales rep had no idea what he was talking about. A needed help with the tablets was wanting to but 3. Stood in the area for quite a while finally got a managers attention said I had some questions about a few he finally got a reps attention. the rep was clearly irritated that his conversation with 2 other sales reps had been interupted and made no effort to help me at all. I asked for information on one tablet he picked it up and read the back of the box to me. Then sugested I should google any other questions I had about it.
I'm usually in and out of Best Buy in less than 10 minutes and those that work here are good about helping when you need it and leaving you alone when you don't

The people that work here are very helpful. If you're like me and like to just wonder around the store, expect to be asked if you're finding everything alright multiple times. Excellent returns and price matching as well. Don't let this place go the way of the Toys R Us, price match and get it now!
We visited this store in search of a new laptop for our son. After we answered a few questions to our salesman, he introduced us to a couple of items that would suit our son's needs. I was impressed that Best Buy offered student pricing which helps a lot. We quickly found what we needed without having to look over every single displayed laptop. I was disappointed to learn that the sales team does not work on commission and that the survey that generates from sales are only random.

What can I say? This is one of my favorite places to shop. Online ordering with in-store pickup is super quick and convenient, and even though this isn't one of the biggest Best Buy stores, I almost always find what I'm looking for.

The smallest Best Buy but it has the best electronics around. They often have great deals and the latest gadgets. Poor management has led to disorganization and lowered overall satisfaction, though. It is not recommended as a place of employment due to multiple HR nightmares, again, on behalf of poor management and despotism.
I have visited this store very frequently lately. I was in the market to get a new bluetooth speaker for work. One of the staff recommended that I get a specific one. The product worked for a couple of days and ended up failing on me. I took it back with no problems. They recommended a couple of other speakers that weren't right for me or were defective. I slowly lost respect for the staff, especially a guy with a long beard and a bald head that I will not name who treated me like garbage today when I came in. They have basically given me a "go away, we're sick of you" attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Limited on computer hardware, but overall great for everything else.
When BB first opened, it was good for competition. But now, I have to admit. Its mediocre at best since their closest competitor has closed since. There's nothing that can be found online at a lower price which BB is able to price match. That is, unless it's on their list of vendors. Help is hard to find, especially when its during sales or during the holidays. All in all, I still shop here for when i need something immediately if available and more so because of the convenience.
Truly the worst experience we have ever had. One star because it requires one. Extremely disappointed and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt in comparison to our last unsatisfying experience but lesson learned. We will no longer spend another dime here.
I took my laptop to get repaired. But, I always like to check out the computer's, the big screen TV's, and the surround sound theater system's. It's a very good store to look at the electronics. I think there well priced. ALOHA and MAHALO!!

Dallin was awesome! I went in there thinking I was gonna spend over $200 and he showed me exactly what I needed and gave me a great deal, for a student in a budget this was awesome! I will definitely be coming back, the customer service and friendly atmosphere here are definitely a strong point, I highly recommend!

Busy for 4th of July but lots of associates available and willing to help customers! I was even able to check out without waiting in line (at a register located in the smart home section).
Though the store itself is more aesthetically pleasing than the Aiea location, and typically has fuller shelves, the customer service here sucks. On multiple occasions, I've had issues trying to find an employee that could help me with a product. When you do finally find one and ask them a question about anything that isn't a big ticket item such as a TV or appliance, they act as if they don't want to be bothered by you. On other occasions, I've had to deal with very rude checkout employees. One time, I was in line and the cashier waved me over. I said "hey, how's it going?" when I approached the counter and he said nothing. He looked incredibly annoyed as he scanned my items, and then told me my total. I payed, I told him thank you, and he once again ignored me. Has pretty much all your electronic needs covered. But I'd only come here if I can't get what I'm looking for online.
Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8+ on sale right before Christmas for $500 off. Bought Geek Squad protection also. One tip - if you're going to see them, make an appointment online. It will save you time otherwise you'll have to stand, no chairs, in line for as long as it takes. Reservations come first.
The employees can be like pests. Would be nice if they just backed off when you're browsing. If I need help I will get help.
I know you are Best Buy and everyone goes to you, but you should really work on customer service training. I was looking for a small fridge for my office and no one wanted to help me. I approached 3 people who told me to go down 3 different aisles to look for the refrigerators and didn't bother to make sure I found what I was looking for. That's sad and frustrating. If I can help it, I'm going to somewhere else for my electronics and appliances.
Super helpful staff. I typically don't review huge mega chain establishments because everyone knows what to expect, but these Idaho Falls guys have always been great and really went to bat for us when my daughter got a lemon of a Chromebook and had to return/exchange it.
I needed to replace a 36" cooktop. I picked out a few that I liked, and as recommended by Pacific Sales, had the free home survey to identify any potential installation problems. Sales person said the cooktops that I chose might be problematic and recommended another brand saying it would be a good fit. 3 weeks later they show up to install the cook top and tell me it is 1/2 inch too big for the cutout. Give us $200 and we'll fix it. So I spent $150 extra for the cooktop that wasn't my 1st choice and then $200 to make it work! Maybe next time I try Home Depot or Lowes....
I accidently bought the wrong car stereo online, and didn't want to pay and wait for shipping, so I took it to the store and even though customer service was already helping someone, an employee saw that I was waiting and came over to help me. I wandered around a bit just to look around and everyone offered to help, but they weren't annoying about it. Send like they have a great staff.
Terrible customer service. Not informatove at all. Paid for a television and was told to put a down payment of $200-$300. Gave a down payment of $500 CASH and the sales associate did not even record on to the receipt/final payement. When confronted the sales associate and he denies accepting any cash but remember money being taken out. Sales associate, JOSHUA, does not look at you when he talks. When a manager was asked for they took a long time to respond and was not helpful in providing alternative options or additional help. Asked them to check the security camera for cash transaction being made but they deny seeing any cash transaction. Did not even offer to show the video footage for proof and peace of mind. Their totally mentality is to deny everything and make it the customer fault and problem to deal with.
The workers here we're very nice. I needed help locating an item, and I asked for help. The sales person found the item, and apologized for keeping me waiting. The cashier was very nice. Cracked a few jokes too.

Had to buy a printer. Appreciated having models on display to look at. I had checked out their website before going to see what they had. Bought a Brother for about $60 on sale. Happy with purchase so far. Easy enough to set up and connect to laptop and it scans. I needed to save old photos.

My wife and I have recently made two purchases from Best Buy. A washer and dryer set and a freezer. Both times the Geek squad called us to notify us that the delivery would be delayed for "mechanical reasons". The delivery truck is broken down. I would suggest that the stores get more trucks or make sure they run! We had a beef coming and had to make other arrangements to store it until the freezer gets here a week after it was supposed to. What a joke.
They have almost everything you need. Went there for a car charger, wasn't disappointed. They have a good service.
