Very busy place. Staff could be more punctual when scheduling appointments. It's always nice to have your order ready at scheduled time rather than wait another 20 minutes.
Horrible store. Managers won't even get on the phone to talk to you. If they can find a scratch on your phone they make an excuse that they can't honor the warranty. With as much as you pay for these products they should provide a descent warranty and better customer service.

Bought a new phones (2 iphones, ipad, robot) yesterday (6pm) and they made me buy more iCloud space to back up all my photos ... only few of them was uploaded on my iCloud - one year is lost and nobody was able to help me even though I came to the store by the opening - i can’t Believe that they had restore and lost my phone on one hour... I can barely hold my tears after and they ruined my vacation...

We do not have an Apple store close to us. My blind adopted parents were going to a convention in Orlando. My adopted moms I phone was not working properly as I had put a passcode on it and it locked due to failed attempts. We went to the store and there were lots of people. We were told we would have a two hour wait. I had a five hour drive back home and had to work next day. We were going to make an appointment for the day I come back to get them. The guy who was helping us told the other guy that we wanted to make an appointment. He asked what was wrong then asked to see the phone. Within five minutes he had it back where she could use it and we were on our way. Awesome customer service
I hate this company too. Make an appointment with them and tell me that after two hours and now they tell me I will also be two hours late. To fix my wife 's mobile, I am a good Samsung.
My phone got water damage and I took it to the Milennia Mall and this specific male apple specialist was so rude and dismissive today. He looked at the SIM card and said the phone is fine and dismissed me. I went to the Florida Mall apple store and they ran diagnostics, cleaned my phone, did test calls, etc. Steve Jobs would be disappointed in the Milennia Mall store but the Florida Mall store was so exceptional that I ended up getting an upgrade! It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced just because I had to deal with Tom the store manager. I had virtual lines on my iPhone 7 Plus. The technician asked to replace my screen for $169 and I Agreed for that. He said if didn’t fix we will replace the whole unit with no extra cost than what you paied!! At the end of the day they couldn’t fix it, another technician offered me replacement iphone for $400. I asked to speak to the store manager and unfortunately it was Tom, I explained to him what happened and he just ignored what I said with unrespectble way. I asked him to fix my I phone for $169 or replace it and I’ll still pay the $169 but he said the technician never said that to you. You have to pay for a new phone!! I got so frustrated and I told you made me Hate Apple. I can’t believe that happened at Apple.. I can’t beileve he called me lair and didn’t respect me and I’m the customer! It’s not worth it to purchase iphone for $900 and doesn’t stay with me for 2 years and if I tried to fix it they can’t do that and I have to pay $400 to get another one. You guys made me hate Apple.

If you’re coming to have anything worked on or fixed, make sure to ask for Chris Matos. He helped me out today with such enthusiasm and professionalism. He even managed to make the long wait seem like a few minuets. This was by far my best experience at an Apple store!

Same issue everywhere: crowded. But that understandable. My biggest issue with this location was this particular staff who was not too helpful. I asked about MacBooks and he was inattentive and kept carrying on a conversation with his colleague.

I visited the apple store because my air pods were losing sound quality. I didn't have an appointment but the scheduled me and tend d to me within 15 minutes. They examined and repaired my air pods at no charge and it was a great experience.

Worst customer service.. is it a genuine apple service center or it’s Chinese look-a-like! Gave watch for repair & was told if there is any cost, they will call. Got an email that watch is ready for pickup and when I went there they wanted me to pay $200 plus tax! Seriously... Also appointments get canceled if you don’t go working 10 mins.. seriously! People can’t be late due to traffic? Also the guys were chatting with girls than talking to people who are waiting for their turn!

All the staff was helpful. They where knowledgeable and friendly. They had an answer for all my questions. They helped us with financing, purchase and set up in a timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I felt like either you’ve been spending overtime or not been helped by anyone at all. The employees are just ignore you even you need their help. The others just too busy chatting with each other and don’t look at you.
Rude management. Set up a phone repair prior to driving an hour away just to be told that the agreement I had made on the phone with apple care senior rep was not going to be honored.

Im not sure what the guys name who helped me out was, but he was super friendly didnt push me to buy anything or upsell me on things I didnt need, and just gave me the info on what I wanted. He was very informative and helped me purchase the Apple watch and a band. Im thinking his name was Jordan...but I cant be too sure!
Avoid this place if you could. This place disappointed me today! I have always been an Apple fan. I have a series of Apple products. But today when I came with my mom, no one greeted us or helped us explain the phones. It was funny that one guy skipped us to help two other girls. And later when I raised my hands for some help, one guy saw it but clearly kept talking with his co-worker. Another guy didn’t even bother come to us. I literally had to walk to him to ask questions. This is not the Apple service I have experienced before. If Apple is proud of its customer service and signature Apple stores, game up the training please! And respect your customer regardless of race and gender.

Apple removed a dangerous swollen battery from my Mac and wouldn't replace it. Apple shamelessly said my Mac is now scrap and pushed me to buy a new one. I owned dozens of laptops before and the only one with hardware defects was my Mac. Don't waste top dollars buying Apple products when Apple thinks customers are fools!

Never felt welcome on this visit, and was prepared to pre-order two items. Could not find assistance willing to stop their conversations between employees. That occurred on my last visit as well. Same items will be available at Best Buy and Target. I'll wait my time. Can't, and won't, recommend this Apple location.

These people are a joke I will never purchase a iPhone again. I have had three problems with my phone from not powering to not charging. I brought my phone in about two weeks ago I was told another would be in about 3 days now I call its August 13. No refund no replacement just wait over a damn month for them to get another one. Apple has lost my trust in them.

Well it's 4 stars for a reason. The wait time is super long just to schedule a technician to look at the Apple Devices. However, their technicians are super diligent. My mom had a cracked screen due to her rechargeable battery phone case for her iphone 7. But they were able to fix it right away and for free. She also got those air pods that she loved the most.
Always packed but they make sure you’re always helped in a timely manner.
Good environment good store choices
Initially thinking that there was a defect in my husband's phone, we came to the Apple store where we discovered that when he had been outside and persired it got into the phone. We were told a replacement phone would cost $269 and there would be an hour-and-a-half wait. The AT&T store was within walking distance. So 45 minutes later we had a replacement for just $90.

Very expensive products for the quality you get. iPhones used to be very good phones. My iPhone 7, which is supposed to be splash resistant, is water damaged. I think that miss leading people into thinking that your phones are water resistant is unethical. I'm sure that you are getting money from repairs all the time due to water damage. Your business sucks, but people will move to another place if you don't provide value for such a high price product. It's a matter of time, you just lost another client.
Spacious store, lots of staff and still very crowded at evenings. Came in for earpods purchase and was out and ready in about 5 minutes even with all the people around.

First time leaving a review EVER! An hour drive to get to this store at the direction of Apple Support, 2 plus hour wait for them to not fix my phone despite knowing the defect of the 7 and it’s antenna. Got all kinds of excuses from three people. If I could do no stars I would. Thank goodness I have the Apple support persons name and number, maybe they will do something about this stores poor customer service! UPDATE-one of the store managers called after seeing my review - I was surprised they reached out. He did express that more training should happen so no one experiences what I did. Although I will finish out my needs with the Apple support person, the manager did try to make it right.
Very big store but it is not well maintained. There are always tons of customers there waiting. You appointment may last 2-3hours before it is resolved. It is a very busy area but things should be easier and faster for customers. Mostly appointments should be served right away. Not like a doctor’s office lol 3 hours wait is too much

People are very rude in here, they will not help you they will just dismiss you. They told me i can come anytime today i came they didnt let me in. Keep in mind this is 5 hours before closing and they are already not letting customers in.

This store is *huge*! And crammed with people of all walks of life. We went there to have them look at my mom's iWatch. There is no specific "help desk", which is frustrating if you just need something quick. You have to wade through the sea of humanity at their various tables and entertainment areas and find an employee who isn't busy with ten other customers. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they carry some Wacom products, including the Intuos Pro. I don't know if they do some repairs here. You're frankly better off doing it all online.
Had an appointment was taken right away great service
We had to come to this store to retrieve a replacement phone for my son after his phone was warrantied out. We were originally told that screen protector removal would be covered and it wasn't. After returning to the store to get his phone, the service was horrible. The staff was anything but helpful. They were more worried about the people actually purchasing things than us trying to set my sons phone back up and get it working ready. We asked several times to get help setting my sons phone back up and the girl ignored us both times and moved on to people who were just making purchases.. It was almost as if she didn't want to work. The screen protector was never replaced and we had to come home and figure out how to retrieve all my sons photos and information. My husband and I were considering making the switch to apple but not after that customer service. I rarely leave bad reviews but this one was definitely warranted. We will use the apple store at the florida mall for future needs.

Big Apple store, well organizad but it´s hard to contact a sales person. When I bought my macbook pro at the end of December 2014, they delivered me a macbook pro from mid 2014 instead of late 2014. I preserve the bill.

I came into this store after eight on a Monday night. There were plenty of workers and a fair but not unreasonable amount of customers. I tried to catch a workers eyes for help. Nothing. My husband and I each took turns standing next to a helper to get assistance. On the way out we encountered two female greeters. I mentioned my frustration in finding help. The sarcastic snarky female asked what I was looking for and if I was ready to buy. At that point I realized after waiting over twenty minutes I had already answered my own questions. Her smirk spoke volumes on how little she cared. I told them never mind I’m leaving. With a smirk I was told to ...have a nice day. Will be going to the Florida Mall or Altamonte Mall Apple stores from now on where I have been treated better.

Very disappointed in Apple. I have the apple watch and it was working perfectly until the update came trough. After clicking to update it froze my watch and will not get past the update point. Apple wants $199 to fix a software issue they released. Now my perfectly fine working great apple watch is basically trash. I can pay $199 to fix it or $249 a new one with warranty. Insane. Well not purchase another one and switched to Fitbit. Even more disappointing is when I emailed them this issue 2 months ago, they have still not even replied to my email. What customer service they have.

I went there two times and i talked to two of their manger’s and both of them were very mean and i feel like they don’t know what they are doing. I was very disappointed at that point. Never go to that store.

Arrived for appointment at genius on time. Got seated than waited like I was double booked. Twenty minutes later my time started with the apple genius. Then I'm informed the keyboard is need covered however they'll cover it this time, but they don't have one in stock so I have to return because they won't ship the device.

Service is excellent. However, you have to be aware that it could take some waiting period to get your device get checked if it needs repair. But the customer service is outstanding.

This mall is very beautiful, upscale, and while shopping this is for the guys here. if your shopping with the one you love. just sit in one of the chairs. The atmosphere is calming, so you will not be stressed out as we all know how stressful they can get when shopping. any ways I recommend everyone wwho is not from florida to visit it. it will not disappoint you :)

The store appeared untaken care of, not what I expected from an Apple store of this size. Our assistant not only made the purchase more complicated but then gave us the wrong item. I asked her if this one would fit my phone she said yes. I live in Orange city which is roughly 50 miles from there what a waste of a trip look forward to returning that, not really. Ridiculous seriously ridiculous. Days after the release of the iPhone 10 I was not allowed into the store to buy a laptop for over 2 1/2 thousand dollars because there were loads of Deadheads inside the store. Why don't Apple employees tell these people who are clogging up the store. That places like Best Buy and mobile phone carriers stores have ample stocks of this phone you don't actually have to go to the Apple store to buy it. I went to the Microsoft store purchased a fantastic laptop from there. Apple is so dated.
One of the best stores in the city. Latest products n versions are available. However older versions are also available for less price. Staff are ready to help you as they are well conversant.

My trip today was smooth as can be. I scheduled an appointment and upon reaching inside was immediately sat down. It was very crowded today and I sat down for only 5 minutes before I was assisted. My problem was quickly isolated and a solution implemented soon there after!
This place is a madhouse. Whether you have an appointment or not, expect to wait hours to get help. Avoid if possible.

Very busy! The employees will ignore you and not give you the time of day. The wait to make an appointment is ridiculous. My phone completely stopped working, I had to make an appointment a week out. They need a better system in place. Even to pick the phone up, went a half hour on a Tuesday before the opened to get my phone and still waited 3 hours to be seen. Joke.
Already waiting here for more than 5 hours. The picture I circled was the second line they lineup after our line. The red circle area was packed and now is almost clear. But we still waiting in our line keep waiting like forever. How can the people behind us got quicker service??? Not fair!

Apple The mall at Millenia The staff are great, thanks apple for keeping on the high standards with your staff in all over the world, as I tried apple in the UK around 3 branches, Dubai and here in US more than 2 branches and they all deal with the same professionalism.
Came in to have an iPhone X replaced under AppleCare so when I checked in they knew exactly what was going on. Waited an hour in the food court to come back to the store after it was my turn to wait an additional 30 mins to actually see somebody. Only to be told what I should’ve been told an hour and a half earlier, that they didn’t have any replacements in stock, nor did any Orlando stores.
The store was a little busy but that is expected walling in the store with no appointment. Other then that the reps were super helpful and exceeded my expectations with every question and issue I had.

Great and easy experience upgrading my wife’s 6S to an XR. Even though the place was cram-packed with people, I still felt like I got individual customer service. Josh was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable on the pre-sales side of things. Though there was a long line to make a purchase, it moved quickly and efficiently. The actual purchase was so seamless, I hardly noticed I was dropping over $500, which is a good thing, depending on your perspective.
Absolutely the best customer service, the second I walked in a lady helped me to pick out my brand new MacBook Pro and a cover for it. But more importantly Bob really was amazing he was the nicest most soft spoken person to talk to about my new purchase and he explained a few things to be about it. Bob really was amazing helping others at the same time but giving the same great attention to all of us. Very genuine! He knew exactly what he was doing. Thank you Bob and Apple!

Had an appointment at 1:35 to get my screen fixed, I knew I was going to be late, but I called in advance to make sure I would be able to be helped, they said it would still just be a 15 minute wait time, so I drove an hour and 20 minutes just for them to tell me I will not be able to be helped for another 2 and a half hours and the repair would take until at least 6pm. Very unhappy with my experience will NEVER spend any money here again.

I had a great experience! The customer service here is wonderful. I came in do to having battery/charging issues with my phone. Sebastian was very professional, and helpful. I am a satisfied apple customer. If I have future problems this is the location I will go to because the one at the Florida mall wasn’t as helpful.

Just insanely busy. The store is not large enough for the amount of people it needs to handle and the staff just seem overwhelmed a lot of the time. Also, because of the crowding things just seem a bit dirty inside.
Love Apple computers.. Been using them since the 80's. However, their prices are though the roof and are reaching a point where even their loyal customers will look elsewhere.

My daughter's Apple head phones had stopped working correctly, so we were there to get them all replaced for free under the warranty. And we were locked out of the iPad that she had. So they erased it and reset it back to factory condition. I love Apples customer service!! We normally go to the Apple in Altamonte Springs Mall but it was closed for renovations.

I just wanted the battery replaced in my wife's old iphone 6 so I could use it to see if I wanted to maybe think about switching from Android. I told them I know it had evidence of water intrusion and he said he'd check the internal sensor to see if it made it inside. He took it back and came back in 5-10 minutes and said no evidence of water so good to go on the swap out. I come back in 40 minutes only for them to tell me they found evidence water had made it further inside and they wouldn't swap out the battery. Not even when I said I could care less about your 90 day warranty. I'd waive that. Total waste of my time. I called a local repair shop and they said no problem, they'd do it.
