Spent nearly an hour helping my sil getting her dead iPad resurrected and doing a complete diagnostic on it. She took advantage of Apple's trade in policy and for $100 got a new iPad one generation newer than her old one... Excellent service!

Our experience at this apple store was excellent. My husband had an issue with his Beats (and we will subsequently be writing them a less enthusiastic review) and was kept on hold for long periods of time and being transferred to all kinds of people that claimed they couldn't help. All he wanted was Beats (which cost $300) in the color he purchased, rather than the black color that they send everybody who sends their headphones in for 'repair' (keep in mind these were new out of the box, but one side didn't work). We went to Apple, not expecting them to be able to do anything, but hoping they could communicate with someone a little higher up. At first, they couldn't. They had him call beats and try again. He was on hold, being transferred again, and was on the phone for over an hour. Patty, who was by our side the whole time, went through hoops to help us out and eventually her and her manager were able to figure out a solution. Patty was honestly incredible and we are grateful for the help, patience, and understanding they had for our situation. When you pay that much for a product, it should at least be the right color!

My phone got water damage and I took it to the Milennia Mall and this specific male apple specialist was so rude and dismissive today. He looked at the SIM card and said the phone is fine and dismissed me. I went to the Florida Mall Apple store and they ran diagnostics, cleaned my phone, did test calls, etc. Steve Jobs would be disappointed in the Milennia Mall store but the Florida Mall store was so exceptional that I ended up getting an upgrade! Thank you Pierre and Cardi from the Florida Mall for your assistance and for providing quality customer service!

They simply don’t care about apple customers. I used my apple watch 4 ($529) for only two days and just completely stopped working. I went there to have it fixed and after ask for help to 3 different attendants (all of them saying thay could do nothing and to try another attendant) the forth lady said to comeback after 4 days because they can’t keep my device to repair and they have no available time before 4 days. They want just to sell. Terrible service.

Every time I have come to the Apple Store, it’s incredibly busy, but I never had to wait too long. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to spend time answering my questions, which I always have tons. There are classes to learn more about your Apple products and there are even classes for kids, like coding and drawing. Oh, did I mention the classes are FREE?!?!

Always busy, but the employees are always helpful. Genius Bar books up a few days in advance, so don’t try to walk in and expect to get your device fixed. They’ll happily make an appointment though. Plenty to do at the mall while you wait.

Very expensive products for the quality you get. iPhones used to be very good phones. My iPhone 7, which is supposed to be splash resistant, is water damaged. I think that miss leading people into thinking that your phones are water resistant is unethical. I'm sure that you are getting money from repairs all the time due to water damage. Your business sucks, but people will move to another place if you don't provide value for such a high price product. It's a matter of time, you just lost another client.

I bought an Iphone XR less than 3 weeks ago and is not turning on at all , I made it at 9:00pm and they lied telling me that the sytem was down but they were about at least 50 people in the store. And this store is the closest about an hour away. Is not my fault there product is not working. Im very dissapointed . They wait any time to sell you the product but to replace a faulty one .I have to go the next day.

Even though the store was very crowded, me and my husband were greeted within seconds of entering the store and was directed to the right direction. Staff immediately let us know the store system was down and the inconvenience this may cause. We decided to walk the mall to give it time to the system to reboot. Well I will admit I like most all Apple stores. This one, being in the Florida Mall was extraordinary busy. You're the Apple store employees were still engaging with customers, and is always not the least bit pushy. The store is clean as can be, every single item that I or my kids picked up or touch to test and play with work perfectly. And probably most importantly, they had plenty of staff on hand to take care of it busy floor traffic. Most folks go to the Apple Store nearest them, of course I get that. But if you find yourself near the Florida Mall need an Apple Store, make sure you make the trip.

If you want to go to buy they will take care of you immediately but if you go request service the waiting time is around 2h to 3h. Only reason I don't give this store 5 stars is because its always so busy with the brazilian tourists. Other than that, every encounter I've had with an apple employee has been great. My last one was getting my airpod case fixed. It had to be replaced. The employee even tried to see if he could lower the price for me. In the end he couldn't but I appreciated his effort.

It's an Apple store and that means constantly crowded. I have received good service here and have made purchases as well as been in for repairs. Make reservations for repairs if you don't want to wait all day though. After my last experience buying a non Apple product online, I wish I could have afforded to come here and buy Apple again. At least I can deal with a real human living and working in this country who speaks good English.

I sent my wife in this store to purchase a pair of AirPods . The new ones are the same price as the old( according to the person on the phone). But they quickly took advantage of my young wife by selling a pair to her for $200 instead of $160. Don’t send women by their self here! They will take advantage of them. We returned them today; I’ll by some at an honest vendor.the excuse given to me today for over charging her was “they can charge wireless on a pad”.... I don’t have one, you can’t use them when they are charging regardless, and this “up charge “ was not disclosed. Beware

I was taken care of immediately, and within less than an hour my the issue with my phone was fixed, and covered by warranty. Apple strives for perfection, in every single aspect of their company. Worst customer service that my company has ever experienced. The staff has no genuine interest in helping their customers resolve their issues. I would highly recommend against doing business with this company or at the very least at the Florida Mall Store. Even after speaking with managers at the store, they were not helpful in addressing the issues and resolving them. The business team doesn't have any clue on their own products and services. Our company was looking at switching from android phones to apple phones and we are extremely lucky that we started with only one phone and were able to find out early on how bad the customer service and business support really was prior to buying all new phones and switching. We really did save ourselves from major headaches and issues in the future.

Went to the Apple store and I've got to say I couldn't have been more impressed! I've only ever been to the one in the Altamonte mall, which I suggest you don't go to, they are terrible there! At this one, I was promptly greeted and taken care of without any issues. Alyssa helped me and she was excellent! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt! The manager was also great, didn't get her name, believe she was the manager because she's the one who arranged Alyssa to assist me. They were on top of it. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I was there to make a purchase. Any time I've been to the Altamonte one, I'm stuck there for hours, the staff don't express gratitude for your business whereas this Apple store did and the employees are not concerned with how long they take to check you out (told them I had to get my son and they continued to have a conversation amongst themselves instead of actively working on my order until I then reminded them again I had to go, unacceptable). I live in Port Orange and the extra drive to the Florida Mall is well worth the drive in order to receive way better customer service that's friendly and prompt! Thank you again Alyssa and the tall blonde female that assisted me! Excellent customer service that's thankful for your business!

This is a big mall with lot of shops. Even if we don't intend to buy anything, it is fun to walk around, and window shop. The dining pavilion is huge with quite a few eating options. It is one of the best malls in Florida. There are lot of parking spots; hence, parking shouldn't be an issue.

I’ve been to a ton of Apple stores and have almost always had great service and knowledgeable staff, and of course the full selection of Apple products on display. This was the exception on almost all of those points. I finally talked my mom into getting at least an iPod so she could FaceTime with my 5 year old on her iPod. My wife, her whole family, and I all have iPhones, so our daughter has an iPod for FaceTime and to play on when we travel. My mom has android and didn’t want an iPhone most likely but said she’d check out iPods. This store had none on display and wouldn’t bring one out unless we were going to buy it. When we got my daughter from a store in MD they had 3 on display and brought out one of every color so my daughter could pick her favorite. Supposedly all were in stock in this tire but in the back. They weren’t busy either, at least not anywhere near as busy as MD and DE stores. The clerk was a bit rude and just said to look at iPhones since they were the Alsace except the iPod couldn’t make calls. I had to explain to her that there were several big differences, most importantly was a big size difference and with my moms eyesight that was a potential issue. They’re mostly similar but she needed to handle one before spending several hundred dollars and my daughters was back at a hotel. We didn’t get the iPod or anything else even though I was debating on a Mac Book Pro before we walked in. I’ll pick that up from the DE store when I get home maybe.

I walked in first thing without an appointment and was pleasantly pleased with the quick service. I walked around the mall until I got a text they where ready. HOWEVER the service it self was useless. Something was stuck in my charging pot. The lady took my phone In the back for less than 5 minutes before returning it and saying it couldn’t be fixed. Pretty much an expensive paper weight. I went to my local AT&T store just to buy a new one and the ladies there spent 15 looking at my phone and fixed it!! Not happy at all with apple

I've taken my laptop in for repairs twice at this location. It appears that the staff have an incredible lack of communication, both between employees in the store and with customers once they leave. The first time, I had my laptop gone for an entire month because they failed to fix the core problem of my computer and repairing it led to more mysterious. After a month where I had to do most of the calling in order to get any updates about my device, they gave up and gave me a new laptop. They consistently failed to provide me with any information and I had to contact the store and Apple Customer Service several times because this store failed to answer any correspondence. Several times I would call the store and it would fail to connect, even though the store was open and I could visit it. This would happen often and without warning or apology. Now, it's been a year since I received the new laptop and I'm having a simple mechanical issue. I came in earlier in the week to have someone address the problem. It was a very, very short appointment and I left confident that I would come back and drop my laptop off on the day I said I would. I have now come back and am writing this review because I've ben sitting here for far too long because they can't find any documentation of my earlier visit. They're always typing on their iPads and yet nothing gets transferred between them. The tech I met with earlier isn't here, so they're left twiddling their thumbs and assuring me that someone eventually will do the exact same thing that was done on Wednesday, only this time they'll do it right. The employees at this store are not incompetent per se, just apparently unable to keep up communication with a customer who does everything right, leaving said Apple Customer to be frustrated over what was supposed to be a very short follow up of a full appointment. If you are seeking repairs, go to another store.

THEY HAD ME WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 47 MINUTES...MEANWHILE, I WALK UP TO 3 WORKERS AND THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME..I SAID EXCUSE ME 3 TIMES AND THEY WALKED AWAY...I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT I HAVE SPENT OVER $5,OOO DOLLARS AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I RECEIVE. LAST TIME I GO INTO YOUR STORE, LAST TIME I RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO THIS STORE..LAST TIME I BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT...NEXT TIME I BUY AN APPLE, IT WILL BE AT WHOLESOLE FOODS....HORRIBLE, ANXIETY TO THE ROOF, MIGRANE AND STILL HAVE TO DRIVE OVER AN HOUR TO GET HOME..

If you are dealing with Steve the store manager, consider it won’t get any far, he’s extremely unprofessional and I’m sorry for Apple at Florida mall! I just needed to replace my lightening cable for my iPhone, he wasn’t able to help because there was no technician avail to test the cable and suggested me to book an appointment 5 days from today! Why in the world you need a technical to replace the cables? Absolutely awful and his attitude was not Apple.

This store is good enough to get 4 stars--it's fun and the people that work there are super knowledgeable and helpful. Have never had a problem, but I can see where one would occur due to the volume they handle here. However this is an extremely busy store and mall overall so that's probably normal.
