This people do not pay attention to customer and everyone redirects customers and you will never be seen. I couldn’t take so much waiting so made an appointment and I’m still sitting here waiting for more than 30 min. (I might sit here all day if I don’t walk away)

I had a very bad experience with this apple store. As some once told in the reviews this apple store is more concerned about making a dollar than they are with customer service especially the store manager. He does not care about the customer problems. He always says "it is not possible" without trying. But the same thing is possible in other stores (i asked in Orlando Apple Store). They are just trying making doller than solving the customers issues.

I am very pleased that I bought a Mac. I bought a make because of my concerns and constant virus attacks. I have had my Mac for over 4 years and have noticed that the speed has slowed down, so I brought it in to be serviced. The gentlemen at the counter was very knowledgeable with fixing my issue. After he had fixed my issue, he noticed that my screen need some repair. He said let me look into getting your screen replaced. I did not know that not only need to be repaired but that the screen was still under warranty till this coming Dec. He save me around $500 great service, I will recommend anyone to purchase a mac.

This place should be shut down, the manager and one of the employees gave me the run around for two hours. Threaten me like little cowards, call security and was disappointed when i told them i wish you would touch me. If you want to be treat like GARAGBE by all means necessary have it, if you want to be treated with respect and dignity go to another location. The best customer service I've had in a while! My daughter and I were helped by Victoria. She was very nice, professional, and caring. She even gave my daughter some tips for school. Since she herself was an honor student in school. She made us feel welcomed! My daughter has loved iPhone since day one. I myself recently purchased the iPhone 6s Plus and will definitely stay with Apple with their great customer service!

This is contrary to what is stated on the company's main site .. I was hacked by an apple employee. I have no where else to leave this review as there is no place for Apple company reviews as a whole. It did not occur at this location but when I called customer service about my Apple product issue. The hacking has been confirmed. The customer service experience since this Incident has been horrible. Apple should be bending over backwards to help instead of giving out case numbers,escalating to nowhere and saying sorry there isn’t anything we can do. It’s appalling not to mention scary. We have been die hard Apple customers forever. That has clearly changed.

So there was a three-hour wait for the Genius Bar today. We put our name in and they told us 10 minute window to get back after they text us. 6 minutes after we receive the text we had lost our place and were put back into the queue again for another hour wait. Oh by the way I have two small children and they were screaming. I told the manager about our experience while we were waiting for the second time. He told us that's the way it is . No one cared it was very normal for them for someone to wait 4 hours to get their phone fixed. Apple wants everyone to have an iPhone, just wait till it breaks...... no thank you. Absolutely horrible experience.

Criminals!!! After waiting a century for help the technician at Apple finally looked at it for 5 sec and said the phone won't stay charged...ummm dah, instead of replacing the battery which would have been the smart thing to do they kept saying it maybe a "software" issue and they offered to upgrade me..i kept trying to tell her I don't want an upgrade and pay 350 buck I just want her to replace the battery she kept saying she doesn't do that..it was so frustrating so I left the store refusing to upgrade and took it to another place that replace the battery for 40.00 and abrakabra it worked.

Worst Company Policies ever especially after purchasing expensive products that were known for quality and reliability. The employees are also very rude and try to pawn the problem right back to you. They don’t care at all about customer service nor their patrons. The company’s policies revolve around trying to get the customer to always upgrade the phone or spend more money trying to fix it. Highly unreasonable and very concentrated on only making you spend more and more by “selling” their ideas and policies. Be very careful when considering to buy or leasing a new iphone. Every year their products get ridiculously expensive for features and upgrades that have no sense in their cost yet are higly sensible to anything, they don’t last and your wallet suffers at this expense. I had a lot of respect for this company, not anymore.

I went into the Apple Store last night (my first time going) because my iPhone 7 decided that it wanted to cut off and not turn back on. It was stuck on the white screen, and wouldn't boot up past it. I had been dealing with the "white screen of death" issue for about a month and a half. Plus, my mic and audio had stopped working during this time and my phone would glitch and freeze. My phone would eventually turn on, but it would take about 30 minutes for it to get past the white screen, and that was after I had to keep trying to restart it over and over again. Gionni ran diagnostics on my phone, and determined that my iPhone was done for and that it wasn't going to turn back on. There was something internally wrong with my phone that couldn't be fixed. I thought that I was screwed and thought that I would have to go through insurance and pay $200 for my phone to be replaced because I had a crack on my screen (unrelated to the internal phone issue, and that happened after the problem started.) Typically, even if you have a phone issue that is something warranty would usually cover , if there is any type of phone damage, the warranty is void. Well, Gionni advised me that I had extended Apple Care warranty (which I did not know I had, but thankfully I did), so I was able to get my phone replaced for $30 (would have been free had I not had a cracked screen) .. that was truly amazing. Gionni was extremely helpful and explained everything to me, from the issues that were going on with my phone - all the way to how the extended warranty works. Even though I had come in because my phone completely died, so I was frustrated, I had a great experience with the Apple employees, especially Gionni. He was kind, patient, thorough, and beyond helpful. Not to mention, I didn't have an appointment - I was a walk in , and I was seen rather quickly. Thank you guys so much - Kimberly

I have twice had to use the Genius Bar to get my desktop computer OS reinstalled due to power instability at my home. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and 100% effective for my issues. Also, when I needed to exchange a recent purchase, it was done cheerfully on the spot. These are the reasons I make my digital purchases at a bricks-and-mortar store.

The computer I purchased there 10 years ago still functions, but recently felt the need to upgrade, and I returned to this store. Additionally, they offer classes and other services.

I went in for a problem with my Apple pencil. The problem was solved by the Genius that helped me (exchanged it for a new one) which was great. My only complaint was I was given a wait time of 15 minutes and it turn into a wait time of 45 minutes. I was a busy day for them, but I could have done something else and come back had I known in the beginning it would be 45 minutes.

Went in to find out more about the problems with my device and a potential repair. Representatives were terrible at answering my questions. When I asked about what my options would possibly be and the possible cost before waiting the 3.5 hours and I was told that a technician would have to take a look at assess. 3.5hours later, I'm told it will be either $300 or $550 without my phone ever being looked at any more than right there on the table with it in my hand. The representative also did a HORRIBLE job at explaining what exactly the repair would be anyway. My screen? An entire new phone? I've been to Apple and waited a while to be seen before, but visiting this location was especially a waste of time. Drive to International instead. I'll be going to a different location.

I checked-in 5 mins before my appointment and waited for 20 min before a rep came to help. I described issues with iPhone 7, which is still under 1 year initial warranty. Problems are 1. Charging port is not working correctly 2. The battery is draining quickly in half an hour to an hour. She checked my phone and agreed that the iPhone is draining quickly based on the battery level graph. She confirmed Apple will replace the battery for free and if the issue persists, replace it with new phone. I agreed and she started running battery diagnostics and excused herself and went inside. After a while, she returned and said since diagnostics showed the battery health as 89%, Apple will now only replaces with a new battery for 49$. She started educating me about warranty rules and was contradicting with what she said earlier that it would be replaced for free. I tried to tell her that the battery is indeed draining quickly and also volunteered to wait for half an hour in store to prove the problem. She rudely says she can't wait for half an hour and the only choice I have is to replace for 49$. I meant any rep from the store can confirm after an hour and doesn't have to be her. Few things, I felt she doesn't have tech expertise to understand the problem correctly and doesn't know warranty rules. Also, you have to trust your customers, and diagnostic tests could be wrong. I just walked away with nothing and unfortunately will use the iPhone in the existing condition however inconvenient it is as I can't afford a new one. As per replacing the battery for 49$, I felt like I was cheated by APPLE.

This apple store is more concerned about making a dollar than they are with customer service. We went in to see about getting a phone that was only 5 months old and purchased at their location repaired or replaced, they acknowledged that the phone was not damaged by any fault of our own, but refused to help since we didn't pay for applecare. I called apple, they issued an out of warranty replacement and the Brandon location REFUSED to honor the replacement, so we instead went to International Mall, where they were more than happy to replace the phone at no cost to us. Brandon lost a customer (who owns over 10 apple devices), I will make the extra drive to International from now on.

UPDATED REVIEW: 06/22/2019 Updating my review from a 3 star to 1 star as it should have always been. I knew they were busy on a Saturday so I made my appointment online on Thursday for 3:30pm and got to the store at 3:25pm. I went directly straight back to the Genius Bar and was hoping for a rep to be open to check in with and they were ALL busy, even the ones on the floor. We finally got someone who was at the register at one of the demo tables and I asked him about my appointment and if he could check us in, he looked on his tablet and was unable to find my appointment until I went to get my phone to show him that I did indeed make an appointment. He then proceeds to tell me that my appointment was canceled since it was 3:31pm and I would have to wait for the others to be helped that were ahead of me. I told him that I have been trying to find a rep to help me and he didn't offer much of a resolution except to put me in the back of the line to which I told him to forget it and I left. If you aren't going to hire enough reps to help on weekends, at least have a kiosk to check into since none of your reps were able to help. This would help solve your problems by 100%. I don't know why Apple has not yet caught onto this or why they're so slow on everything. At least let me check in from my phone!!! So disappointed with this store but it's definitely not my first time but is definitely my last time for sure. ORIGINAL REVIEW: 08/01/2018 Your typical Apple store except you have to let the employees know that you need help instead of them coming to you which is very odd especially since there were 3 employees just chatting away next to us. Once you get the help you need, it's smooth sailing. You may be interrogated at the end for all the other stuff they want you to buy with your purchase but nothing too bad. Just your typical Apple store.

We came in without an appointment right after my Mac stopped working. We were immediately helped, although they were pretty busy (a Friday around noon near to Christmas), and even got a text to come to our appointment a bit earlier than our stated time. I needed to leave my computer for repair, which I did, and within a few days, it was fixed. We then decided on a new iPad for my husband and received very helpful information about that. All in all, this store seems to be well-run, with the staff very attentive to customer needs. A good experience!

Closest Apple store is 1 hour away and making an appointment for the "genius" bar is not practical due to unpredictability of traffic between our home and the store. When we arrived were told maybe 3 to 3 ½ hours wait, okay, got on the list. At hour 3, checked to find out how much longer only to find out we were pushed back 2 more hours longer than were told. FIVE Hours? Really? Good thing I checked! Disgusted we came home, another hours drive at which time we were messaged the "genius" bar was ready for us. (I even told the store lady we were leaving any way, not to bother.) Called the store manager, he was no help whatsoever and suggested we make another appointment with the "genius" bar. I suggested another solution, I'll try Dell or HP. And I guess I have to rate in order to post this, I do not think even 1 star is deserved.

Bought and iPhone 7 back in December, battery started going wack. Diagnostics couldn't figure it out, but I told Marcelo the story about it overheating slow charge. Let it charge for a bit in the store, didn't go up to what we wanted it to in the time frame so they he helped me replace it at no charge because of warranty. Very helpful and understanding. TALK ABOUT “WHO’S ON FIRST”? These people fling you in circles because no one can answer your questions. I just talked with 4 People ( yes, I had to answer the same questions 4 freakin times), only to be told they would transfer me to someone who could help me. All I needed was a replacement lcd screen. The “operations specialist” guy in Brandon Florida could not tell me whether or not it would be possible to fix my screen/ replace my device in the same day because he “wasn’t sure of the problem with the device.” HELLOOOOOOOO is anyone home?

I'm deployed to Afghanistan and my power adaptor needed replacing, however, wasn't able to chat with Apple because they don't have 'support' for this country. Also, wasn't able to purchase at Apple Store and have it sent to an APO address without several extra steps... quite frustrating! Called this store, my item was on the shelf, and though they weren't able to mail to my APO, offered me a discounted price for all the trouble... purchased over the phone and had a friend pick it up to get to the PO. I surely appreciated the friendly, efficient, considerate service I received!

I go in to buy a Apple Watch, I know exactly what I want. “Well sir, we will put you in the que, it will be 45 minutes...” Hey man, you are wearing one of the checkout iPods, I know exactly what I want. Visited this store Friday May 3, 2019 in the evening. There are no signs anywhere in the store to let customers know what each product is or the price. Are people supposed to guess? A lot of time is wasted trying to figure out which products are there. It is very confusing. In all stores everywhere they have clear signs and information about the products they sell, but not here. Whoever thought of this marketing strategy needs to go to business school and actually learn something because not labeling products with information and prices is just bad business practice. The store was also very crowded, and there are not enough employees to take care of customers. We had to be put on a long wait list just to talk to an employee. It turned out to be a wasted trip for us because this store is not organized. We overheard male employees telling customers to come back another time, because the wait was long. Again another bad business practice. If you don't take care of customers they take their business somewhere else. In addition, the counters smell bad, like a bacteria smell and they are sticky like they need to be cleaned. The counters in this store have been sticky and dirty for years. The only positive I could see about this store is the woman employee we talked with who was very kind.

Nice store that didn't seem excessively busy, They had a full staff on the floor (including some that were having just delightful conversations among themselves. After 5-10 minutes of poking around on MacBooks and finally catching the eye of the floor manager, we were put on a list because no one was available. After 10 more minutes, we left.

The company isn’t what it used to be. Customer service has dropped tremendously. The employees lack empathy to what the customers’ issues are. One of them simply responded to me “you should have gotten apple care.” What a great way to throw salt on the wound. After years of purchasing their products from phones, tablets, and computers, I think I’m done with the brand.

Visited twice, once with a screen defect on an IPad 12.9 3rd generation and chip defect on an IPhone 7. They gave me a new IPad right away but the 7 was mailed out. It came back with a brand new screen and back so looked like a brand new phone but it had the same serial number. Anyway, pleasant experience on both accounts with little waiting.

My iPhone 6 is having battery drain issues. I called the support line, AppleCare, and they indicated that my battery is still running well for the age of the battery. Due to the extremely high demand for battery inventory the representative indicated that it was best to order it now as it will take weeks to receive it. Since I am not needing the battery “yesterday” (as in an unrealistic expectation that the stores will have inventory for someone that does not call the call center to place an order for a battery, does not set an appointment for service, walks in and demands a device to be fixed same day) I will have the battery delivered to the store, and the store will call me to set an appointment to come in and repair the phone. I love it! This store did, however, tell me that each store is handling this battery replacement thing differently and not expect THIS process at every store. So, now I wait for the phone call from the store indicating my battery is here and set up my repair appointment.

I needed to buy a new charger for my work laptop. I knew what I needed and just wanted to buy the charger and get back to work. They refused to sell me a charger without first running diagnostics on my laptop, and told me I'd have to wait 4 hours for a diagnostic appointment. I left the store and went across the street to Best Buy, where they happily let me exchange my $85 for a new charger.

Made an appointment and it was not kept, walk ins went in front of me and a very apathetic manager named Rauel E. Was little to no help. Asked for them to notify me when my turn was available and was told they were not capable of texting to say it was my turn so I could step outside the store. Sad that the technology does not connect at a store level using all apple devices but what’s worse is the very unhelpful manager and his poor attitude. The store seemed understaffed and they may or may not be his fault but no care for the customer emanating from here :-(

I wish there was a way to give them zero star because they don’t even deserve that one star. I’ll share my story and you guys be the judge. I visited this store to fix my iPhone which had a green line on the middle of the screen on April 25th around noon, and I had to drive 20 miles to get there. When I got there they told me the earliest appointment spot is in three hours but since I couldn’t stay (because of work), they told me they can set up the appointment and I can postpone it by text until after work hours. When I got the text for the appointment there was no postponing option and my appointment got canceled automatically. When I called their number it automatically directed me to main branch of apple and I had to explain to them what had happened for an hour. They called the store and told me they have discussed the issue with them and I can drop by whenever I can. Can you guess what happened? I drove all the way back to the store and they said they can not do it today!!! Even though I had an appointment and the people from the main branch had called them!!! So I spent almost one full day and got absolutely nothing!!! This is the worst apple store I have ever seen and I have been using apple products for more than 10 years. If you want to visit an apple store I suggest go somewhere else even if you have to drive to Orlando. Believe me it would a much better choice.

Traveled a hour to get to this store. I was 10 min late for my appointment & they cancelled it & wouldn’t make any exceptions. But they somehow called another customer to fill my spot but couldn’t call me to make sure im coming. Made me make an appointment for a week later. So now my warranty is expired, my face recognition dont work, & apple can care less. Maybe android will treat their customers better.

Bad service department. Went in with battery issue and was quoted $199, which was reasonable. The computer was sent out and I received an email days later saying it was $635 for repairs for an unrelated issue. Of course, I declined the $635 repair but thought I would still get my battery replaced for $199. Eventually I went to pick up my computer once it was “ready” just to be told that they didn’t do anything on it just because I declined the $635 repair. Why quote me $199 in the first place? Poor communication and service.

Starbucks barista looking manager with all the tattoos is extremely unprofessional. Certainly won’t be doing business at this store ever again. Just because you are smart doesn’t mean you know how to handle customer service or dealing with people, and this guy obviously shouldn’t. Refused to give me a corporate number, holier than thou attitude. Literally felt like I was arguing with a 5 year old child about my phone. Disgusted.

I went to this Apple store on a recent Saturday. I had an appointment, was able to be checked in immediately. They took me to the Genius Bar and in less than 5 minutes the rep was there to help me with my MacBook. Juan was great! I had various issues with apps, memory, etc. He reset everything, tested to make sure everything worked, and ran a diagnostic to be sure. No charge!! Juan answered all my questions and was very professional. It was very busy there at the time, but I did not feel rushed at all. Great store.

While they are trying their level best, they are simply not able to catch up with demand. Non stop customers are coming in. If you’re not their ahead of your appt, it will be cancelled. Even with appt be ready for 1-2 hour wait. Without appt - you can be there for hours..... Took them 2 hours to fix broken screen on my phone x. They have an amazing person giving demo of their Apple TV which I enjoyed. I with agree that some folks here can be somewhat dry or rude.

Apple products are ok. But there overpriced and over advertised for what you actually get. It's like a 24k gold pen. At the end of the day it's just a pen and making it 24k gold or taking away the aux port doesnt make it any better.

I made an appointment online, I have to wait until 25 minutes before I can checkin, don't tell me what is wrong with my mobile phone, just tell me to send it, I want to know what is wrong with my mobile phone, the screen is broken or can't boot, I It wasn't the first time I went to the apple store to repair the phone. I called the manager. The manager didn't tell me any technical problems. I didn't do any testing. Then I did the test and sent it, but it was 279$ to help my technician change away. 10 minutes turned into 549$, did not tell me, is it that my mobile phone is sent back without giving money?

Sales rep was pushing the product he preferred vs listing the options available. Waited until the end of the process to tell us the original intent we had coming in the store wasn't an option. Just waisted an hour I'll never get back. Don't push your sales agenda, listen to what the customer wants/needs and give options. Felt like I was at a shady used car dealership.

Drove two hours to get here. Had a 245 appointment. It is now an hour and 10 minutes past my appointment time and everybody’s getting scene that’s around me that is walked in after me. Store is not run well what so ever. Too bad you have to go to the store to get anything done

Everyone is very cordial but the approach regarding repairs and issues with hardware is disappointing to say the least. I get it my 3yr old phone isn't new but to have a recall on a battery have it replaced in Feb and then again less then 7-8 months later in Sept to be told by the rep I should consider buying a new one because it is old is BS. Granted 3yrs is an eternity in the tech world but my 2006 Mac Mini is still working as a household server and it's been on 24hrs a day in an attic in a 1910 house in FL. Apple used to represent Quality, service, and superior function. The "geniuses" should keep their comments to themselves and Apple should take more responsibility for their repairs.

Waited four hours to address a computer problem with no remedy. He didn't know what to do. Then had to share the tech with another customer who supposedly got overlooked. We were given the Apple number to call about an unrelated issue ourselves. Basically dismissed.

Scheduled an appointment with them to have a battery put in my 6s plus. They took down my phones info to order a battery. When I get there for my appointment I get shuffled through two people to wait to speak with a person that can help me. The person then tells me that the rep made the appointment but did not order the battery because of a computer error. I ask the guy if he can order the battery. He states he can have customer service call me and that I have to take screen shots of my phone and provide proof of purchase to give them. I asked if it was the same people I spoke with who made the error to start with. He assured me that Apple had thousands of reps over the phone. I asked why he could not help me with the situation, his response? "I will be setting the expectation" I asked how that helped me. He stated that he could take notes for the rep. I could tell we were going in circles so I left after getting nowhere for 20 minutes with these guys. I can't tell you how many times I herd people tell me they would like to "set the expectation". I will stay away from this place. BTW if a review has the world expectation in it, it's one of their employees writing a review. Sad.

Not to the store but the company. I’ve been privileged to have almost every iPhone. My iPhone XS Max a $1000+ phone got water in the lens and I took it in and they said they don’t cover any water damage. I asked what the phones water resistant capabilities were. He said 30 ft and 30m. Well I went into the water for 5m and 4 ft. How come there’s water getting in?? None of my water resistant iPhones have had this problem and now I have to pay out of pocket for a product defect. The phone keeps getting more expensive and shouldn’t have these problems. Disappointed in the lack of testing to determine if the phone has pressure issues.

Long wait at the store. There are bunch of reps standing in circle and talking, while customers just wait wait wait...... guess Apple Being Apple can afford to make people wait..... wish Apple gave better customer service. Phone service is not much better. I ordered a superdrive. After a week still not delivered........ Who know where it is...

This store is Chaotic. There’s no type of order everybody is just everywhere. The employees are rude. I’m new to Apple I have the 8 plus and I am selling my phone cuz Apple is rediculous I will never get Apple again. I go into the store and see a lady in a Apple shift and I say hello I need help with my phone and her response “I’m talking to a co-worker can you wait” I’m like excuse me? I’m a customer here to do business y’all can talk later. So another working walked by and I said excuse me sir and he ignored me and kept walking. How they charging ppl thousands of dollars for phone and the customer service sucks? Never again will I mess with Apple

My 4 month old iPhone 7 Plus had started leaking this thick, black, and sticky substance out of one side. Apple Support told me "Use gloves when handling it and use it as little as possible." They suggested I take my phone in for a walk-in and get it looked at. So I stuck my phone in a zip-lock bag and drove 45+ minutes to Brandon as early as I could the next day. I came in around 11am and was told I had a 45 minute wait time and they would text me when they were ready for me. I thought, 'far enough, I did come in without an appointment.' I went to walk around with my two small children (ages 2 and 3) and my special needs 11 year old son to kill some time. I received a text about 15 minutes later saying they were ready for me. I got another text as I was walking in the door, about 7 minutes later, telling me that I hadn't checked in yet. Funny how Apple doesn't like to wait. After checking in, big surprise, I had to wait almost a half hour to be seen. The gentlemen I spoke with seemed knowledgeable but a little condescending. Honestly, I can't really blame him. Here is a very tired looking woman with kids in tow, holding a iPhone in a zip-lock bag. Not my most shining moment I'll admit. He told me that it was the sealant meant to keep the phone water prof and it wasn't anything serious. I asked why it had started leaking and he said something along the line of a possible manufacturing error. He told me it will be about 2 hours to fix and offered to schedule an appointment for another day. I explained to him that it was very difficult for me to get child care and I live some 45 minutes away. And lets be honest, 2 hours to have a phone fixed for free is nothing to complain about. 2 hours came and went. Okay, they looked busy, I'll wait another half hour for the text telling me my phone is done. After the half hour mark (2 and a half hours after handing over my phone) I stepped up to a young lady at the store entrance. She asked me if she could help me. I said I was just curious on the status of my phone. I gave her my first and last name upon her request, and she suddenly became short with me and said "it's not done yet" and she turned to walk away. I stopped her and asked if there was an ETA or some timeline on it and she just looked at me and said, "no" and walked away. This set me back a bit and I was shocked as to how rude this woman was being. I shook it off and went on continuing to keep my kids calm and happy. After another half hour, the kids had enough (now 4 hours total). I came back to ask if my phone was done, fully prepared to tell them that I'll just come back the next day or so to pick it up. The same young woman greeted me and I gave her my name and asked if my phone was ready. She was again very short and rude with me and told me they did not have a phone in my name, even though she was the one that just looked up my name earlier. She called the back asking for a phone matching mine and then asked if it was in another name. I told her the phone was purchased in my fiance's name, but was registered and checked in on my name. She then said my fiance's name and I confirmed that was his name. She then gestured to the back and said, "talk to them in the back" again, she turned to walk away. I said "I dropped off the phone in my name" trying to figure out why the name attached to my phone had changed in a half hour. She was just like, "yeah, okay" and continued to walk away. Her rudeness set me back again but I stopped myself from saying something because I had my kids with me. The guy who gave me my phone said that it was all fixed but looked like it was opened once before sounding more like a accusation then an observation. I told him it was never opened and left. Why risk voiding the 8 months left on the warranty? I would give more stars if it wasn't for the rudeness of the woman at the entrance, the name change attached to my phone, and the feeling of being suspected of tampering with my phone. I would rather risk driving threw miles of construction on I4 to get to the Orlando store.

The employee that greeted us cut us off in mid sentence to inform us they couldn't help with our issue, and offered no apologies, or interest. I know they are always busy and have well trained employees, and if what we needed was not offered, I can understand that, but it could've been handled in a much more customer friendly manner. I would give less that 3 stars for the service we experienced, but I know they provide good service most of the time. We just encountered a bad apple in the bunch(pun intended). Fortunately, we found the help we needed elsewhere.

OMG, we waited two and half hours to just checked my daughter's phone. I can't believe how much time we spend there just waiting. Good thing, our problem was solved and our repair tech was amazing, after all could be worse but it wasn't. Don't go on weekends or late in the afternoon weekdays.
