Emailed him about a computer problem I was having, we went back and forth for a day and then nothing. He just stopped answering - no reason or anything. Very frustrating and unprofessional in my opinion, but at least I found someone else to work on it.

I used Apple Guys about a year ago for my Mac desktop. I am a freelance art director/graphic designer and my Mac is my livelihood. When it died suddenly, panic set in. Chip was able to fix my computer quickly. I only ended up losing one day of work. He explained everything and even saved me money by having me go to the Apple store for a part that was under warranty. He even talked me through on how to handle the service dept at Apple and jumped on the phone with the guy from the genius bar. Above and beyond. Computer has been working great since. I am about to call him to refurbish an old laptop for my son.
