I honestly would go no where else becuz they are the best whenever I have trouble with my computer and if they really really really really like you they’ll give you discounts or so small things for free. And I love them for that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Talked to Dominic on Saturday who assured me they were open on Memorial Day at 10am to fix my cracked iPhone screen. I was driving an hour away. 10:15 I call the Lewes store trying to find out why no one is at the Delmar store. Turns out Dominic couldn't get out of bed. I had to drive another 50 minutes to the Lewes store to get it done because of the no show at the Delmar store. 80 bucks, 2 tries and 2 screens later I walk away with a phone that now has a dim screen. 2 thumbs down for the laptop shop or crack, break, fix whatever they go by. It's a shame because I went back to them after using their services a few years ago. I won't be going back again.

Took lap top there to get repair. Took 40 days to get fix. Got it home now if will not connect to my Wi-Fi. All my phones & friend laptop works. Call Comcast about connecting, they try to help for 1 1/2 hours. Took it back and info him of trouble. He said for 125.00 dollars he can fix it. After I done paid 225.0p dollars. He said it would be guarantee for 90 day the first time. He is a RIP OFF__ STAY AWAY.

I have been a customer at the Laptop shop for more than two years. He caught my attention when he fixed something that the Geek Squad was unable to do and another computer place said it was impossible. Dominic solved the problem. That caught my attention. Since then I have taken my computers, my family’s computers to him and recommended him to colleagues in Salisbury. When the case is hopeless, give him a try. Also, I think his prices are fair, I always feel that I got my money’s worth. Several times I have been amazed when I brought him what I thought was an insurmountable problem only to return a day or two later and found that he has solved it.

My review can be summed up in these words. They should rename this place The Laff At The Top of Your Lungs Shop. $75 fee and no guarantee. I would feel better about my myself if I use that $75 taking a small group of homeless people to McDonald's for breakfast, eh !

When my MacBook Pro broke for the first time, I called around to several computer repair shops. Everyone told me it was "too complicated" to work on, and they suggested I take it to Apple. I was very upset because I did not want to pay Apple's high prices. Luckily I found Dominic. He told me it would be no problem for him to fix it! Obviously he is the only one in the area smart enough and competent enough to work on MacBook Pros. I've taken my laptop to him twice now. He's always done a great job. On top of that he is very nice and funny! Hopefully I'll never need to repair my laptop again, but if I do I'll definitely take it to The Laptop Shop.

Ridiculously over priced! I paid WAY to much for an IPhone cracked screen. The workmanship is poor. The glass around the button is now rough and not flush with the screen. They also wanted to charge me $200 to repair my IPad cracked screen. I was able to get that repaired at another local shop for $75.00 Less! The only positive remark I can say is their location is convenient.

I went into this shop looking for a protective cover for my proliner. I was not sure if they would be able to help me since it wasn't a laptop or computer and the screen is an an odd size. However, Dominick was very helpful. He searched all over the shop to find a protective cover that would work for my machine. Even though this wasn't something he was use to working with, he was determined to find something that would work for me. I would highly recommend the Laptop Shop.

I was having issues with my laptop not connecting to wifi from my home. Toke it to the laptop shop and explained very well to them the problem i was having and in return I paid $50.00 for a so call diagnostic fee . Once i toke my laptop home I was still having the same issues and called them and was told it was my home connection mean while everything else that is wifi in my home works great.So basically I paid for nothing to be done to my laptop. Very shady business . Highly disappointed and over priced!!!
