Total waste of time. Booked appointment on Apple website to replace cracked phone screen having used “same day” filter. Drove 30 miles to be told by very aloof snobbish self important staff member that they only “may be able to do same day sometimes” but at the moments it’s at least 24 hours

I brought in my 2012 15" Retina Macbook Pro for a battery replacement. The guy behind the counter told me this would cost me $200, which is exactly what Apple themselves charge. I received a call two days later from them from a tech guy. He told me the replacement would be $358. I asked him why I was quoted $200 two days earlier, and why Apple charged $158 less. The only thing he told me was he couldn't even buy a replacement battery for less than $200. A quick google search revealed I could buy one online for $100. Needless to say, I was not happy, and went to the store to retrieve my laptop. They will not be getting my business. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were very friendly, returned my laptop quickly, and refunded the diagnostics fee no problem. However, that doesn't make up for their ridiculous overcharge. I cannot recommend them.

I recently needed a new MacBook. I considered going to the Apple Store but the waits and necessary appointments are a big turn off. I'm so happy I went to Springboard Media instead. They are well staffed, well trained and appreciate the business. The team there went above and beyond in helping me transition from my old MacBook to the new one. So far so good and I'm confident if I have any problems the Springboard staff will continue to provide fantastic service.

The people were nice and talked me into a new laptop. I’m glad they did because it’s so much faster, compact and amazing! Their credit, 12 months no interest was great. I love apple products!

This is one outstanding client centered stores ! The folks are very very knowledgeable and user friendly. For me, I actually forward to going there for care and help.

I first brought my MacBook Pro to Springboard when its fans abruptly began making an incredibly loud buzzing noise. Home troubleshooting made no difference, and the noise was loud enough to bother the dogs in the house, so I brought my laptop to Springboard for repair. I was told that the issue was 'definitely' the fans after a clerk listened to the whining for a few seconds, and they gave me an estimate for repair of 3-4 days. I contacted after two days by text to say that the diagnosis was ready, but when I called back (admittedly at the end of the workday, but I work a later shift, and couldn’t call earlier), the person who answered the phone took my name, and then began reading me a diagnosis for a computer that was not mine, listed under a name that was not mine. We were unable to resolve the miscommunication over the phone, so I told the person that I would come in person the next day. I arrived at 10:30am and was told that the fans were fine, just dusty, and that the actual problem was a swollen battery. My Mac is a 15 inch screen, but according to Apple's own search function, it's serial number was not one of the suspected models affected by the known battery issue. I paid $400 (on top of the $200 I had already paid up front) to have the battery replaced anyway, and Springboard kept my laptop for another 2-3 days. They returned it with a fresh battery and top case, and for two weeks, it seemed to be back to normal. Then, the MacBook began to suffer from unusually high fan speeds, and overheating to the point of freezing and crashing. It would crash while surfing the Internet, and run far too hot while just sitting on its desktop. I am a graphic designer by trade, but I wasn’t running any of my art or video software for fear that these programs would be too much for a laptop that seemingly had a hard time just turning on. Twice, upon restarting, the laptop claimed to not be able to find the file directory, or the installed OS. I tried all the troubleshooting I could at home - clearing out old files and caches, virus clean-up, updating my internet browser and OS itself, etc. - but nothing worked, so I returned to Springboard within the 30 day period given. I was promised that the diagnosis this time would be given a priority ticket, and that it would be ready that day or tomorrow. Five days passed, and I finally got another text saying that my laptop was ready for pick-up. I was concerned, because with the previous repair, I had been contacted before any work had been done, but when I arrived the next day (again at 10:30am), I was told there was no charge….because they could not replicate the issue. The clerk acknowledged that this answer was not helpful, but offered no other options, and just sent me on my way. I have had my MacBook back for two days now, and the overheating/freezing/crashing issue has returned almost immediately. I am very dissatisfied with this service, and will not be using them again, because Springboard seemingly cannot guarantee their own work.

David was super helpful and nice for my battery replacement. So much better experience then apple store in kop which is a nightmare. Thanks springboard!

Update: I did receive a response from a manager and they were very responsive and were able to get my problem resolved. When I returned the second time the staff was very friendly and helpful Do not go here! I booked an appointment from apple support to get my iphone 6 battery replaced. Got an appointment for 12:20. Walk into the store and go to the service counter. There is a guy behind the counter on a laptop. He never looks up. I waited for a few minutes thinking maybe he would acknowledge me, nope keep on doing what he is doing. Go to the regular counter, tell them I have an appointment scheduled from apple. They say sorry we do not have any batteries but I can send my phone for 2 weeks or more. I took time off work and drove over 30 min to get this done and their response was sorry can't help. When I booked through apple it was documented what the service was for, a simple email stating you would need to lose your phone would have been great. Instead I lost 1/2 a day and 1.5 hours of driving and had to deal with arrogant unhelpful staff.

I took my iPhone 6 here on Saturday morning to have a cracked screen repaired, an hour and a half later I left the store after 2 people were incapable of figuring out how to transfer my info to a loaner phone. They told me that my phone would have to go to Apple for repair and would be back in a week. All of this should have been a warning to me.... Then on Monday afternoon I get a call from the store telling me that my phone cannot be repaired because there is damage to the outside case, and Apple would not repair it. There is no damage. He then suggested that my only option would be to buy a new iPhone for $350 !!!!. I called Apple in King of Prussia because this didn't sound right, they told me that the info I got was nonsense and that If I bring the phone to them they will replace the screen while I wait . I will let the reader draw their own conclusions from this review!!!!! I def won't ever go there again and will post many negative reviews in as many places as I can find. I have never ever received anything like the appalling and incompetent customer service I received at this place.

They lied!!! Was told that replacement for my MacBook Pro battery cost $400!. Which later I found out to be $200. Can't believe these nasty worker smfh. Don't go here! This place need to be shut down

I ordered a replacement battery for my iPhone 6s, in June. We are now in November and I still have no battery replacement. I have been following up with the store just to be told ‘you’ll be contacted soon’.. which by the way was told to me maybe 5-6 times. When I would follow up David constantly told me if I needed a battery to just go to Apple and springboard would refund me.. really?! I paid for the product upfront and I have an invoice/contract that says your battery could take up to 10 weeks.. folks we are well past 10 weeks. I called Apple up to see if they could find me a battery resolution and they can see me this weekend to replace my battery, great news other than the fact I now have to work with springboard to get my money back. So I call spring board and speak with David. He said how can I help today, I asked for a refund. He took my card number and told me to wait a few days... well its been a few days and I see nothing in my account. Avoid this store at all cost, they’ll take your money without batting an eye and they don’t keep their word. Considering I’m signing paperwork that says I’ll keep my phone dry and undamaged etc so the battery can be replaced I would hope that springboard would have kept their WRITTEN word which is the battery may take up to 10 weeks .. not the battery may take a lifetime to obtain. Just save yourself the hassle and go directly to the Apple store, you’ll regret going to springboard.

Went in because my MacBook Pro crashed. The diagnostic fee is $115, but it would be used to go towards parts if needed! It turns out it was the graphics card and the logic board. They replaced them both and refunded my $115 and were extremely helpful. However, when i got back to the store to pick it up, the computer wouldn't start. They were very apologetic and gave me a free loan computer!

Great service, thank you Alex! I received amazing assistance when I thought that I had lost all of my pictures, contacts, etc on my iPhone after completing a software update. I first called the KOP Apple Store for assistance but was turned away until Tuesday (2 days from now). I then searched for another option and found Springboard online. I called the store prior to heading over and the representative on the phone was more than helpful and seemed enthusiastic to invite me in for assistance. I was greeted by Alex upon arrival who showed empathy for me as he also thought that I had lost all of my data when I told him the issues that I was experiencing. Alex didn't just turn me away and say sorry, he spent the time (probably 30 minutes....or more) assisting me and in the end recovering my "lost" data. Thank you Springboard Media and Alex for excellent customer service. I will be back again, hopefully for purchases and not just service but I will absolutely be recommending you!

Let me tell you I love Apple. But Apple is only as good as the service provided. Springboard Media (Tom Y) was superior. This is the 2nd time that he solved IT problems with me. Even Apple IT couldn't think of the workaround that these guys could. Great work Tom Y. Rusty

This store is so dysfunctional. I made an appointment for a new iPhone battery. I drive about 25 min to get there and I’m told they ran out of batteries. You would think they would hold a battery on the side for you. I stopped there again to see if they could install the battery, I’m standing waiting while two guys were just talking bull to a customer. You think one of them could ask what i needed. I seen a service sign and went there and the guy said I needed to make an appointment, he gave me a date and time that didn’t work for me. So I asked for the next appointment and he said they aren’t any

0 stars! When we tried to fix my daughter's MacBook Pro and iPhone 6, they consistently derived and denied us from the help and respect all apple stores should reserve for their customers. They told us to buy new phones and tried to convince us to waste money when in reality, the apple store at the king of prussia mall fixed both appliances for free of charge! If you are looking to repair your phone or macbook, don't go here because it is a complete waste of time and money. Worst customer service!

Danielle Guarini

Thank you Eddie and Tom for helping me unlock my phone and Apple Watch! Great customer service!

I've always experienced excellent customer service from the staff at Springboard Media. Its nice to have a local store that I can run to when I have computer and phone issues. They also work to offer the most cost effective solutions and never feel like they're trying to sell, they are there to help.

I have been a customer of SpringBoard Media in Exton for many years and I can say, without hesitation, I would never go anywhere else for my Apple needs. The experts at SpringBoard Media are truly phenomenal at what they do, are extremely kind and considerate and never try to sell you something you don’t need. I trust these Apple experts with all my Apple questions and have had countless positive experiences stretching over many years. I have lived in countless states and been to many Apple stores and the people at SpringBoard Media are by far the best. Do yourself a favor and start using SpringBoard Media in Exton for your entire Apple product needs, you will not be disappointed! On a side note: Truthfully speaking, SpringBoard Media’s Logistics Manager is by far, the most intelligent person you will ever come across in any Apple or computer environment. I say that with 100% confidence. He is truly brilliant and also happens to be the kindest individual you will ever meet. There is no-one, no-one I trust more than him. You will truly not find an Apple specialist more brilliant than him, regardless of where you look. He is in a league of his own.

I have been working with them since they opened. I also recommend them to my corporate clients - great knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Cody LaBarber

Management regularly gives customers the run-around to save face, like blaming problems on Apple that weren’t from Apple (Springboard just didn’t ship out the repair by their stated deadline)–which is fine, but the lacking honesty thing sucked). They have one good repairman who cleans up the work of all the others, which is pretty scary. I’ve seen them break a screen and replace it with a used screen from recycle without telling the customer. As someone who has been working on and using Apple products for many years, I wouldn’t bring my things here. Apple is worth every inconvenience and dollar.

Meg k

Excellent customer service and tech help. No need to drive to King of Prussia, we are fortunate to have a place for all your apple needs in Exton. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they make you feel comfortable regardless of your tech savvy. Highly recommend!

Ted Zavitsanos

Went in to get my daughters keyboard fixed on laptop. We knew what it was, and have been working around it for six months. Was told they were going to " check it in" and there was a $109 diagnostic fee. I said " ok, but how much will it be to replace the keyboard? After a few vague replies about not knowing until they got in there, I was quoted $900. Um, you just told me my three year old perfectly good laptop is a brick because used ones are $500-700. Completely aroogant answer, went down the street and am getting it fixed for $200. If you want to be treated like this enjoy yourselves, but you should have just a little better customer service than that. I'll never be back.

Dylan Williams

Consistently good service by a knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Lou P

Brought phone in to have charging port repaired. Was told I would need a new phone because it could not be fixed. I left and went to iT-Fix in the KOP mall and had a guy named Ish fix my phone for $40. Even put a free screen protector on it for me. This was a month ago and the phone still works great. Bet you can guess where I'll be going for now on..

Hi Smile

I share the feelings and expierence of several other complaintents. My issue is with the aloof representation of more than 3 of the customer service personell on more than one occasion. Requesting help is though your bothering them. The process and purchase pickup explanations where non existant i had to request further info, like pulling teeth. The assistant manager spoke in a derogatory tone and instead of helping when I clearly said " I could use some help with the selection/ features.. he pointed me to accessories & walked over to great a ustomer just walking in looking at a computer.

Brenda DePersico

It's like a spa for mac people. Service is outstanding. We have been using them from 2009 for home AND business. love all the service ppl that have helped us.

Dean Maupin

Really nice people who know what they are talking about and are quick to help! They upgraded my RAM on my mac and now my laptop is faster than ever!

Tami Micklin

I bought a MacBook air laptop and very satisfied with the service.

Chuck Tisa

Wow...crazy how awesome this place is. They treat you like a customer, not like an 'appointment time'. They listen to your needs, and give you advice you can trust. I brought my IMAC in for repairs and Anthony is thee best! I dropped off my IMAC for a new 'Power Supply' and by the time I finished my dinner, Anthony diagnosed the problem in under an hour. My computer now, not only works, but is lightning fast! ALL my future purchases will be coming through Springboard Media in Exton!

Derek Hoffman

Dont waste your time. Guy today had no idea what he was doing. I fixed it when I got home off of google. AWFUL

Brian Stoltzfus

Revision: Issue resolved. One of the managers apologized for the issue and misunderstanding and offered to refund shipping and buy my computer back at market rates. I have a MacBook Air that would not boot. Called Apple and after talking to tech support was told that I either needed to go to Apple store or authorized repair place. Since It was a few days for earliest appt, I was told that Springboard had an appt. Get there and told it would cost over $100 just to tell me what was wrong. Since I had driven almost 1 hour to get there I reluctantly forked over the money. A few days later they said yes, its dead. Then since it still had value (about $100) on Gazelle I said I'd like it back, can you ship it to me the cheapest way? they said ok for another $35. Since my time is worth more than that, I said fine. So they send it to me adult SIGNATURE REQUIRED. WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND SENDS A DEAD COMPUTER WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED?? I'm not usually home during the day and UPS won't let me authorize me to let them just leave it for me. So I have no way to get it unless I drive about 25 mins to the nearest UPS place. I won't be back.

Amirsina Ahmadi

They even didn't take a look at my broken phone. He just said they can't fix it. I brought the phone to other place they fixed it in two hours.

My 2008 Macbook Air died on me when I was in Columbia. I tried to have it repaired in Rio de Janeiro but was told the logic board was shot and as I was in transit I could not wait for parts (days if not weeks). Figuring I would have to buy a new computer I took the Mac to Springboard Exton as it is only 15 minutes from my home. They tested it immediately, fired it up, attached an external keyboard and discovered to my great delight that the warranty (which I paid for and at the time thought it was a lot of money) had eight days left before it expired. Three days later I have a new Mac, all the main components were replaced and Springboard took care of the back up. Their knowledge of Macs is the best I have experienced and I am happy to recommend this facility.

My appletv all of a sudden displayed an error message and wouldn't do anything. Tried all the restore instructions on apple web site. Apple instructed me to the nearest authorized repair center which is springboard media in Exton, PA. Arrived at the scheduled appointment time that I reserved through apple. When I arrived I encountered a female clerk. I explained the problem and said it was $30 to restore it. I inquired why because it's under warranty and 2 months old. She said it's not covered because apple expects you to do it at home. I asked more questions and all I received as an answer was do you want to pay the $30. She was extremely rude. I called apple from in front of store and phone tech told me it was definitely a covered repair and the girl should not have been asking for $30 to reset the appletv. He made me an appointment at the King Of Prussia Apple Store and said they will take much better care of you than springboard media. I will never step foot in that store again. If you want honest good service, go to Apple.

Something wrong with Mac? AVOID!!! Went here when my Mac broke down because they were an "authorized" retailer. When I went in, an employee at the front desk barely looked at my Mac, gave me very few details of what was wrong with it, and then proceeded to give me price point of $219 for a simple backup and reinstallation of the operating system. I did not believe this bogus claim and decided to get a second opinion from another computer repair service. Turns out, all that was needed was for the internal battery to be disconnected and then plugged back in. Something that COST ME NOTHING AT ANOTHER COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP. Word of advice: Actually inspect someones laptop before trying to scam them out of $200

Jessie Jordan

My MacBooks screen began glitching two days ago so I wanted to get it checked out. I know I don't have AppleCare but I was not expecting for it to be that over priced. They were going to charge me over $100 just to diagnose the issue (which would go towards a repair if I decided to get it done) and told me it would be about $800 to get a new screen. I knew apple stores did not charge to have it looked at so I went there and they told me $475 for the same thing and the highest they would ever charge anyone would be $775 for something like water damage. The apple employees that I spoke to were appalled that they tried to charge me that much for the same thing. Ridiculously over charging people.

So much more convenient than going to King of Prussia store. Great staff. Shame they don't have a store in West Chester.

E. Giving you guys a one star rating this trip and for the last trip in which I was so turned off I bought my new 27 iMac from Best Buy Have an iPad that will not reset it's locked and disabled went in today Sunday, October 15, 2017 there was a young lady with blond hair who was kind enough to put down her lunch to come out and see what I was disturbing her lunch for. In the most snottiest of terms she informed me it would be $30 to reset the iPad and it would take 15 minutes or so I I was taken back by the attitude not so much the cost clearly I was disturbing her. The last few times I've been in the store for anything I notice it is noticeably absent of customers. E! You are losing your customer base! It's a shame I really like you guys. I am in the market for a new Apple Watch for my wife and the new MacBook Pro for my daughter and at this point I'm thinking I'm driving to Best Buy ! What a terrible shame. Good luck in the future!

Had an appointment for an iphone repair... show up wait 10 mins before I’m even addressed and then they tell me they either can’t fix my phone for a few days or I can pay $60 to get to top of list.... WHAT?! So even though I had an appointment I was told they couldn’t fix my phone in a timely manner unless I paid them MORE. I’ve been going to springboard for years but never again. Surely Apple is going to rip away their “affiliation” as they should. Terrible business and doesn’t operate like apple stores AT ALL. tom the manager was useless as well saying they can’t do anything and management doesn’t care.

Place to yo for Apple products. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

I would also give this facility a zero rating. Came in because I was having trouble with a new apple watch charger. Waited 20 minutes only to be told they couldn't do anything. Even though the charging cord was only a month old - it was defective. I then checked with apple support and understand they should have been able to help. Don't waste your time

I’m sure the technicians are more than qualified, and the store appears well stocked with good inventory. My issue is with customer service , processes and communication . My advice to anyone with an iPhone issue is to go directly to an apple store. Took them 18 weeks to finally getting around to install my replacement battery, when the Apple stores were doing it same day. I’m not sure why I waited that long other than the fact that I paid upfront . Furthermore the battery they found in their inventory wasn’t even ordered for me but they took pity because I waited so long. I scheduled a 1 pm appointment and was told it would be ready by 5 . (Not sure what the reason for an appointment is if it takes that long) . I was told my screen needed to be replaced as well, so I got that work done as well. I told the associate that the phone number on file is my cell phone they are repairing so you have to call a different number I provided or email me any updates or questions. At 5 I called and spoke to Robin (who helped me initially) , she said they would actually be finished now at 7pm- —fine, what’s a couple more hours. At 7 I arrived at the store and was greeted by a different associate(manager? ) who addressed me with “sup?” . I told him I was picking up my phone and he retrieved it and told me to sign for it. I inspected the phone and saw the screen had not been replaced . Showed him that and he was very confused - “oh your phone had water damage, we can’t do anything , sorry “ . He was curt and really didn’t care, just wanted me out of there . I saw red and I was pissed, I waited the 18 weeks, I waited the 6 hours and now I got nothing to show for it. I have No problem with the policy about water damage, my problem is that it took them 5 hours to actually look at the phone , open it and determine it had water damage, and then they didn’t even contact me at a number or email provided . You guys gotta do better with your communication and process. I shouldn’t have had to call you every few weeks to find out if the battery had finally come, I shouldn’t have had to wait all day to find out you can’t help, I shouldn’t show up at the store to find an associate who is surprised and couldn’t offer any solution. By the way when I got my phone back I saw a voicemail from the tech at 6pm saying they could replace the phone for about $300. Being without a phone an extended period time is a hassle , therefore based on my experience I recommend everyone to go directly to an apple store for any help with their phone, every time I have gone I’ve been in an out within an hour with a resolution , be-it a new phone, screen, accessories, etc. For other products , this place is probably fine but I will never be back for anything to find out Good luck to you though if / when you try !

Extreme poor service. They want my password to check my macbook, and when i refuse lady said i should go to king of prussia.

Scam company. Was directed here via Apple website and expected the same service but they tacked on a $20 diagnostic fee despite my knowing the problem. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I’m not one to give poor reviews however I went here for a battery replacement (known issue for the iPhone7). After it took 6 months for the battery to come in, I scheduled the soonest appointment which was a week out. I dropped the phone off and made sure they had an alternate phone number to contact me. Went back there after work only to find out they couldn’t replace it due to a sensor issue inside the phone. No one could explain this to well to me so I have no idea if this was true or not. No alternatives offered either to replace the phone with insurance. The part I’m most frustrated with is they didn’t even bother to call me with this info before I went back in.

I took my phone to a place in the mall to fix my screen because there was no light. When they gave it back to me they said everything is there and nothing was erased. All my photos were gone and because of how old the phone was ... I couldn't connect with iCloud. This apple place gave me all my pictures back and gave me an upgrade on my phone so definitely a A+++++++ in my book

This store is great. I came in with a brand new iPhone which was having some weird issues. They were able to help me and overall fixed the problem. Before going to this store I took it to KOP apple store and suburban square apple store (twice) and they kept giving me horrible solutions (get a new charger etc.) So happy I found this place, they were so helpful!

Shikhir Arora

More than satisfied with Springboard Media - this was my first time to an Apple Authorized Repair Center; I've been to and usually go to the KOP Mall Apple Store as it is closer, but decided to give Springboard a chance because they (unlike Apple directly without a business account) offer loaner laptops while yours is being repaired, which I needed for work. Took my 2016 15" MBP to get repaired under the warranty program for the notorious keyboard issue on Christmas Eve at 4PM - picked it up today (December 28). Super fast/friendly service from the depot considering it had to be shipped out, and the loaner was a nice touch. No crowd or wait either and the staff were quick and professional. Despite it being almost 30 minutes further than the Apple Store for me, I would easily recommend Springboard for speedy repairs, especially if you need a loaner laptop while waiting.

Mary Culler

Two out of two times we contacted this store, once in person, once by phone, they were not helpful. Poor customer service each time and poor attitude as well.

Sandra Keith

I've only used store once for service, and I was extremely pleased with the customer service.

Hannah Thomas

Took my MacBook Air to get repaired because the trac pad was not clicking down. Unfortunately something was spilled on it without my knowledge but they fixed it within 24 hours and was ready for pickup. They quoted me $109 but when I picked up it ended up being only $58. The staff was friendly and their customer service is great! I also had previously taken my family to buy a desktop computer they ended up with a referbished one which works fine but we were going in there with intentions of getting a new one I just wish they had communicated with us better because we did not know the one we had looked at was referbished also when we got home the wireless keyboard was broken so we had to take everything back. I will say that even though it was frustrating that we had to go back they were very apologetic and we got a new keyboard for free. Still their customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs or buying something new or maybe referbished lol.

Yang Wang

Worst customer service I had for a long time: need to replace my iPhone battery, made an appointment to check and battery and was told to wait 4 weeks for the battery to arrive and no follow-up in 6 weeks and I had to call them to find out it will arrive that week. Made appointment again over the phone for the actual replacement and had to take personal leave from work to get there on a Friday and guess what, they don’t have my reservation and tell me to make another reservation next week. Showed no sign of accommodating the situation given it is 100% their fault while kept telling me they don’t have my reservation in their system as if I am lying. The whole experience is nothing but frustration.

Andrew Harman

Very ignorant and unprofessional workers I dealt with a Asian American gentleman that was very short spoken and unwilling to help resolve issue

Sometimes you run across an employee who you just know cares about their job and about the customer. That is how I felt dealing with Ronni. After taking up a considerable amount of time with her by ordering an Iphone 6P, I went home to find out exactly how big this phone was. The next day, I went back and asked them to cancel the 6 Plus and order a 6. Well, this was more difficult than either of us thought. Ronni stayed on this project for 2 days while keeping me informed several times a day with the progress she was having. In the end, all was completed in a very professional manner. Thank you Springboard and thank you Ronni for all your attention.

Went for an iPad repair.. It would not come on. I was waited on right away, great customer service. Pleasant, professional and helpful. Thank you!

Avoid for iPhone replacement, go to an actual Apple store.

The employees get 5 stars. I am giving the electronic side of the business a 1 out of 10. (THAT MAY JUST BE APPLE NOT SPRINGBOARD) Thank you to the 3 employees that helped me set up multiple appointments. I had to replace my battery, but after a week i checked back in to make sure i still had the appointment, and NOPE, no appointment scheduled. i got the emails and everything, but no scheduled stuff on their computers... THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP. I WILL NOT GIVE A 1 STAR, BECAUSE YOU GUYS WERE REALLY COOL. apparently from reading some of the other reviews, others have had the same problems, but im not a Knee-jerk Kinda guy so im not gonna give you a 1 star because you were doing your job.

It is a pleasure to work with the team. They take great care of all our phone and laptop needs.

These guys are worthless, don’t bring anything there. Repair people are clueless. Poor customer service. It’s as if they don’t want to help you

Staff is knowledgeable but are understaffed. Waited 15 minutes just to Ask a question. Need new battery for my phone. Was told I couldn’t make appointment there. Had to go on line. I’m not good going on line so I’ll have to find someone outside of store to help me make an appointment to get battery changed. I thought they were there to help.

This store is never helpful, every time I go in here It is a waist of my time. The employees are always very rude and always trying to rip me off. I would avoide this store at all costs. Fighting the crowd at King of Prussia Apple Store is going to save you time and frustration.

I have a MacBook Pro, purchased in January of 2016. Needs a new battery. Springboard insisted that I had to leave the computer for 7-8 days in order for them to order a new battery, get it in, and replace it. Note they confirmed that there is nothing else wrong with the computer - no hard drive issues, no virus, no memory issues, etc. They insist that they have to keep my machine for 7-8 days while they order the battery, wait for it to come in, and then replace it. Why, you ask? Per the manager, because I might stiff them on the cost of the battery should I decide not come and get the battery replaced when they call and tell me that it's in. I offered to pay for it right then and there to avoid that problem. They told me they couldn't do that, and that if I took the computer and they ordered the new battery without my leaving it, I would be charged $800-900, instead of the normal $400. I didn't even bother to try to understand why. My computer is my livelihood. If I turn it over to them for a week, I won't work for a week. Period. I will lose money, not to mention clients. It is utterly inexcusable that in the year 2019 a person cannot keep their computer for a week while a battery (that they pre-pay for) is ordered. There is no reason good enough to justify stripping someone of their income for a week because of a simple battery replacement. BTW, I called the Apple store closest to me, a 90-minute round trip. They will order the replacement without me leaving the computer, and call to let me know when it's in so I can schedule an appointment. Good customer service that cares about their customers vs. horrible customer service that doesn't. I would stay away from this store and go directly to an actual Apple store where you'll get help from real people that care.

The staff at Springboard Media is fantastic. They solved my problem and had me out the door in 20 minutes. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve been a customer for 15 years, would not go any place else. The people at Apple should take lessons from Springboard.
