Very positive. Marshal was so nice and helpful, and solved my problem right away. I will go there again if I have a computer related issue. On top of that, they didn't charge any thing, thinking it was a small issue!

I talked to a guy with dark hair that blinked a lot. He wasn’t helpful or polite and would not answer questions. Acted real smug. No effort in customer service. He wasted my time. I went years ago and had a great experience with them. This time that guys attitude ruined my mood, I doubt I’ll ever return. Edit The low rating is due to his attitude. I was very polite and only asked a few questions about installing windows. I mostly asked about services and products.
