Got my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced. $159.00 guy was great repair was quick. He says any problems at all let us know it has a 90 day warranty. A week later I dropped the phone from my pocket to carpeted ground. Screen cracked from the side to the bottom. I called spoke with a gentleman I tell him what happened he says we will take care of that no problem but right now I don't have any screens but we will have them later in the week. He said I'm going to let my manager know on Monday or Tuesday. And I'll give you a call and let you know when it's coming in. I said oh cool that sounds great. I said how much is going to cost and he said it's under warranty. No problem we will take care of it. A couple days for by and I emailed them asking if there was an update. A couple hours later I get a call. The guy says well we would never say it's under warranty. What I can do for you is take $25 off the total. And there is no way the guy I talked to before would have said that. I told him I will have to leave a review if that's how he handles this. He tried to explain how from a business standpoint he couldn't. I said the other guy shouldn't have told me it was under warranty. He hung up on me Now I didn't expect it to be covered under warranty originally but when he told me it was I was ecstatic. I feel they are selling sub par aftermarket screens and they are junk.

Great guys! Stand by their work! They have I believe 60 day or 90 day warranty on their repairs. I heard about MackTech from a guy I met in Best Buy who had several of apple products repaired through these guys. Then later actually met Matt while I was in line on launch day for the 5S. My daughter got peanut butter into the 30pin connector and speaker/mic part of the iphone and we could not hear anything on the other end of the call, so he told me bring it by to get it checked out. The first time we all had thought it was just peanut butter stuck and thought maybe a thorough cleaning would work. However, it didn't and so we brought it back a second time, and originally had expected to leave it there over the weekend. But, Rob and Mike stayed over an hour late past their closing time just to get to the root of the problem. These guys are fast and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks MackTech for fixing my wife's phone! (we are now known as the peanut butter family at MackTech)

I brought my iPhone 6 here for a screen replacement. Repair was incorrectly performed, a lot of play in the home button which led me to believe the glass was not seated correctly. The screen shattered while in my pocket within 12 hours. I had them replace it again, same tech, screen broke within 24 hrs and home button issue remained. Don't get your iPhone 6 repaired here.

Ray is very professional. I absolutely recommend this place for iPhone repair. I had an issue with my iPhone 6 charging port. I called and spoke with him before going. The replacement cost for the charging post seems to be some what cheaper at some other place I called but when I spoke with ray over the phone, I felt more confident with his service. I did not have to replace my charging port. Job done in less than 5 minutes.

Very knowledgeable and nice. Simple store front in non-descriptive farmhouse building. Woman and co-worker were very helpful in communicating my options which suggested my best option was not to get the phone fixed there but rather challenge Apple for a trade-in deal. She also reset the phone on the spot as a courtesy with no charge. I appreciate the kind character and good Samaritan kindness.

Replacement screen cracked for no reason 3 days after installation. Free replacement screen and refund refused by manager. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SCAM. Replacement screen was either if poor quality orinstalled incorrectly.

Wonderful guys to work with! My Macbook Pro screen was sat on and cracked and I was very stressed about who to trust to fix it. I found these guys from a Google search and they were absolutely incredible. They were great at communicating and calling me back, walking me through the process of shipping my broken laptop to them (I am in the Scranton area), billing me via Paypal, and following up afterwards. My Macbook was fixed and sent back to me in a little over a week, which I was forever grateful for since I have a photography business and cannot function without it.
