The left hinge on my computer screen was loose, my mom brought it to this location. The man "snapped" it back into place and sent her on her way. When I opened it at work today the left side of the screen was completely cracked internally where the hinge connects and only opened half way. The man was very rude and said that it was brought to the store like that when it surely WAS NOT! The hinge that he fooled with along with another piece fell off at the counter. He told me one story and my mom another. Very rude, and unprofessional on top of busting and damaging my computer forcing me to get a new one. Thanks for nothing.

It was my first time being at the store and the clerk was very helpful. I was currently looking for a 17" Computer Monitor since I was using a CRT Monitor and it was hurting my eyes so it was time to get a more modern monitor. I settled for a used 17" Dell Monitor for $50 which was very good pricing in my opinion since new monitors go for $100+. Anyways the clerk tested the monitor out before my presence and it worked wonderfully so I went ahead with the sale and now I'm rocking on a nice 17" Dell Monitor and my eyes feel much better now. I highly recommend anyone in Delaware or the tri state area to come to this store for their computer needs. I am a very happy customer. :)

My grandson's PC had a problem. Second source ran a series of scans and discovered that the hard drive was at fault. Installed anew hard drive in a very little and keep us advised of the status. Contacted us a few days after we took the machine home to check if all was good. Great service at a fair price!

Second Source has provided consistently high quality service and advice at extremely reasonable prices over many years that my family has brought hard drives and other units to them for repair, beginning almost 20 years ago when SS rescued YEARS of financial data from my Mom's then ancient, disease-ridden, non-functional hard drive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Took in a notebook to get a repair estimate. The store wasn't opened yet, but the guy let me in and took a quick look at it and told me best case the system needed to be reloaded and worst case the hard drive was bad. I didn't want to check it in and asked him how much and he didn't charge me.

My P C crashed and I had some very important info on it. Ken at Second Source was able to get that info off the crashed computer and put it on a flash drive for my new computer. Ken was very helpful. I recommend that people use Second Source for all your computer needs. Thanks again Ken.

They offer great service and competent software & hardware advice. They never try to sell you something you don't need. I took a computer in to get a replacement & they just refurbished it and it is working great. I just bought another computer from them at a reasonable price.

Second Source Computers ALWAYS has a solution-- sometimes using creativity, to resolve the problem and get my computer back to useful. The products are in prime condition and are sold at a very good price. I would easily recommend Second Source Computer Center for anything that "troubles" your computer.
