Heard of you guys by word of mouth and let me say IM GLAD I DID! I dropped my Galaxy Android on a friday afternoon, my screen continued to become non- responsive as the rest of the evening went on, needless to say I was miserable. I called these guys on saturday around 4:30 got there by 5pm. My phone was repaired by 5:27 pm!! Amazing! They even gave me a 90 day warranty just in case! Price was about 100 bucks pretty fair for FAST service and my sanity back! Ill be back with other stuff for them to fix and ill continue advertising your great service by word-of-mouth thanks guys!!! Longest wait time when busy is about an hour but they are honestly faster than that. Also they sell a sm selection of used phones and cases.

This place is nondescript and easy to miss from the outside, and I almost thought it was an abandoned building. However, once inside, everyone was polite, and they indicated that my problem was very fixable. I had dropped my iPhone and cracked the LCD part of the screen, and the touchscreen had nothing but blue lines. The person at the Apple Store had told me that it can't be fixed and that I need a new phone. However, when I went to Phone Repair Plus, they fixed it while I waited (around 45 minutes) for a reasonable price. They let me watch as the phone was repaired and were very friendly. My phone is back to 100%. I would go to this place again

Was referred here by a Verizon wireless employee. Had an issue with my tablet not charging. Turned out it was the charging port. Took about an hour and was charged $60. Extremely happy with the speed of service, and the price. Called another place first and was told it would be $89 just to look at tablet and whatever for the part (s). Will recommend this shop. THANKS AGAIN! Today I took my phone in wasn't charging described the problem and fixed it in a couple of minutes. Pulled the cover off and removed the battery and then reinstalled. Even showed me how to remove cover and answered my questions. Best of all no charge for the service. Will bring all of my devices here.

Went there to get my black 7plus screen replaced. After waiting for two hours they told me none of the black screens was working properly. They put a white screen front on my black phone and told me to come back on Monday. The manager told me that he would overnight the correct screen in. I called on Monday to see if they had the part before I went there , one of the technicians told me no he did not overnight the screens because he don’t want to pay 1,500. The technician told me to come back Friday and he would have my screen. I show of on Friday and after waiting over a hour they did not have the right parts again. So I expressed my frustration to the manager about my time of running back and forth for a simple screen replacement then the manager got VERY RUDE and nasty with me as if it was my fault and told the technician to put a broken screen on my phone. Horrible customer service bad attitude very disrespectful stay away.

I have had both my iPhone 5s and my iPhone 6 Plus repaired here, while the 6 plus cost more, I completely understood and it took the same amount of time (about 20-25 minutes.) Dont be afraid of the location. They run a very old school operation, and if you understand a little bit of attitude for good service, you will be happy that you went here. Also, traded in my 5s, and the AT&T store didn't say anything about voiding the warranty. I have to warn anyone who thinks about using them, I'm not sure that they fix the IPhones with *apple* screens, so if you go to the Apple Store to fix a hardware problem (for example, a speaker that no longer works) , the warranty may be voided., and they won't replace the phone for free if they notice that the screen has been replaced by a non apple screen (the Apple Store is actually very understanding about things like this and will replace your phone with no question) . Other than that, this place is amazing. Go there if you want a cheap and quality fix.

I went to phone repair plus a month ago not knowing what to do after my note 4 glass broke. Luckily I found these guys and got it fixed the same day...I didn't leave a review that time but then my girlfriends iphone 6 broke not only did they fix her phone fast they had the best price. I have the absolute work luck with my iPhones, but thank god I had good luck with finding this store! The two guys that helped me, Larry and Matt, were absolutely wonderful. I googled where to fix black screen on iPhone and they were the very first one that came up. I got the number, called, and asked a few questions. They said to bring it my phone, so I did. The took a look at it right then while I waited in the store. My phone wouldn't charge at all, the screen wouldn't even turn on, and my phone screen was cracked. I was debating on buying a new phone but that is so much money. I also wanted all my information out of this phone, so I decided to give this shop a try! I am so happy that I did because now my phone is fixed. The problems were the LCD, Battery, Charging Port, and the cracked screen. They fixed it all and for such a reasonable price! It's been almost two weeks and everything still is great! They even give a 60 day warranty. It was so worth it and I highly suggest going to them!! Great people, great service, and great prices.. what more could you want?

Filed a police report with this place. He “fixed” my MacBook with a cheap battery. Battery did not work. I asked for a refund. No refund. He put in another battery and the same issue. Wouldn’t give money back so you will be getting a bad review to show anyone reading your reviews not be aware you put cheap batteries into electronics you fix and all of your reviews are most likely fake. Filed a police report with this place. He “fixed” my MacBook with a cheap battery. Battery did not work. I asked for a refund. No refund. He put in another battery and the same issue. Wouldn’t give money back so you will be getting a bad review to show anyone reading your reviews not be aware you put cheap batteries into electronics you fix and all of your reviews are most likely fake. First I liked going to a local shop to fix my phone. I thought the place looked a little unorganized. The techs were really helpful and very nice to work with. The manager was nice to me but I can understand some of the reviews, I thought he could be abrasive to some. I had a Samsung fixed here, I had to return the two times since they didn't fix everything the first time. Tip, look at the sticker on the back of the electronic to make sure they have everything that you want fixed on that tag. I was not paying that much attention to the documentation while I dropped off my phone so I am not sure it was there fault. They were very accommodating when they realized they didn't fix everything. I would definitely return to fix future electronics.

There are a few bad but the way they are written makes it seem it’s from one person under different accounts. Maybe. Maybe not. In my experience this store is phenominal. My iPhone 6 screen was cracke to include the black bored surrounding the screen. It was bad. Missing pieces and everything. Not only did they fix the screen to which it looks like a brand new phone, I mean absolutely brand new, but they were able to replace the battery. This all took about 10 minutes, no exaggeration. This work also cones with a 90 day warrenty to boot. One last note. I bought an acrylic screen protector here and not only did they put it on for free but there are no bubbles or dust underneath. All of the work was not only quick but it looks quality. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need phone repair or conputer repair then stop looking and go check this shop out.

Today I left this place very upset. I've had at least 3 iPhone repairs done here over the years so they were the first place I thought to go to after I cracked the screen on my 6s. When I got there I was told 150. So I agreed and waited for the phone to be fixed. While waiting another female came in and was told 114 for the same model phone and crack. I hate to pull the race card but that's the only thing that separated us. I went to my car and cried. I was hurt, but I'm a big girl so I'll get past. I want to thank them for the motivation. Today was my second encounter with PRP and I've come to the conclusion that if you're not satisfied with the service there, you may be the problem. The first time I went I had taken my Galaxy S4 under water by accident. I dealt with Matt. Spent a ton of time on the phone. Changed both cameras out, did a diagnostic and then was honest and told me I should just get a new phone. I asked them what the charge was. We will say what they charged me and what I thought they should have charged me was way different ... for the cheaper. For months, my computer has operated like it is dying and or dead. Rory cleaned it up and took the water destroyed S4 and got my old pictures off of it. Again, the price was less than what it would have cost the idiots at Geek Squad to even look at my computer and oh by the way, I got it back on the same day. Last night I couldn't get on the internet. I brought the computer home and it booted up in 10 seconds. Ridiculous! These guys are excellent. I have sent at least 40 or 50 of my clients there and not once heard a bad word from them either.

I went to Apple and got it replaced by the professionals. Afterwards I called this place back and told them I wanted my money back and they told me I should’ve came back to them. Why would I ? To wait another 3 hours to fix it and then a high chance of having it faulty again? And then would have to pay again for more screen protectors and everything else to make sure my phone was good and working ? The dude gave me every excuse in the book as to why it could not be working. The least he could do is refund my money.

I have taken my Iphone 6 here for repair multiple times. I have had the screen replaced once and the battery replaced twice. Both times the repair was done quickly while I waited. No issues with the parts they used. I have also come into the store and received helpful advice that helped me avoid spending money I did not have to on repairs. At times when Phone Repair Plus easily could have charged me for their expertise or a small repair, they simply helped me. I will continue having them repair my devices in the future for this reason.

Today was my second encounter with PRP and I've come to the conclusion that if you're not satisfied with the service there, you may be the problem. The first time I went I had taken my Galaxy S4 under water by accident. I dealt with Matt. Spent a ton of time on the phone. Changed both cameras out, did a diagnostic and then was honest and told me I should just get a new phone. I asked them what the charge was. We will say what they charged me and what I thought they should have charged me was way different ... for the cheaper. For months, my computer has operated like it is dying and or dead. Rory cleaned it up and took the water destroyed S4 and got my old pictures off of it. Again, the price was less than what it would have cost the idiots at Geek Squad to even look at my computer and oh by the way, I got it back on the same day. Last night I couldn't get on the internet. I brought the computer home and it booted up in 10 seconds. Ridiculous! These guys are excellent. I have sent at least 40 or 50 of my clients there and not once heard a bad word from them either.

Stopped in Monday to get a new screen on my iPhone 7. Screen was fixed within 30 minutes . Next day my back camera would not work so i took it back and found out my back camera was broke . I visited the store when my daughter cracked her iphone screen back in March. The service was outstanding, friendly and reasonably priced. My phone had severe water damage and a cracked screen. It would turn on but you couldn't see anything. I put my phone in rice to dry out over night but it still was wet. I came to these guys and they were AMAZING. They replaced my screen and fixed my camera for under $90.
