I asked the computer facility to connect my surface tablet to the internet and diagnose my wifi problem. After holding the tablet for a week, they offered to reload the operating system, but they told me they not even hard wired the unit to check if an update might repair the wifi problem. I do not think they touched the tablet before I picked up, but still charged me the $67.00 diagnostic fee.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Chris broke my son's phone by using alcohol on it, while it was on. Electronic devices generally don't do well when you put liquids on them. Also, he was going to charge me $80 for a repair that I got for $60 elsewhere. Chris is a hack and a thief.

This store is great. My android got crushed and I brought it in to see if the could fix it. They needed to order a part which took a couple days to come in. As soon as it was in they notified me. Phone works better than when I bought it. Eric was very helpful with his advice for a better case and other issues I had. Much better than having to buy a new phone.

Have to add they contacted me after my initial review and told me to bring back the phone for warranty work. As I said, really nice honest people!!! Really nice people there and that's why I gave an average rating. Took a phone in for a screen replacement. Got it back 7 hours later with bubbles in the new screen, front camera not working, and phone only works on a barely audible level no matter what settings. Good $100 lesson. Next time I'll read reviews first. Off to buy a new phone...

Brought my Blu Life One X2 in with a broken screen, plus the replacement screen which I had purchased from the manufacturer. Came back half an hour later to pick it up, and the new screen was in. Had to go back a couple hours later because the speaker wasn't working, but he fixed it at no charge, since it was working before the replacement. Overall, very pleased with my experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! If i could rate these crooks 0 stars i most definitely would, Had the absolute most horrible experience I've ever had in any shop. I took my sons phone to have his screen replaced, & some guy by the name of Chris checked the phone and said its good to go and would be ready in 45 min. I returned 2 hours later, this crook then told me he had to change my backlight and it would be an additional $150. After googling what a backlight is i realized that not only is he a theif, he's a liar as well being there will be no point of changing the backlight if he would be installing a "new" screen. When i have asked him why he didn't call me to inform me about the price difference, he said he tried to buy my phone was off, my phone was on and i haven't received a single missed call from him. When i refused to pay the additional charge he then started acting extremely disrespectful and rude, starting to shout that he will no be returning the phone until he gets paid in full. After an hour of going back and fourth with this crook and nearly tearing his head off, i paid a 65% restocking fee and he placed my old (Cracked) screen back on. To sum it up- i walked into imobile fixer with a broken phone, paid $176 and walked out with a broken phone. I HIGHLY ADVISE EVERYONE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE AND AVOID DEALING WITH THESE ANIMALS.

Got a year long warranty that I later discovered covered nothing. Waste of money. Honestly very disappointed considering the amount I spent could have covered the screen replacement of an iPhone but I have a Samsung. Just don't see the point of having multiple warranty options if they cover nothing. Sorry guys but you're going to have to get a B.S. review from me because it was B.S. Could have and should have just got a new phone for what I paid to have my phone simply fixed. The worst part is I had been a regular customer for a couple years. But if you are going to advertise as cheaper and more convenient you have to stick to those values. Have a good day!

I went into the store not really knowing what to expect and was immediately greeted with a big hello. The gentleman who assisted me listened to my issue without interrupting and asked good questions to make sure he understood what was happening as if he wouldn't sell me a battery unless I could prove I needed one. I really liked that because not once did I ever feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of like I felt at the Apple store down the road.
