I owe a massive thank you to Owner, Eric, of PC Medics of NJ (“PCMNJ”) for saving my iPad from certain death and brining my iPhone back from life support. First, Eric and everyone at PCMNJ are friendly and not above explaining tech in a way even I - illiterate in tech - could easily understand. In addition to handling my case in a expeditious, cost effective manner, PCMNJ is comfortable to sit and bwait for your repairs or conveniently located off the WHP in Oaklyn to drop off/pick up. My experience, my brand new iPad was left on the roof of my car by some bozo who forgot it buckling kids in backseats headed to hockey. The fool realized his mistake as the iPad blew of the roof on a 4 lane road. Running back to get it a woman ran it over. It was in bad shape but still had a heartbeat. Eric and PCMNJ repaired the camera, glass screen, lcd and fingerprint home button (other shops would not touch it due to difficulty fixing the button). Like new! While there I showed Eric my iPhone 6 which had several issues: (1) damaged charge port which made it almost Impossible to charge (2) when i could charge it the battery would quickly die, and (3) damage to screen from water. Ignoring expected wear and tear, PCMNJ had my phone functioning like new. I’m happy i found PCMNJ and I’m sure I’ll b back! Thanks again! SAS

An informed computer user for over 25 years, I was searching for a local repair/upgrade small business and chose PC Medics of NJ. I have used their services three times between October 2016 and February 2018. It is conveniently located on the White Horse PIke and has a small parking lot. The building is clean and secure, and the staff appear competent. PC Medics of NJ charges a $39 diagnostic fee, which is acceptable. Prior work was satisfactory. However, in my recent experience, I was disappointed in the markup and installation fee. for a keyboard/touchpad replacement - the parts are not expensive at most outlets and this was not a complex task. However, PC Medics NJ total cost was exorbitant. I am giving PC Medics NJ the benefit of the doubt - perhaps this was a mistake - and have amended this review until PC Medics NJ responds to my email inquiries.

Had a great experience. On a Saturday of a holiday weekend the team recovered our hard drive data and recommended a back up system. We could not be happier for the service and price. And even personally delivered our hard drive back to our business I highly recommend PC Medics!

I go in because I had a problem with my tablet. The cost of the repair and part would have been more than what the tablet is currently worth. So I asked if he could find me a refurbished tablet with the same specs. He said no problem. Needless to say, he never called me back. At least say you can't do it if you can't.
