A hidden gem! I got a large format printer that hadn't been working for 2+ years. They came in and worked on it efficiently and with such patience. Got it working like brand new in less than 2hrs. Also, gave me tips and tricks on how to take care of it, they know their stuff. Can't say enough!

Amazing service. I had them replace AC socket on a laptop for a neighbor. They fixed that and found device fan was clogged and need to be cleaned. Most other companies would have just replaced it. Look elsewhere. Just don’t do it, there’s qualified groups out there. Lost all data from an external hard rive and a MacBook, which they dismantled, just to charge me a discounted $35 rate for loosing everything from 2007 forward. It would have been better if they told me they didn’t know what they were doing and gave it back to me but so it goes. I even considered buying an external monitor to hook up to my MacBook Pro but the worker couldn’t get it to work. I had to walk out. No apologies, no refund (though they discounted the error) and I’ll never go back.
