I lent a teenager an Iphone and it was returned with a cracked screen. Despite being busy, the owner looked at the phone and told me that the tempered glass cover was cracked. He then cleaned the phone and replaced the cover. Despite my insisting, he wouldn't take any money. We ended up talking about his days in China. I will give him any future business, and urge all to frequent this honest and knowledgeable business!

Markevis at NERDiTNOW was a pleasure to work with. I wanted a new desktop gaming computer and did not want to buy one from a manufacturer. I like being able to customize the machine with my components but I do NOT enjoy putting it together, troubleshooting, etc. Markevis consulted with me on ordering the parts and then assembled the computer for me with only a 1 - 2 day turnaround. This thing is very solidly built and works like a charm. I received it back with all of my requested software installed, drivers working and everything. He also had the accessories available I needed to connect an older monitor to a newer video card. I highly recommend using Markevis for any computer hardware work!

I found NERDiT NOW, after experiencing terrible service at iColor in Christiana Mall for a screen replacement on my iPhone. Right when I walked through the door, I was greeted by the owner. He was extremely nice as well as his employee. The service was excellent, in and out of the door within 20 minutes (its amazing to me because I'm used to waiting between 45 minutes to an hour). Not to mention the way the make each person feel valued and fully satisfied. I really like the fact they added a screen protector with the replacement of my screen. Previous services would charge extra for a screen protector. They do a variety of services for electronics (making it very convenient and possible to saving more money depending on the repair).

I scheduled an appointment at NerIt Now to have the screen replaced on my iPhone 6S Plus. The customer service was excellent and the owner was very pleasant, knowledgeable and welcoming. The store is conveniently located right off the main road and has Parking located right in front of the door. It took about 20-25 minutes for my to be fixed and it is like brand new once again. Why aren’t there more than five stars? Who arbitrarily decided five stars is enough? Nerdit deserves more. It’s true I’m a cranky old cynical bus driver. What is also true is these guys are solid gold with uparelled service and unbelievable prices. Personal attention from the owner and immediate service from a great technician to get us going. I dragged my wife in here with her new computer, that Best Buy had already sent off to another state to get fixed, and who can afford that kind of downtime in a business computer? The owner diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes and gave her advice on what to do, free? What kind of business model is happening here!?! Best Buy had better pray that the world doesn’t find out about Nerdit. I had also walked in with my 10 year old dinosaur in several pieces. I came back two hours later and picked up my “new” used bigger, faster, computer with an up to date operating system, and my old hard drive loaded into my new computer. Oh, for under $300.00 bucks? Get out of here! BB wanted $50.00 just to determine if my data could be saved??? No no no shame on you. I will never go to BB again as long as Nerdit is here, never. Oh and the reason I wheel my transit bus out in front of you? No, it is not personal, so please stop flipping me off and honking your horn; I am doing my job driving around and “picking up a few friends.” If I waited until traffic cleared the bus would never move because almost none of you want to get stuck behind a bus. Peace be with you, every one.

Markevis was absolutely terrific. I needed a laptop screen repaired using a replacement screen I had purchased. Markevis drove to my house (not close to his business) and replaced screen. Unfortunately, I had been shipped a defective screen by the supplier so I had to buy another one from another source. Markevis came back a second time and successfully installed the second replacement unit which is now working flawlessly. Markevis was very expert on the repairs and was quick and efficient in performing them. He displayed a very high level of professionalism. I give my highest recommendation to NERDIT NOW and Markevis.
