I brought in a laptop with a broken charging port. I asked them to take a look. They took it in the back and about 2 minutes later produced a fully repaired laptop. It was hardly broken at all. I had been quoted 85 an 125$ by other seemingly reputable repair shops. This is a good honest shop.

We drove 45 minutes to this store, since previously seeing the sign on the front window which states they fix Apple Products. After finishing up with the customer in front of us, the man at the front desk simply looked at me and said ‘yes.’ That was rude. When I told him I needed help with my iPhone he said, “we don’t work on Apple products.” Then I reminded him that the sign on their front window said they did work on Apple products to which he said, “oh, we never took that down.” He was rude and unhelpful.

When I came in, it was really busy. There was only one person working up front despite there being a store-full of people. So, lost a star for that. I waited a reasonable 20 mins before being assisted. It would have been nice to not have to wait while multiple people who came in after me had their needs seen to first, but I get it. But, I will say, the counter-person was courteous and helpful with every single person and though he looked busy, he tried to make every person feel heard and valued. Not gonna lie -- it annoyed me as I waited -- but I appreciated it once it was my turn. I would definitely go back.
