Picked it up and it looks great. Very friendly and helpful gentlemen helped me. I would recommend them, and will use them again if the need arises.

The staff was very friendly and reassuring that they can help recover the pictures of my kids, family vacations; everything over the last 15 years. The very next day I dropped it off, they called me to say they recovered all the pictures and saved them on an external hard drive. My family was relieved we did not lose these pictures forever.
