My 13 year old son smashed his screen and, of course, wanted a quick replacement. Since he was responsible for paying, the $150 at Apple was a little overwhelming to him! This was quick, professional, and less expensive than Staples and Apple. There is a 1 year guarantee on the screen and we made an appointment online. Would DEFINITELY recommend. I don't think this company will be going out of business anytime soon since cracked screens seem to be a pretty frequent occurrence!

I accidentally dropped my iPhone XS Max into the washing machine in a Sunday morning. . It was in there for about 5 minutes. I retrieved it from the washing machine and the screen went black. I called the store in Drexel Hill. The gentleman answered right away, I believe his name was Keith. I explained everything that happened and he said he thought the screen went bad. Brought it down to him over an hour later. No water damage in the inside but the screen for some reason died. He repaired it within 1 hour and I saved over $800 for a new phone that Verizon told me I probably would need due to water damage. I found my new cell phone repair place from now on. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. These guys are Great.

After the Information about Apple purposely slowing down older phone models I decided to get my battery checked. I found out my battery was halfway to death. I had iphillyfixit replace the battery and wanted a couple days to see how it performed. I can now say that with the new battery it is almost as if I bought a new phone. I checked out the phone repair shop in Havertown (at west chester pike and eagle rd) few times but the guy who does repairs was never there! So I googled around and found CPR@Drexel Hill. Is this place even real? iPhone 8 glass screen was smashed to smithereens and the screen was black. AT&T told us we would need to pay an insurance deductible, receive a loaner phone, ship the broken one out to be repaired, and swap phones again when it came back fixed in a week. Took it to these guys instead and it was fixed in under an hour for $100?! Phone looks and works like brand new. Even in today’s world of instant gratification, this was unbelievable service. I brought my iPhone in about a month ago to have my screen replaced. After having the screen replaced I had to bring it back twice because the replacement screens were faulty, the last two times in the same day. The last two times I had a screen protector and protective case and my screen protector was trasnsfered from one screen to the other. Meaning it was no longer attaching properly. The same day my phone fell off a table and the screen cracked with the case and half attached screen protector. I’m super disappointed and feel like I’ve wasted my money and hours of my time. In the future I will definitely be going to the apple store for all of my repairs.

Amazing!!! I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars! I was having issues with my iPhone 8 Plus battery. My phone started randomly shutting off and eventually would not turn on at all. After going to the Apple store, found out the problem (Battery was swollen and a defective unit). I asked for a battery replacement. They ran their diagnostics and said the phone won't turn on and I'd need a new phone. I wasn't comfortable with this as I didn't have a chance to back up my data and I didn't want to lose everything. Plus, it didn't make sense why I would need a whole new phone when it's only the battery that's the issue. Still, they would not install a new battery and continued to tell me a new battery wouldn't make a difference. They said the phone is dead and my only option to get my data back was data recovery (which starts at $1,000) Thankfully I walked away and found IPhillyfixit online. I wanted to get a second opinion. I went over the same day, and Nick helped me out right away! He looked at my phone and confirmed it only needed a new battery. He put one in, and my phone turned on immediately with all of my pictures, contacts, data, everything in tact! Pretty ridiculous that Apple essentially told me my phone was done and there's nothing I can do (besides get a new phone and pay $1,000 for a data recovery service)...yet Nick fixed the whole problem within an hour. Don't waste your time at Apple -they are not trustworthy and are not helpful. Just come here instead. Honest, friendly, and up front business with great customer service! I will definitely be back for any future phone issues. Thanks Nick!!!

He took the time to make sure that the replacement was installed properly unlike the Verizon store which left a lot of bubbles on it, which in turn I believe is the reason it shattered. I cracked the front & back of my Samsung Galaxy 8, they even replaced the edge band that was chipped. When I got phone back it looked brand new! Great service, reasonable prices, short turn around time. Will definitely send my friends & family to CPR if they need any repairs. Note; if you are tired of spending $600, $800, $1000 on these phones, they sell refurbished phones that look and work like they are brand new at half the price of a new one. I know where I am going next time I need a phone!

I had a cracked 5c screen, and yes, they got the job done, but it was $95, after tax. It's a 5c, I would understand that price for any newer phone, but nowadays I could get a new phone for practically the same price. I appreciate they're working and getting it fixed while I waited in a short period of time, but I think they're prices are a bit to high. Although this is my opinion and I'm just a college student who doesn't have a steady income from my part time job and needing money for books in a few weeks.

Great people! Always welcoming, nice, explain the troubleshooting and fix the problem. They give you the coast of the work before starting and their prices are really reasonable. I had to get a new battery for my iPhone, and then I had an issue with my "hey Siri “ command, when I went back, they fixed it and after I asked for the payment, they said, it was our responsibility, so no additional charges!!! Way to go guys, keep the good work.

I have used these guys for years, and far more times than I would prefer, but they're great. As the father of teenaged boys who go through cell phone screens more quickly than underwear (how I WISH I was exaggerating), I have become very familiar with CPR. The service is quick, reasonably priced, professionally performed, and I never worry about data security. HIGHLY recommended. iPhone? Android? We've had them both repaired multiple times and it has always gone well.

I did a FW update to my Iphone 5s that not only failed mid-way but caused my phone to no longer boot properly. This is my only phone, which I use both personally and for work. I first took it to one phone repair place near me but to no avail; they attempted to turn it on like I did and then told me that I needed to just replace the phone. Thinking I was out of luck and making a last ditch effort, I decided to try just one more place via google search (CPR). Chandler was very professional and just overall gave me the feeling that he could do just about anything. E.g. if he told me that it was done for, then I would believe him. Chandler knew of an alternative way to get to the phone's recovery mode and was able to get my phone back up & running. I was thrilled. I'd like to give Chandler a big KUDOS. Thank you Chandler.

I walk my dogs regularly through Drexel hill and I’m also a DH resident. I happened to walk by tonight and coincidentally my screen was cracked from a night out last week. I called at 6:30 and them closing at 7:30 he told me without any questions to come on over. Nick was very informative, told me all the positives about cases and protection screens, the positive and negative about cell phone insurance and so on. He knows EVERYTHING you need to know about your phone. He was very pleasant and polite and we chit chatted while he worked on my phone. I had a cracked screen and he took about 20/30 mins , had we not been talking he probably would have been quicker but I didn’t mind at all. He still got me out in a timely manner. Price was very reasonable and I will definitely return.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. I took it to them for a repair and spent $200 bucks getting the screen fixed. A guy named Nick did an outstanding job and I left happy. A couple months later, my screen just stopped working. The images were fine, but the screen did not respond to touch. There was no damage and the phone had not been dropped. I took it to them again. A guy named Chandler gave me an “oh well the phone must have been dropped.” I explained it was sitting on my car seat charging when it stopped working but I didn’t want to argue. I just wanted my phone, so once again I paid them another $200 bucks to replace a screen that wasn’t broken and had no damage. The very next day I noticed a green dot on the screen. I immediately sent them a detailed email informing them of this. I received no response. I didn’t make a big deal out of it. I’m not a picky person and was planning to upgrade to the Pixel 4 in October anyway. A month later the second screen went dead. It just went black. The phone was on, but the screen was black. Again, I had no defect, no drop, no damage of any kind. I called and explained what was happening. I told them I would FedEx the phone to them because it takes me 45 minutes to drive there every time. They said no problem. Three days after they had received the phone, I called to check the status only to be told the didn't look at it yet. 5 days later I called, and they still hadn't looked at it. At the end of the 5th day a guy called me and said even though there was no damage at all the phone must have been dropped and that I'll need to buy a 3rd screen. I told them this was absolute nonsense and that I am a 47-year-old professional man with no kids. The phone had ZERO damage the second time or the third time I brought it in for the third repair and that they are an absolute rip-off. They told me I could pay for a 3rd repair or go pound sand, but this time they would only charge me for the part which they claim is $132.00. I was told when I purchased the second screen, they offered a 90-day warranty. Clearly, they do not. Not to mention there was NO DAMAGE. They just didn’t install it properly. It appears they just make stuff up as they go. To make matters worse, I went to pick up my phone yesterday, exactly 8 days after they received the phone. It took me 45 minutes to get to the store. 4 hours after I left a guy named Chandler called and said I had left my credit card there. I said, no problem, just put it in the mail to me. He said he would have to check and see if that was possible. He then called me back hours later and told me their company policy would not permit them to mail me the card. I told them I had already put a hold on the card so there was no liability issue. He said he couldn’t do it. I asked to speak with the owner. He wouldn’t let me. I asked for the owner’s name. He wouldn’t give it to me. I literally could not believe this scenario on top of everything else. He told me the owner works out of the Pottstown store. I called the Pottstown store 11 times only to get a recording. I left two extremely detailed messages for the owner. Of course, no response. I’m not at all shocked. I'm sure someone from their store will respond to this post saying it isn't true and make up a bunch of other stories just like it appears as though they have done in all their other bad reviews. I have noticed an extraordinary similarity to their bad reviews. They have pulled the exact same nonsense on several customers. I am telling you that every single word in this review is true. Zero embellishment and nothing made up for effect. Only facts. This company is an absolute joke. It’s a nickel and dime unorganized, no warranty, ham-n-egg corner hack shop. I wish you the best of luck if you decide to do business with them. If anyone would like to see my call log, invoices or anything else to verify the credibility of this review, just respond with an email or cell # and I’ll send everything. BEWARE!!!

I visited CPR today to have my sons cell phone repaired. He damaged the screen doing 11 year old things smh. Upon entering the repair shop I was greeted by a technician who was more than happy to help me. He checked the device out, did a quick search and said it would be more beneficial to purchase another device. He looked up pricing and stated the price of the phone was probably half of the price of the repair. I appreciated his honesty, something you don't find often. I would absolutely recommend CPR in Drexel Hill to anyone in need of their services.

Horrible customer service and they do not hold to their store policy. I purchase a screen for a Samsung Galaxy for $200 the screen started going dead after 1 week, I returned the phone and ask for a replacement screen and I was told by the manager that I must have broke the screen myself. I did not drop the phone there was no scratches on the screen but i told I must had did something because screens just don't go bad. They would not honor the store policy of replacing or fixing merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Never again!!!

I was worried that it was not fixable and time for a new phone since it was 2.5 years old. The gentleman working the day of my arrival was extremely professional and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I had a different repair shop replace my screen a few weeks prior and have had nothing but issues since then.
