I went in for a small, simple yet relatively costly repair. I received poor service from the start. Ineffective and inconsistent communication, difficult to work with and poor customer service. In an attempt to foster communication and quality improvement I emailed their central location my concerns and didn't even receive an acknowledgement. I would not recommend this company.

My daughter did some damage to my wife's IPad, and the staff at CNA quickly repaired it, and the cost was great. I also work for a DJ company and I sent all our laptops there for repair. Great friendly staff

A few months ago I got my computer fixed there and recently got my phone fixed. I dropped it and smashed the screen. I had it back in just a few hours, good as new! Both experiences were top notch and I would suggest this business.

Excellent and prompt service. I dropped my Samsung phone and cracked my screen. I called CNA and they replaced the screen within an hour. It also saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend CNA.
