I have no patience with technology sometimes, so when I had a pseudo technology problem I googled the nearest help. CNA Computer repair was my 'life saver'. I called up CNA because my laptop was not charging. I spoke to the owner Angelo and he asked me to bring it in. When I brought it into his shop and he took a look at it. He said the jack is broken off inside and he would have to order the part. When he called me and said my laptop was ready for pickup. I was excited. The laptop is now charging and I'm very pleased with the fast service. I would definitely go back when I have computer issues.

Angelo unlocked and removed permissions from an i-book. He also reimaged OS to get Sierra. All looks well but there was nothing difficult here. The cost (+tax) was 259.70. I am no expert but that seems high. The national average cost for Apple repair services provided by independent technicians ranges from $45 to $140.

I took my compute in to CNA Computer Repair because I thought it had a virus and was not running well. I was told they would check out the computer and the charges would be between $89 and $199. I got a call the next day confirming the compute had a virus and needed to be cleaned at a cost of $350 if I wanted my data saved. They then offered me an option to purchase a used computer with a 30 day warranty on which they would place all of my old data for a cost of $600. I did not want to buy a used computer, but elected to have them clean my computer and return it to me without my data. There charge for this was $260. I asked why the cost was in excess of the original quote the gave me and their reply was, the computer had to be "sealed" ?? after the virus was removed. I felt any additional charges above their quote of $89 to $199 was excessive and unfair. I will not do business with this company again.

CNA, the only computer repair folks I've ever used. I have CNA come out to my residence once a year to update my computer security and scan for viruses and other issues slowing down my desktop. Everything always works great. Prompt reliable service.

I brought my laptop to have some items that were on a system that I bought from a private owner. The picture and files were of stuff that was very inappropriate and u didn't want to be involved at all. They assured me that all would be gone. They reinstalled everything and installed virus protection and it was completed in a very timely manner. I would use them again without hesitation.
