They recently did a computer evaluation for me on an old unit and were able to successfully set me up with a well priced new one and successfully transferred all my data, and it was a lot!, with no problem. They are always willing to answer your questions and are patient, helpful and honest tradesmen. I recommend them highly.

He is a manipulative little rat. He is the Mechanic who purposely keeps parts of your car loose so you have to go back every few months. The Rat will replace your authentic OS with his fake OS. You won't be able to upgrade your computer from 7 to 8 or 8 to 10 because your verison isn't Authentic. He makes an ADMINISTRATOR account on YOUR computer with HIS OWN PASSWORD. PERFECT EXAMPLE: When you go connect to say a Wireless Device in your house You Will FOREVER NEED two passwords. Your Own & His (the rat's password) So in order to go to the next step you NEED his Service. (***You Can Delete His Admin From Your Own Admin Account in the User Account's Setting through the Control panel) He Essentially keeps a forever footprint on your computer so he has Equal Ownership & Power of YOUR computer. The review's on here are his Close friend's who he told to give his buisness great feedback. Also he has only been in havertown for 2 years....so anything past is for the prior Company Geek Force. He is a pathetic little rat who found a hole in Havertown to manipulate good people & force his way into your computer like a Virus....Fitting for his line of buisness.

My laptop was getting power but not loading into windows. The price was about half of what others were charging in the area...but the best think was they fixed it the same day! The repair technician was very nice and knowledgeable. I also had them replace the screen on my iphone a month later. I highly recommend them as they are the fastest and lowest priced in the area by far!

Dropped a laptop off to get a virus off. The company called me back after doing a diagnostic after a few hours. Much quicker than other places like staples do, a good deal cheaper as well. They promised to return it within 24 hours and delivered! Got the virus off no problem and haven't had any trouble with it since. Great customer service as well, the employees knew that they were doing and gave a comprehensive explanation on how I may have gotten the virus and what to do to prevent it in the future. Thanks!

Have gone to CNA for several situations and have not been disappointed. One issue was for a diagnostic check on a computer, which had been getting consistently sluggish and non-responsive. CNA did an efficient, thorough and very timely job in analyzing the situation. They provided an upfront analysis showing how the cost\benefit of trying to repair it would be cost prohibitive. Then turned to them for the alternative of getting a refurbished computer to meet the requirements expected from the sluggish computer. CNA did a great job and came up with what was needed at a reasonable price. They listened to our needs and provided a great solution. Was very satisfied with that result. So much so, that when there was another need for a computer (which much the same requirements) went to CNA. Once again, CNA came through with a reasonably priced computer which satisfied my needs. I highly recommend CNA for any one with computer questions, needs, issues and\or desire to purchase effective and efficient computers. They are a great and helpful 'sounding board'. They are low (really no) pressure folks. Which actually enhances a customer's desire to utilize CNA as the provider. Not only does a customer gain well-founded professional confidence from CNA's technical expertise but also a customer gains a very good feeling on a personal level due to the low-key but still nurturing and supportive manner and persona of CNA. I would definitely go back again to CNA for my computer needs. They are a great resource, a true gem for our community

I have visited CNA computer repair several times in the past few years. First they fixed my slow Dell PC computer which had viruses. My next visit was to increase the memory and storage on my Mac book, after that they retrieved data from an HP computer hard drive and most recently they helped me speed up my Microsoft laptop actually a surface pro. These guys are good, honest and fair pricing.

My desktop was recently hit by a bad virus and it wouldn't let me do anything. I took it to a few local repair shops and it took 6 business days and it still was not right. I then was told of a local place that does fast reliable and reasonable repair so I took it to GeekForce and they were able to fix it in 18 hrs!!!! and I dropped it off at 4pm..Plus it was half the price I paid from the other place. I highly recommend this company they are a great bunch of guys and I refer them to everyone....Thanks GeekForce...

They were able to recover all my data, fixed my hardware and gave me some advice on how to maintain both my PC and my laptop and they still take time to answer my calls when I have questions about either machine.
