Steve was able to take all the data and photos from an old computer hard drive —thankfully because I couldn’t turn the computer on! It took him a day or two to send me the link to the file. I was able to download it and access it without any issue! He also took my old computer and was able to dispose of it. I had just returned from a European vacation of a lifetime and tried to upload the pictures from my camera to my laptop. Something went wrong. The pictures did not transfer and the memory card in the camera was erased. I was crushed. I called Byte Me and he came to my home! Within just a few moments, he recovered over 100 pictures from the "erased" memory card in my camera. When he was finished, he recovered just over 1200 pictures dating back to the year 2010. The price was more than reasonable considering, to replace those pictures, it would take a redo of the trip. Now, my memories are preserved and I can't thank Byte Me enough!
