Buy the extended warranty if you are buying the Bose Sport ear buds. We are on the fourth set in less than two years. The staff gives you new ear buds on the spot with the extended warranty. The regular warranty requires a mail away which used up two months of a one year factory warranty.

Bose is quality for sure and this store had it out to try. The sale girl who helped us (cashier10278 - I cannot remember her name) was great. She took her time, did not pressure us at all. She answered all my dumb questions with ease. I wish I could remember her name. She deserves complements. I am a total cheap-skate and she sold me on 2 pair of bluetooth headphones/ear-buds. On a side note, Bose the brand, is incredible as well. We have a sound system for our TV (sound bar and sub) and has made watching tv and movies so much better. Crazy that just a sound system can do that.
I currently bought the BOSE sportfree wireless earbuds... I should’ve read the reviews more on their community pages before purchasing them. Everything is lagging... my musics, YouTube, Facebook video and many others. It’s has 1-2 second lag and it’s seems like I’m watching a bad lipsync bootlegged video. Kinda regret getting it..... should’ve went with the apple AirPods 2.. :/

I went in to buy the SoundTouch 30 from this store after having the most exquisite experience in the Bose Towson Town Center store. The Towson store was amazing in providing customer care and showing me every single option in doing so. So after leaving and deciding when I got home to DE that I was going to buy the speaker, I headed into the mall and went into Bose. First of all, NOT one hello from the plethora of floor salespeople. There was one other customer. After literally (not exaggerating) waving at a saleswoman, who'd been just watching us with bug eyes, to come over she came and truly didn't give me or my friends a true show of the piece I wanted confirmation to buy. I told her I would like to buy it and she brought one from the back to the checkout counter where a gentleman was standing eagerly waiting for my money (sales must be down). I was talked into financing the speaker over 12 months to break up the hefty purchase price without even knowing I was in the process of signing up for a Bose Credit Card that I didn't want or need. The sale was misleading because I assumed any card would work. After declining the card they took great offense to it. Telling me another credit card is what I need and if I ever want to finance a car, I'd need THIS credit card. I quickly opened my phone case revealing two other cards (I have 4). It didn't shut him up though. He wouldn't stop about the card, so as a result I walked my self out of the store. Went across to Apple and bought a Sonos PLAY:5 for the same price. PAIRABLE, WIFI! Amazing for entertaining!!! I love it. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY ON BOSE!! Check it out!!! So so amazing.

I have been in to buy and ended up at other stores. A swing and a miss for Bose.
Please know that if purchase an item with cash and need to return a defective product you have to wait 10-14 days for a check to be mailed to you. Not to mention the fact they will not admit their products are defective. Soundsport Free Earphones have a problem with the left ear dropping out. Check Bose online forums at all the complaints. I used to be a big fan of Bose (QC-35), but will be hard pressed to purchase another product.

The first agent knew nothing about connecting a Bose speaker to an electrical gang box that are designed into new homes which are pre-wired for home theater sound system. The second Bose agent was frustrating because she kept insisting I wasn't listening to her and chiding me with her "You don't understand" insults. She told me that at least 7 or 8 times. She persisted I didn't know what I was talking about and all she wanted me to do was screw their available Bose speaker mounts into the drywall. I had to show pictures of our pre-wired home and show her what an electrical gang box was before she stop interrupting me. She eventually came to realize that she didn't know what she was talking about. My visit ended with nothing accomplished or learned except that Bose agents are insulting and love to interrupt. The visit was a frustrating but I learned Bose agents are rude and under trained, and the agent learned she isn't as smart as she thinks she is. I would rather drive to Los Angeles to visit a Bose store. Any store but the Las Vegas store

Last weekend I visited the Bose Factory Store at Nebraska Crossings in Gretna, NE. Unfortunately, I had a horrific encounter with The Douche Bag Manager of the Year, Kyle WIckersham, and his subordinate, Ryan. Both refused to help me or acknowledge my presence. After I called them out, douche bag Kyle had the nerve to call mall security on me and my son, who by the way was in a stroller. When the security guard, Lenny, arrived and saw me he literally said, "Huh!" He probably expected a belligerent customer but instead was met with the opposite. Kyle came frolicking out the store with such a contrived depiction of what took place moments earlier. He told the security guard he didn't like my vibe and I am not welcome in the store. Yes he literally said, "I don't like his vibe". Hmmm take a guess what the only difference between my vibe and the vibe of the other patrons in the store was????? Yep you guessed it! Let's just say Kyle probably helped write the now infamous Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) chant that made the news a few weeks ago!!! Now that's assuming douche bag has achieved a Bachelor or above level of education which I seriously doubt! Nevertheless, the security guard and I briefly discussed the incident, and then the conversation changed when he recognized the $8K watch I was wearing! He gave me props on the watch and then we discussed a few of our favorites. He likes Officine Panerai and hopes to save up to have one in the not too distant future. I am into Breitling and Omega. Neither of us care much for Rolex. This dude knew his watches and I was impressed! What Kyle didn't know, I recorded the entire incident and will be uploading the video to YouTube within the next few weeks. I also plan to send the review and video directly to Mr. Bob Maresca, the President of Bose Corporation. The next time a non-Caucasian walk into the Bose Factory Store, I hope Kyle and his staff think twice about humiliating them, especially in front of their kid and other patrons!!!!
