These guys are total pros, and they’ll remind you how nice it can be to work with a team you can trust at a local neighborhood business. I brought in a MacBook Pro that I’d dropped to see if we could at least salvage my data. Not only did they help me save my data and even get it partially working again, they actually explained everything they were seeing and looking for as they stepped through the process. I learned a few things, and another customer (who was raving about his prior experiences at the shop) hung out to chat and learn about the inner workings of a Mac, too. It’s the type of business you hope not to need too often, but I’ll definitely use them the next time we run into a computer issue of any kind. These are the nicest guys you will ever meet. They're so knowledgeable and fair. Fast, too. It's a freaking pleasure to go there even when stressed out from computer problems, to be greeted by such nice humans. I can't say enough good things.

This place is a hidden gem, and a much needed one. A few months back, I had what I thought was a dead hard drive on my macbook, and needed it replaced same day as I use the computer for work. It turned out not to be the hard drive at all but just the connecting cable, which was a relief. The price was reasonable and the it took no time at all. Even something simple like this would require days left at the Apple Store. Today I had the same issue and brought the laptop in again. Turns out the hard drive and cable were fine, but the cable had come loose (I take this laptop basically everywhere). They fixed it quickly and free of charge. I can't believe more people don't know about this place. No appointment needed and they will not misdiagnose the problem, overcharge, or make you leave your computer behind (unless maybe it's a major repair or a part they don't have in stock, but that wasn't my experience). Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Very fast and cheap! Would recommend to anyone! iPhone 8 was heavy damage and the phone was busted and won’t turn on and light up ! They were able to fix it way cheaper and faster than Apple store and Apple store refused to fix it at that kind of rate ! My iPhone 8 looks brand new in under an hour. I honestly recommend everyone to go over if your IPhone needs repair.

Just picked up my computer today. There was a lot wrong with it after my brother decided to use it and then for some reason, throw it on the floor. The screen was shattered and the frame was damaged. Plus, the laptop was infected badly. Everything was perfect again when I got it. They even installed malware and spyware protection software, as well as clean out my computer. I can't express how glad I am to see such a quality repair. Very friendly and honest people as well, and had a great conversation with them.

Got my laptop repaired here. My laptop had a cracked screen and a bad keyboard and was fixed within in 3 days. Price was reasonable and service was amazing. Would recommend to others. The store also sells discounted refurbished laptops, desktops, TV, game system and phones.

My Acer Aspire M5 Laptops was extremely slow, I took it to ApeTek Computers, the technician is a savvy guy, in less than five minutes he told me the whole plan to get my computer working back as it has to be. Main problem was the presence of spyware on my computer, and the need to get some Antivirus/Anti Spyware protection. After 12 hours my computer was working back. It is not too easy to find a reliable place that combine experience, good references and great prices. Reasonable price and high quality, friendly guy. A+++ Would Recommend to my family and friends.

I have used Ape Tek Computers' help twice this year: once for a hard drive crash and again for a corrupted memory card. I was very pleased with the service and the results. The guys at this company have an extensive knowledge of anything to do with computers. They are courteous, friendly and caring. They work on your problem until they find a solution and you are happy with the results. They can turn a really bad situation and horrible problem into a good experience by their attitudes and helpful manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guy Tony fixed my computer within hours with no problem . The only thing I can say is that I was not pleased with the woman working with him. She had a slight attitude problem and appeared to be a little too paranoid when the guy tried to explain the reasoning behind using different browsers. This is a computer repair store which confused me of her behavior. This is the reason for my four stars and I hope that this store improves in that area. Overall they get the job done.

He was polite when I called about my computer. I took it in for repair, but it was not fixed, but he replaced the hard drive so I lost everything. Disappointed to say the least. But what really made me suspicious was that I used my credit card to pay, and suddenly that same billing cycle, I started getting ongoing charges for software, in the thousands of dollars. Never had fraudent charges before and did not lose my credit card. I don't have absolute proof but quite a coincidence. Will not return, I do not trust them.
