Based on rating, I took my computer here, it was taken apart and I was told it was fried...paid 40$, then 175$ for a used computer... I was also told he was selling parts from my fried computer on eBay to compensate his loss... which I didn't understand because I paid for "the loss",with wian hour, the first one didn't even turn on, he immediately came to the house and replaced it with anoetan...it itbeen 5 days...this one won't hold a charge and won't stay connected to wiWi. I was told itsi my server, we own a business, we have 5 other comptcom, they are all connected...no refund, no exchange...his wife says i haven't been happy with what he brought out, not to replace it... I like Russell...but don't think his business is on the up and up... I will tell ALL my customers and friends not to do business here!

I am a big time PC gamer I had Russel work on on my computer he told me he would tell me what was wrong with it in less than a day, within less than 2 hours i received a call from him. My computers motherboard was fried before him finding that out, results may vary with working computers. Also Russel talks to you & with you not through you unlike most laptop shops. Where he works from is a clean environment, will be returning again soon.

This started out as a good deal but has since gone down hill fast. After having to return the Custom built Mac-Book Pro a cpl times and another local shop in Salisbury, MD to diagnose for me, I even went to the Apple store in Annapolis MD ( who consequently told me there was nothing they could do) The owner offered me another laptop of lower value and also an in store credit for future repairs ( $400.00 not including any hardware). I accepted the agreement even though i was very upset about the fact that i commissioned his company to build me a great Apple laptop which he assured me countless times that he was more than capable of doing! He tried to tell me it was my internet server that was the problem. When I returned to his store to have the laptop he offered me looked at due to an error message being displayed, he updated the license on the software and charged me $25.00... I reminded him of the store credit and he quickly informed me that was not going to be honored.Due to it not being a good business deal for him at this juncture. I left the store irate with every intention of contacting my lawyer and the Owner tried numerous times to contact me through text to explain why he would not honor the agreement and also offered me a I-pad as a peace offering...Really At this point my legal team is handling this issue and i will update everyone as to the outcome. In the future buyer/customer beware.... Honoring your word is not bending over backwards nor pleasing a customer. What you will not do is act as if what i have stated is not true and factual. You failed to honor an agreement and that is exactly why my Legal team is involved at this very moment. The relationship between Business Owner and Customer is one that should not be taken lightly. When agreements are made, either Verbal or written, those involved should have the moral fiber to stand behind their agreements. And not try to renegotiate their way out of a contract. Stephen D Taylor UPDATE: After my legal team had to contact you, your offer of a voucher with conditions was unacceptable. The only thing requested was the original deal that you and I made while standing in my home! If your word is no good then what is. I conducted business with you and your company in good faith and I expect the same in return..That is not bending over backwards for a customer that is being a man of your word.. Update#2 Its comical how as a so-called business owner you do all you can to try and make me out as unreasonable in this matter when the whole ordeal never would have come this far if you would have only been a man of your word. I never asked you to go above and beyond to please me as a customer...( ie. bending over backwards for someone) Yes it is true after being contacted by my lawyer you relented and sent a voucher ( with conditions that i use it within your established time frame as well as, being brand specific and also that i change my review which to date has been nothing but upfront and honest.) I can appreciate the fact that now you will admit that you did fail to honor our agreement publicly sir. But the principle of the whole situation ( Doing right by someone when they trust you, Honor and integrity when doing business with someone!) is what truly matters. ALL BUSINESS OWNERS BE WARNED! YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS... NOTE: That $600 laptop you (Gave ) me. was used and was in your inventory, Maybe $600 when it was purchased by the original owner in 2010. Which you also received the Mac Book pro in question and later refurbished and sold again....FYI: I did purchase a brand new Mac Book not long after with no issues to date. When this issue is settled I will be the first to commend those involved with its outcome. And not before. I look forward to my day in court if necessary.

This place is a joke , very unprofessional no signs out front of this business and works out of his kitchen, some business smh , has god picture on his wall in his kitchen and in his living room, Christians are not suppose to rip you off , not in my eyes.... Russell does not stand behind his work. He sold me a laptop, but from the beginning there were problems and he charged me to fix it but the problem continued. He also accused me of doing something to it rather than taking responsibility for his defective laptop. After two months, the power cord stopped working and he refused to replace it. Shoddy work. Russell does not stand behind his work. He sold me a laptop, but from the beginning there were problems and he charged me to fix it but the problem continued. He also accused me of doing something to it rather than taking responsibility for his defective laptop. After two months, the power cord stopped working and he refused to replace it. Shoddy work. Took my two best laptops to be serviced at 1 Pit Stop Laptops today. I was super impressed with Mr. Russell services. He diagnose both of them and called me immediately. The repair cost was very reasonable and the service fast as advertised. My MacBook pro has been upgraded to High Sierra and my HP has been upgraded to Windows 10 Pro on SSD’s. Each laptop was given an exterior and interior cleaning. This only took about 3 and half hours. He really does an excellent job repairing computers. A good friend of mine Terri told me about Mr. Russell. And I say he is THE REAL DEAL. He was polite and respectful my devices and treated me really good. It’s really been a while since I’ve seen this type of great services in Delaware period. Mr. Russell keep up the great work you do. It was truly a blessing meeting you. To be truthful, I'm an apprehensive person just because of past experiences when paying a decent amount of money for a jobs. I received a reminder text an hour prior to dropping it off, which I thought was courteous and professional. I dropped off my computer at 9:30 in the morning and received a phone call by 12:30 that my computer was fixed. My daughter is happy with her finished product. I would recommend him to others.
