He contacted me after my google review was posted and he made things right (swapped out the D/W for a better performing model at no cost) . His actions restored my confidence in buying again from PC Richard & Son. Thank you Matt! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I purchased (2) different dishwashers from this location in 2018; one for home and one for a rental. Both were delivered and installed by PC Richard. The dishwasher I purchased for home worked well, so I thought it would be good to return to PC Richard to buy another dishwasher for a rental I own, given my prior experience, and because the 12 year old appliance just broke. I purchased a Frigidaire unit that was black, because I needed to match other appliances; I worked with Robert; he spent more time trying to up-sell me to buy a Bose headset, vs telling me about the product I was buying. The D/W was installed in December 2018, and it performs worse than the 12 year old GE appliance it replaced. It does not clean or remove grime, even when using Cascade platinum and a rinse aid. I contact PC Richard in less than 30 days to tell them experience, and to to request a return for another model, and they say they cannot accept returns on open appliances. They sent a tech out and told me the appliance cleans poorly because it only has one wash arm! (then why do the sell it?) I wish Robert informed me about how poor the model was, instead of trying to up-sell me on a Bose headset; I could have used this knowledge and spent $50 more on a better model. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE; the return policy is not customer friendly. Buy from AMAZON or another appliance dealer that has a guaranteed return policy. I have still not heard back from PC Richard management; I will not be buying from this chain ever again. There goes $400 down the drain!!!!

PC Richard warranty is a waste of your $$. I gave 1 star because the system won't let me give ZERO! Bought my kitchen appliances from them was happy. Went back for my new washer/dryer. Bought the their warranty this time, was told it was great coverage. Well my brand new Maytag washer died less than 9 months later. We're a week in, 2 visits later, and I still don't have a working machine. They have no idea what is wrong or when it will get fixed. I am disgusted and I feel cheated.

WORST STORE! Deceptive sales practices!!! Worst customer service ever. Do not go here. Asim was my salesman. I bought a fridge and dishwasher on 9/6 and he said it would be delivered in 1-2 days. Then a week later he said the fridge won’t be available until 9/27. Today, 9/27 they say the fridge won’t be available until next week. This is all after I paid by credit card. Deceptive sales practices!!!!

I visited the store with my son to pick up an order that I placed over the phone. The store used to be Circuit City was back before they closed so I guess I expected it to be similar. We were wrong. The store has an odd layout. It’s like the building is WAY to big for what the have so things are spread out. The have very little of a bunch of stuff like mattresses, large appliances, TVs, video games etc with a very little verity. They do have lots to choose from on the website and they will deliver to the store for pickup or to your home. If you are looking to browse and compare items, you will most likely be disappointed. I do all my research on line from as many sources I can find so I always know the exact model of what I’m looking for. The employees are pleasant and it’s not a bad store, they just lack verity.

I've only been in this store maybe twice in a year because I never get any help when I go in. I went in the other night trying to wrap up my Christmas shopping. When I walked in I was the sole customer in the store (was like 8PM) and there were 4 salesmen in the store, including one guy standing near the front door. No hello or even acknowledgement I had walked in, despite being the only one there. Not once was I asked if I needed assistance, I was only awkwardly stared at from a distance by the guy working near the washing machines. I didn't see what I needed, and walked right out. I don't get why nobody bothered to interact with me considering those guys make commission. The same thing happened last fall when I was looking to replace my microwave, I went into the store, was looking at microwaves, and was passed by and stared at by the salesmen, went to best buy instead. Pretty sure they don't take me seriously because I'm college-aged so they must figure I don't have money or something. Either way nice going guys because you've lost at least 500 dollars of sales from me.

It's funny. it wasn't what i would call busy, but every customer in the store was buying. so, the staff was stretched thin. a gentleman approached me by the air conditioners on his way to the counter. he asked if i needed help and i said i did. he told me he would be right with me when he finished a transaction. before he finished a woman approached and helped me with my purchase after she nodded to the first associate. before i knew it, a third associate was wheeling my new A/C to my car. quick, efficient, and professional.

Keith comes through again. Got rid of my old car (2007 Scion tC) which he had already helped me sounded amazing and bought a 2008 Audi. Keith has continuously helped me and explained everything thoroughly, and will go the extra mile. The first person to install my system here didn’t even tune it and it blew up my amp. Keith went over all the details. Being a higher end car, I had no idea what I was doing but totally trusted that it would end up sounding great. The transfer was easy and it's almost completely done. If you need anything done defiantly go to this guy. Great customer service, fast friendly and makes things super easy.
