I bought a refurbished computer but it had a slight problem when I hooked it up. I brought it back and they immediately took care of the problem and gave me a free upgrade as well. Would recommend for all your PC needs. They also abide by the saying that the customer is always right! You can't say more than that.

Good service and quick turnaround time. The only complaint I have is that I showed up to pick up my desktop at 2:02pm on a Saturday due to work and traffic, and they close at 2:00. One employee was only a few steps out the door, but I was told to come back Monday, when a pick up would have only taken 5 minutes. I wish an exception would have been made. Other than that, they did great!

I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS REVIEW TO LOOK AT THE PICTURES I'VE POSTED, THE EVIDENCE DOESN'T LIE!!! I came in February 2019 to get my 13 inch rose gold HP Envy fixed because the laptop screen was broken. I took it in and they charged me $400+ dollars to replace the screen. They assured me that it was the best price they could give me. After looking around the store I realized that they were charging me relatively the same amount as you would for their refurbished laptops. Nonetheless, I went ahead and continued with the service because I needed a quick fix because I had important work to do for my job and school. Once I got my laptop back I instantly realized a drastic difference. Instead of replacing the screen with a rose-gold screen I got a silver screen (I now have a 2 toned laptop). Also, the quality and texture of the screen was not the same, it felt incredibly cheaper than what it originally was. I asked about these differences and all I received was a "it's the best that we could've gotten". KEEP IN MIND I NEVER DROPPED MY LAPTOP, SAT ON IT, ETC, SINCE IT WAS BROUGHT IN!!! 2 months in I began to feel the screen separating from the backing of the laptop. I brought it in and stated my complaint, they checked and said "there's nothing noticeably wrong with your laptop" I urged them that there was an issue but they insisted there was nothing they can do because they don't see anything. It's now June 2, 2019 and my laptop screen is completely separated from the backing of the laptop. I paid $400+ to get a new, functioning screen, from what I thought was a professional place, instead I received a $50 job and a damaged laptop. I now have to spend extra on "refixing" what they further damaged. I'm completely disheartened and will never recommend anyone of this community or outside the community to come here for professional service, you will be disappointed in the long run.

I had a portable Hard Drive that died with a copy of a back up that I wanted. Came in and spoke with Stan at PC Development Group who checked it out, ran diagnostics and gave me my options for recovery. Turns out that even stripping the exterior and trying to mirror it to a new drive would probably fail. However, when I explained how the back up was created, Stan was able to show me that the copy I needed was still available in the place it was originally created! I always get so frustrated when I go into the big box stores like Best Buy to try and get some help. You always have to wait around, then the person you talk to doesn't know anything, you wait for the 'expert' to become available only to have them tell you to buy something new. What is so great about local places like PC Development Group is that you get great service, from real experts, and no sales baloney. When my daughter is ready for her first computer, this is where I plan on going. My experience here was excellent.

Had my computer looked at, Evan told me my hard drive was corrupt and it needed a new one. I paid to have my files saved from it and decided on getting a new computer since it was gonna cost to much to fix . My husband took it into work and the tech person there fixed it in an hour, there was nothing wrong with it. So i paid these people over $60 to move my files and i bought a new computer. Not very happy with them at all. The next day after writing this review, I got a call saying they would refund my money since I was not 100% satisfied. I have yet to see the refund, I am glad they called to apologize.

Your technician came to our facility to install a Synology DS1515+ which I though was NAS with server in one box. It turned out it was only NAS and no server functionality. I scrambled and found a machine which he reconfigured into a server while my guys strung Ethernet to my office for the connection. In record time, he had set up the server, the NAS, and it was all up and running. This was all done in record time especially considering that our executive assistant thought he was cute and kept on talking to him. I kid you not - she told me this after he left. :)

Friendly, helpful staff. It's really nice to have a computer store around when you need an emergency piece of hardware, especially a legacy one. Their staff was able to confirm with me over the phone that they had a low-profile, VGA-capable PCI Express x16 video card in stock. I got there and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with my replacement video card for under $70. The video card was nothing to brag about (performance wise), but it allowed me to get my work done that day. Super helpful.

I went in with some pretty vague PC issues. Upon entering my issue was diangosed promtly and about a day later I received a call with one of the employees there, I believe his name was Dylan. This employee effectively told me what was wrong with my computer and advice on what actions to take. I had to wait for some parts to come in when repairing the PC and wasn't able to pick my PC up, but with a simple phone call I managed to get someone else to pick my computer up. After a few days with my repaired PC I can safely say that the quality of repair is amazing. Overall I highly recommended PC Development Group for high quality, affordable computer service and great customer service

We use them to manage all our firms software and hardware. turnkey service...if we have a problem (which is rare due to their proactive services) all we do is call or text and they jump right on it. and when downtime is expensive, that is a critical service. I cannot recommend them strongly enough, 5 stars seems too low.
