Very racist shop. I would not recommend black skin colors to use their service. Made me sign a vague contract on how much my laptop repair would cost. The contract stated that I would pay an estimate of $149 for removing viruses from my laptop, which I agreed for. Nothing was mentioned on the contract about the service estimate before or after taxes. Then, when I approached him with this, he started yelling at me. I did not like the way he started talking to me about this. He ended up stating that he would himself pay the taxes. However, I did not like the way the all conversation went through, and a lack of trust came in me (there is basic customer skills you should have not matter the issue is with your customers). I told him that I would make a copy of the contract that I had in my hands. Then, he said if you do not give me back the contract right away, I would not give you your laptop, and I would not allow you to come back to my shop. I told him that's fine, and that I would seek help from the police. I was later on contacted by phone by a police officer who told me that he would help us settle the dispute. I went back to the shop, and I waited outside in my car, while the police officer was inside the shop talking to him. Then, the police officer came to me and told me that I could go inside the shop with him and make the payment of $149 ( which would be taken from my card, no more than the $149, as stated on the contract). And that if I get charged more than the $149 on my card, I could file a dispute with my credit card company. So, I went inside the shop with the police officer; it seemed like the shop owner was crying over probably the one dollar and cents he would have to pay for taxes for my laptop repair. I didn't after all like the all situation, and besides paying the $149, as stated on the contract with my credit card, I gave him $2 cash, for the taxes he would have to pay and for tips. I felt it was, anyway, his hard work, and I wanted to be fair with myself. Then, I left the shop, thanked the officer for his help. But what pisses me off: is that the police officer told me that the shop owner told him that he does not want to see me again in his shop, and that I could be arrested if I go back there again. I told the police officer that I don't want to come back either to that shop. Why would I, anyway, want to go back to this shop after all this happened. And the only reason I went to this shop is because it was the nearest store open around, (as I was also following my phone GPS ). But, after the dispute was settled peacefully, and I ended up paying him taxes and giving him tips, why saying to the police officer for me to not go back to his shop: this is racism.
