Great place run by genuinely helpful and knowledgeable people! When we needed a computer upgrade, Ben spent a lot of time on the phone with both me and my wife, figuring out precisely what we required. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. On another occasion, when my computer wouldn’t power up, Jessica diagnosed the probable issue over the phone. I brought the computer in, and she fixed it while I waited, showing me what to do if it happened again. Definitely my first choice when I have tech issues.

I went in with a broken screen on an Android phone I bought in another country. I needed it fixed in a hurry, and Ben searched until he was able to the part here in the U.S. He fixed the phone and then realized the part broke during shipping. I appreciated that he kept in contact with me and was able to get a replacement overnight. He even offered to deliver my phone to me once fixed. I highly recommend Logistics. To start- technology issues are the worst. One random morning my iPhone 8+ screen just goes black. I panicked. Came home and found Logistics as well as another repair company as well. Logistics had better reviews so I decided to go there, I am SO HAPPY I did! Ben was completely professional and explained what exactly was wrong with my phone. First visit: Ben advised me that the issue was probably covered under warranty, saving me (and costing himself) a few dollars. Second visit: A weird issue with my daughter's Acer Aspire. Ben sorted out the issue and wrote a deailed, three-page blog about it for do-it-yourselfers. The repair was effective, quick, and the price was very reasonable. This is the computer repair place we've all been looking for.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Logistics is excellent customer service! I was very impressed with Ben and Lisa and how attentive they are. We played phone tag a bit as I was on vacation, but they were definitely committed to me even then. When I was finally able to do business with them, I found them to be outstanding. Ben is super knowledgeable and dedicated to his customers. The work I needed done happened to be on a mac, but I know they service everything. You will not be disappointed. Helpful and super reasonably priced! I came to see Jess & Ben @ Logistics when my laptop was attacked by a virus. They took care of it for a very reasonable price (much less than similar places would have charged), gave me advice on picking out the best (and again, most cost effective) anti-virus solution, plus they actually helped speed up my laptop start time! Needless to say, I will be returning to Logistics for any further computer-related needs.

Cheapest iPhone replacement quality ever! Screen re-cracked in the exact same places as the original screen only 2 seconds after walking out the store door. No warranty provided. A complete waste of $85 and I refused to pay him another $85 for a $2 value part. I would suggest a repair shop using higher quality parts. Response: Thanks for your response. That sounds good, but when I turned around and went back the same day the tech was very clear that I would have to pay him another $85 for his time. I live out of state, so returning a third time is not an option.

i had my computer (that was running on linux) fixed there after factory defaulting it it would say Error File system unknown. so we got it fixed there and they even installed microsoft word, and sped it up faster then it was new!

Awesome place! I have used these guys before for PC repair but just found out, they fix phones too! I paid for a squaretrade warranty for my phone 2 years ago, a much better deal than the carrier's warranty... Anyway my phone just died, squaretrade wanted me to ship the phone to them, and I was going to have to pay 100 dollars just to have it fixed! Good thing I happened to be driving by Ben's shop as he was able to have my phone back to me in a day for less than squaretrade! Thanks Ben! Works like its brand new!
