My family had been faithful customers until my mother purchased a faulty 15" Macbook which Enterprise has failed to successfully repair or replace. The computer consistently shuts down and or doesnt restart without mechanical repair, and the problem has never dissipated or ceased to exist. Thus, the company had no problem up-selling my mother unnecessary items (for instance Apple's Pages in addition to the Microsoft equivelant Word), but when it comes to repairing the faulty product they sold my mother there seems to be issues. I would recommend, regretfully, purchasing and servicing Apple products directly through Apple or a large chain retailer such as BestBuy that offers in house service in addition to Apple support.

My experience could not have been better. After I inadvertently permanently (as in gone even from the recycle bin) deleted all my files my desperate phone call was greeted by a calming voice reassuring me that I had not, in fact, done the dumbest thing ever. I was comforted further when I brought the computer in – not only with the news that recovery was possible but also with a realistic description of what I might expect. Rich Holton far exceeded those expectations with prompt, informative phone updates and a miraculously complete recovery – all at very reasonable cost. I will need a new network soon and now I know exactly where to go for it.

If I could give a less than a star I would. On November 14th I dropped my computer off, I told them a wire needed to be replaced in-between the hard drive and the rest of the computer. Next day (November 15th) I get a call by someone, not the number of the store but a different number, quoted me the part would cost $30 and $88 for the labor. I gave the approval on the repair. more than a week later (November 23rd) I call them and ask about my computer and they say the technician isn't in but they are working on it. Fast forward to November 30th and I go into the store and ask about my computer, they say they never got permission to go ahead with the repair so they have not order the part or done the repair, so I give permission again. December 3rd rolls around and I CALL THEM to ask if my computer is ready and they said it was. I go in and ask if they have the right number on file and they do, I then ask for a discount considering i had to wait so long for a simple repair and they say there is nothing they can do. If this review prevents even 1 person from going to this store then this review did its job

They had my Mac for two weeks. They never called, I had to call 3 times to find out what was happening. They hadn't even written down the correct reason I brought the computer for repair. They hadn't been working on it. I had to retrieve it and take it somewhere that would actually work to fix it. A miserable waste of time. I'd never, ever go back.

I have used their repair department in the past and have been very pleased, so I bought a new Lenovo laptop there two years ago on their recommendation. It started to go to that dreaded "blue screen" more and more frequently. They suggested that I pay them to "clean up the hard drive", which I did. It did not solve the problem, but cost more than I wanted to spend -- particularly on a wild goose chase. They then diagnosed a fatal and inoperable flaw in the graphics card and recommended another new computer. I bought it from them at a premium price because I expected that they would back it up if and when there were problems. I will go to one of the "discount" places for my next laptop.

Unresponsive. Takes days ( still waiting) to get someone to call back. Took over a week to replace the hard drive. Few weeks later replaced hard drive is failing, still waiting for the call back...not a way one expects business computer service to work.

I would not have taken the time if I had not been so completely impressed with the service I have received over the past 2 years from Enterprise Computers and more precisely Richard Holten. He has been ever present with a great attitude and knowledge. If on the road, he will find another to help me remotely or tie into my computer when he reaches his destination. I would gladly pay many times more than I presently do for the incredible service I have received. I wouldn't use anyone else. As a person who has no technical computer knowledge but cannot live without a working computer Enterprise has kept me sane! They have been easy to work with, prompt and straightforward in their dealings with me, and obviously very knowledgeable about all of the technical aspects of computer repair. For those of you who have not yet found competent, reasonable, trustworthy I.T. professionals then Enterprise Computer will end your search!

No matter how much my kids screw up their laptops by downloading stuff they shouldn't, and no matter what other problems we've had, Enterprise has been thorough, friendly, professional and highly competent. I had them re-build my own desktop, as well as cleaning up, optimizing, and re-installing the software, and now it works like new--it also has a huge new hard drive. I've been using them for the past several years and it's been great. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend Enterprise Computer in Branford. The staff are highly skilled and professional. In addition, they have an admirable business ethic. I had multiple problems with my Mac (including a failed graphics card and sensing issues), which kept emerging over a period of several days. Finally the logic board failed. I did not want to invest in another board. Enterprise totally refunded the money I had spent on parts and labor.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Computers. I brought in a troubled Mac Pro. I thought it would be in the shop for quite some time. Joel Odell, Branford location, went right to work. A few hours later, he called me to pick it up. My problems were resolved, new software installed to avoid a repeat event and he upgraded all applicable software to the most current level(including the OS). I am very satisfied with the work. $450.00 - 4 trips to Clinton CT and countless hours of my time. Not to mention the time I did not have with my MAC Book. Now again its broken. Not only does it have the same issue its in worse condition than it was before. I would not give this place a good reference if they paid me to. They have horrible customer service. From the people who work the front desk all the way up to their management. I work for a company that goes above and beyond for our customers. It's a shame that companies like this exist. This company should be embarrassed. They will not get another dollar out of me or the company I work for. They offered me a trade in value of $150.00 for the computer because “They Felt Bad”. It costs 2500.00 to replace this type of MAC. After spending 450.00 I would not expect the computer to have the same issue or be even worse than it was before. If I could give less than one star I would have .

A small but great shop..they were MetroPCS but no longer . A great place small but these guys are good.. bought a phone there a couple of years ago.. had a hand held tablet with cracked screen.. told me don't bother.. best electronic repair shop in area.. these guys are good . Sooo if you have such issues stop bye and check them out.. very honest and straight to the point..
