Giving them a 1 is being generous. They may be good for comercial service, but are totally inept at serving the general population. They told me it would be an easy fix of one day or so but it was almost 3 weeks, cost almost $200.00, lost my charger and my laptop is not fixed. Very disapointed in their customer relation abilities. Recommend you find alternative resource.
