I call Bob, and he was able to come within a few hours to give me and estimate on fixing my LG TV He was very polite he did overview look at the TV told me if it was not worth fixing it, I appreciate that more than anything, honest and trust worthy, awesome gentleman he’s the one you want to call in this area if you need repairs on TV’s.

We had a fairly new tv unexpectedly die. After searching the internet for a tv repair shop we came across Dependable TV. We called on Thursday and requested a Saturday appointment. He came on Saturday right on time and took a very short amount of time to figure out what was wrong with our tv. About an hour after he left we already had a voicemail telling us he had ordered the part and the expected amount of time it would take for it to come in. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
