My friend highly recommended this repair shop so I went for it and I’m glad I did! Same price as quoted and legitimately done in 30 minutes while I left and grabbed lunch. Super friendly tech. Iri was an incredible help! The repair was very straightforward and reliable. Replacing my iPhone 8 Plus screen , I end up with a device which feels structurally sound and like you which is about the ideal one could hope for from the repair service. If there's one demerit, the service was somewhat expensive($116 including tax to have the hight quality screen replaced on my 8P for 10 minutes ), and I have any understanding that this is actually fairly expensive for this type of service, although in the end I chose quality over cost and fast service. I highly recommend CPR. Ask for IRI. He's a good dude!!

Legitimately the best customer service I have ever experienced. I came here a couple of days ago under extremely desperate circumstances (two days left of finals season with a dead laptop and no way to access the files on my hard drive). Not only were they able to help me retrieve the files I needed, but they were also extremely kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help (they spent well over an hour helping me). TLDR: Phone screen was replaced incorrectly THREE TIMES. The store has refused a refund and wants to charge $299 to get the screen repaired again. Read full review for full story. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S8+ for a screen repair. They ordered the parts and held onto the phone for an additional week to ensure that they seated the screen properly. I was told "If it does not seat properly the screen will break." After receiving the phone, the screen was not seated properly and the technician at no cost to me fixed it again. The screen was once again not seated properly which caused it to crack so it was brought back and was again repaired at no cost. The screen was again put on incorrectly and it cracked, this time the manager informed me that they will charge me $300 to replace the screen due to "screen damage" despite it being the result of the screen being installed incorrectly. I am currently awaiting a response after a review of this case with the manager and will update accordingly. So far I have been very dissatisfied with the repair and customer service

This place is by far the best phone fix it shop in New Haven.. I purchased a iPhone from the Campbell location and I noticed the battery and screen were bad after I left.. One call to the store and Gregory took care of it all he repleaced the battery and the screen with no questions asked and put a screen protector on the screen free of charge.. 100% excellent customer service! I will always go here and will always refer people to this place.. Gained a customer for life!

Absolutely wonderful. The experts there are friendly, experienced, and very transparent. They gave us a free quote at a very good price and stuck with it... no hidden fees or anything like that. All of their work is done right behind the desk so you can watch. They really care about their customers and do a perfect job. We came in with a broken laptop screen. They said it was the LCD but we wanted to be sure it wasn't the cable so they did a diagnostic. The diagnostic wasn't free, but they offered to put the money toward the new screen if it turned out not to be the cable so that we wouldn't have to pay extra for peace of mind. They even cleaned the contacts for free. As soon as the new LCD arrived, we brought the laptop in again and they fixed in it 15 minutes. The repair came with a 90-day warranty, though I sincerely doubt there will be any problems after their excellent service.

I had an amazing experience at CPR! The replacement screen was ordered for my computer and came in within a week, the time frame they told me it would. They notified me as soon as it came in and fixed it right in front of me. Quick service and the staff is wonderful, definitely would recommend!

Great Service and even better customer service. My phone, Galaxy Note 8, was dropped in a puddle of water and would not turn on the next day. I brought it to other places and they would not do the repairs, Iri was able to fix it and other issues I had, cracked glass that protected the camera and the back of the case was cracked also. He did warn me that depending on the severity of the damage that there was a chance it might not work, or restore the data. The fact that there was a chance that I can get my calendar back was worth the risk. All in all it took about 2 weeks, but I got all of my documents back so it was worth the wait. Nothing was lost during the process.

If you think you will need board level repair or data recovery, send your phone to one of the many trusted repair centers or technicians that can be found on the web. After being assured that they did board level repair, CPR proceeded to take 4 days to determine that the phone "needed to be sent away for board level repair". 22 days later, after calling and getting no updates, they tell me the phone is being sent back and that it cannot be fixed. Everything can be fixed, and data can always be recovered if you send your repairs to the right place. Research first, don't waste your time!

UPDATED Review: November 9, 2018 At 1:11 p.m. I received a text message from Fitim Cena (owner) as follows: You will receive your refund in full. I only want to speak with you over the phone for 1-2 mins to ask about a matter related to this case. At approximately 2:20 p.m. I entered the Whitney Avenue location with a witness, as Mr. Cena agreed to my terms of a cash refund no later than 11/09/2018 at 3:00 p.m. I asked his technician Albi to call him, after he and Albi spoke to each other it was obvious that he was trying to delay giving me the refund. Albi said, have a seat, it would take 15 minutes. (no one else was in the store) I asked him to have Mr. Cena call me on my cell phone. Albi conveyed that he said, he could only speak to me on Albi’s cell phone. I spoke to him and he asked me to give Albi the receipt. At 2:31 p.m. I texted it to him while Mr. Cena was still on the phone with Albi. Sales receipt #2031, Item # 1053 dated 09/06/2018 indicates $50.00 in cash and $72.29 by debit card ($114.99 + 6.35% tax = $122.29) Albi then said, we have no cash in the store, I can write you a check. I refused and my witness and I left the store. At 3:12 p.m I sent two text messages to Fitima Cena (Owner) as follows: You agreed to give a cash refund and I recently left your store with a witness, you told Albi to say there was no cash he write a check. Fitima Cena effective immediately, 11/09/2018 cease and desist landline, cell, text or any other communication, or I will consider it as harassment. At 6:34 p.m. Fitima Cena sent me a series of 19 text messages which are unread. November 8, 2018 A simple screen and new battery replacement to my Motorola DROID Mini cell phone was returned damaged, with no sound, and the Touch Control and Google Assistant features no longer functioning and lastly my sim card missing. Bondsteel Group LLC DBA (doing business as) CPR Cell Phone Repair LLC had my cell phone in their possession for three months, from September 6th to November 6th 2018. Fitim Cena (CEO and Franchise Owner who refers to himself as “Henry”) and Agent: Erdoğan Yildiz and staff are dishonest, unprofessional and negligent in this matter. My next plan of action will be to file a small claims case in Superior court against the owners for the full amount I paid in advance of $122.29 to include all additional fees incurred. I will also submit a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission, (FTC) Connecticut State Department of Consumer Protection, CPR Repairs Corporate Headquarters, as well as the Better Business Bureau, as Bondsteel Group LLC DBA (doing business as) CPR Cell Phone Repair LLC has not met the Standards of the BBB Accreditation, as outlined on their website. UPDATED Review: Tuesday, November 7, 2018 Gregory of CCT Repairs offers to repair my device for free of charge. UPDATED Review: November 06, 2018 It’s been exactly three months to the day that CPR Repairs has had my Motorola DROID Mini cell phone in their possession. I had not heard from the owner since his October 17, 2018 text message to me. At 1:15 p.m. I sent the owner the following text message: What is the status of my Motorola DROID Mini & the transfer of all its contents to the new Motorola DROID Mini from the UPS tracking # you texted me on 10/17/18? At 2:42 p.m. the owner sent a text message to me as follows: aren’t able to solve at this time is to transfer your data from your old data from your old data to you new one. The techs that I at. Greg and Brian are no longer working with us, so I am not sure what should we do for or do you have any other idea? At approximately 4:00 pm I went to the Whitney Avenue CPR Repairs location and retrieved my Motorola DROID Mini device. After it was fully charged I attempted to enter my password and the device indicated that the the sim card was missing. My cell phone had none of my existing information from 2015 to 2018 and was reset to the factory settings. I was upset.

This business is horrible with communication, I have called repeatedly since I dropped my computer off, and it's been almost a week and I have not heard anything. When I dropped my computer the person working said it would be ready the next morning at 9, I came at 1030 and noone was there. I have gone to that location multiple times over this week, and different times of the day to see if I could catch someone there, nope. Unless they fix how bad their communication is, I suggest you do not bring your electronics here unless you like waiting a random amount of time for YOUR electronics. I would give a 0/5 if possible.

These guys are impressive. I went to the 55 whitney Avenue location and Iri was the one who helped me. He was kind, courteous, patient and quickly diagnose what was wrong with my phone. I have the Note 8 Samsung and the motherboard was damaged which resulted in my phone not turning on at all in addition to the battery being bad also. Avoid this place at all costs!! My laptop needed a keyboard repair, so I went to them and ordered a new keyboard. I paid for the services at the time, which was around $155. They said once my keyboard was delivered, they'd contact me. Nonetheless, the day came and went, they never called. I called them back the next day, they said the part is taking a while to be delivered. Totally, understandable. However, weeks went by. The store was closed for many of those days and we were unable to contact them. After about a month, I was moving out of state. They said they'd issue me a refund after talking to the store owner. Nothing came of it. I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge, but CPR cell phone did not agree to that. At the end, I'm stuck with the charge and nothing came off of it. I repaired my keyboard elsewhere at a cheaper cost. Do not trust this place, they took my money and did not provide me with a part or service.

Had power issues with phone, apple store told me phone was shot and did not want to “waste” $50 to replace battery because after doing basic amperage test that there were other physical problems with phone. CPR Technician his name Iri, changed battery and phone works fine, saving me from buying new phone. My iphone was dropped in water and would not turn on. I was upset because it had a lot of data on it and wasn't planning on getting another phone. After I brought the phone to CPR, Iri was able to bring it back to life! Unfortunately, I already bought an upgrade, because I've always been told that a phone can't be fixed if it drops in water. I will open with this; the quality of their work there is excellent as I just received my ASUS laptop back the other day which had a broken screen and I have had no issues. But the service could certainly use some improvement. I dropped my laptop off to them at 2:30 on Friday and they promised that it would be ready by noon the next day. Perfect. However, when I came in on Saturday that had a worker there who could not initially locate my computer as he looked through every single drawer to find it. Eventually, he realized that it was on the desk to the side of him. He proceeded to hand it to me saying I paid and I should be all set. Unfortunately my screen was still broken and he told me that the technician must not have come in that day and that he should be in around 7. And the manager, Henry, on the phone with the associate said that I would be able to pick it up at 8. I called them at 5:40 asking about the progress of my laptop and the same associate told me that the technician still had not arrived but that he would call me later to let me know I can pick it up. That did not happen. Roll around to Sunday morning and I call them at 11 when they are scheduled to open. No response. I don't get through to them until 3pm on Sunday in which I talk to Henry who apologized for the delay and ensured me that I would have my laptop by Monday mid day. This was my first time speaking directly to Henry and he came through on his promise to me. After receiving my laptop back, Henry offered me partial refund due to the delay over the weekend which I definitely appreciated. He was very heartfelt and seemed committed to making it right by me.

I brought my phone in for liquid damage and ended up also needing a new screen and the guys that fixed my phone were great. If I ever encounter an issue again I will definitely be back.

My issue consisted of a simple cracked screen on my Android cell phone, and within hours of dropping it off with Albi, he fixed it as if nothing had ever happened to it. These guys are impressive. I went to the 55 Whitney location and Iri was the one who helped me. He was kind, courteous, patient and quickly fix what was wrong with my phone. I have the iPhone 6 and the screen was damaged which resulted in my phone not responding on at all in addition to the battery being bad also. He stated it will take only 10 minutes to fix and true to his word. Thank you sooo much Iri, I will be back for sure :).

Looking up prices from several companies in CT had me nervous because they were all expensive. I broke my screen and did not want to spend all of my money to get it fixed so I went to CPR. Upon entering I was greeted by a nice gentlemen Iri who was able to answer all my questions. Before fixing my phone he went over the process with me and went through my phone to make sure nothing else was damaged. Within less than 10 minutes my Phone looked brand new!! I was also able to purchase a glass screen protector and phone case as well. I will suggest this place to everyone for the great customer Service and quick fixing. Also there is an extremely friendly husky who makes the 10 minute wait great.

Our Dell PC had a fatal error where I was unable to boot up. I tried diagnosing the problem myself on Google but quickly determined that it was not going to be a quick and easy fix for me. Plus, I did not have the original software and operating system CD discs that came with the computer. Rather than waste any more time and frustration, I took my CPU down to Phone N' Computer Repair Center and dropped it off. They diagnosed the problem and the fix within a day. It turned out that it was necessary for them to re-install the operating system, but they were able to save my main files. I had my computer back, good as new, within a couple days and for less than $100. I was very pleased and it was a small price to pay to have it fixed properly and without frustration. Service was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Phone N. Computer Repair Center.

This place is rocks .All the other shops I called said it would take them a week to repair a cracked screen on a Moto phone, and some weren't willing to order the part at all. These guys actually had the part already in the shop, and Iri fixed my phone within a half-hour, for a cheaper price than I was quoted by any other repair shop. They were also super nice. Today I received amazing service from CPR! My iPhone X was dropped about a month ago and I had this ugly black spot in the upper right corner. Can you imagine how annoying it was to not be able to see my battery life or when in an app if there was a button I needed to press in the upper right corner to use the app, I couldn’t see it? I came in to CPR today and my phone was fixed immediately after explaining what happen. Please understand that yes there maybe a wait time but today I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT!
