Very bad service. Told me to get a local phone since my mobile was too bad.. (I said I didn't have a local). I conduct on my cellphone daily. My question was simple, do you have experience building gaming computers, mainly dealing with GPU integration. Told me to go to a known store (Apple, etc.), said it's not worth it to build a computer.. frustrating since I had to defend my reasoning behind why I want to build a computer and still evaded my question.

My hard drive got trashed when my computer fell to the floor. Ran looked at it, pronounced it DOA and told (and showed) me why, suggested replacing the drive rather than the computer as a whole (the aluminum body of my Toshiba laptop is "a treasure" these days, he said), suggested that I upgrade to an SSD drive, which I did, and put everything together and reinstalled all basic software for a fair price, shared up front. He is a true professional who loves his work and tries to treat his customers the way he would wish to be treated. He's also a good and decent man. Though I hope I won't have to any time soon, I would bring my computer back to him in a flash. Thank you, Ran!

I brought my hp laptop to Best Buy where they tried to charge me $90 just to diagnose the problem. I brought it to Ran and within 20 minutes he told me that the motherboard was broken and the computer wouldn’t be worth fixing. He then proceeded to help me back up all of my files and data onto an external hard drive free of charge. Not trustworthy, not competent and any service he offers you can get better and cheaper from GeekSquad or licensed repair shops. I possess expertise in computer hardware, networking and general IT. I live in another state from my elderly parents. They hired this guy to do something utterly simple—program a replacement TiVo remote to work with their Hitachi TV. Not only was he unable to do this very simple task, but he attempted to charge them $150.00 to repair their old remote—which he also failed to do. Mind you, a replacement stock Tivo remote costs $30-$40 and typically takes a layperson 5-10 minutes to program. My parents have the simplest of setups—a TV and TiVo box, nothing else. I was able to program this new remote in all of 3 minutes—for free. I suspect he was attempting to take advantage of my parents because of their age. On top of it, he went ballistic when my parents refused to pay the insane $150.00 he was demanding for the service he failed to complete. Swearing, threatening physical violence...Really disturbing behavior. They gave him a check for $50, which frankly, was far more than fair given the simple task he failed to complete. He acted like a nutcase, started ranting that he taped their conversation and was going to sue them. My mother was frightened of him. He sent them a letter demanding **$800** some weeks later—now including legal fees after supposedly consulting a lawyer. How absurd. He took my parents to small claims court and my parents won the judgement. They didn't need to pay a thing, after all. I'm appalled that he would take such measures but whatever, I'm just glad that my family doesn't have to deal with Ran Eytan ever again. FYI you can purchase reviews these days. If he has 5 stars then I’m Bill Gates.

Not only did Ran fix the multiple virus and software issues we had he also fixed 2 hardware issues (laptop hard drive and monitor) very quickly. (Within hours). My son’s MacBook Pro had a glass of water spill on it and he brought it right to Staples and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. We let it dry and put a charge on it but no luck, it was not working any longer. We brought it to Ran and within a few hours he brought it back to life!! Infinite stars for Computers To Go!

First Rate Computer Service. Highly Recommended! Six years ago, a friend referred me to Ran, and I’ve been a lifelong customer ever since. I could go on and on about how fantastic the service is, but I simply have never had a better experience with my home or business computers. Computers To Go works on a flexible schedule and services after business hours whenever I need . Ran gives remote service, so I usually don’t even need to bring my computers to him; he takes care of the issues on the spot just by logging in when I’m on site. I’ve bought several new and refurbished computers from him at a great deal. All of them have come loaded with all the programs I need, utilities and the remote service, which basically means that Ran is my local help desk. This guy is friendly, available 7 days a week and by far the most creative and knowledgeable computer technician 08/03/2018 I have used Computers To Go for the last 12 years. The turn -around is the fastest I’ve heard of, and Ran’s 7 day service always solves my computer issues super professionally. I recommend Ran to all my colleagues and friends, and they are all just as satisfied. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else …the best IT for miles!
