This shop and the staff are terrific! If you need an electronics repair or are looking for a refurbished device just go visit them. 30 minutes after dropping my phone in the sink I stopped into Compco where Gio greeted me and laid out options for trying to save it. I didn't have time for their full treatment so Patrick immediately opened it up and got started on an expedited drying. While I waited, Nate skillfully answered my questions about refurb laptop options and showed me several machines at very reasonable prices. On top of that, the shop is bright, clean and nicely laid out. Most importantly, my phone is back in action.

Ordered a MacBook 2009 from a vendor on Amazon, but wasn’t too happy with the product’s condition. It wouldn’t hold charge much (sometimes not at all even if plugged in), and the OS was veeeeery slow. I then decided to purchase the same computer from Compco and am very satisfied with my purchase. I don’t give reviews, so for me this is a rare occasion. I’ve used Compco to completely repair my laptop, and repair two different phones. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The owner has taken the time to know me on a first name basis and always makes it a priority to repair my electronics as fast as possible (always within a day). At this point, I just don’t think I could use anyone else. Compco is a treasure and if you’re reading this you should take full advantage.

I called Compco because I had a problem with my new phone (user error) that I couldn't fix myself. They were very open with me over the phone about what they could try to do and the charge if it got more involved. I took it in and they were able to fix it easily so they didn't charge me, even after I agreed to pay the fee. Those are the kind of people I want to give my money to, and I'll definitely be back.

My problem seems less challenging than many of the others the awesome crew at Compco address--but it was no less urgent to me! I dropped my phone face down and shattered the screen. They replaced it for a fraction of the cost of going to the Apple store, with no drama and no waiting. Nate also helped me think through the best way to back up my phone. Am now considering other tech problems I could use some help with... Thank you, gentlemen!

I’ve used these guys a number of times and really appreciate the honest and quick service from Nate, Patrick, and Geo. I bought my husband’s phone to them thinking he needed to replace the charging port on his iPhone. Turns out it just needed a good cleaning. They didn’t charge me for something I didn’t need and didn’t even charge me for the cleaning. They are my go-to - technology is not my thing but it definitely is theirs.
