I have been going to Matt for over 8 years. He is still as proficient, professional, friendly and honest as he was over 8 years ago. I have brought many laptops over the years (teenagers ugh !!!) to him and he ALWAYS turns them back perfectly, timely and absolutely at the BEST PRICE. Matt at C & M Computers is awesome. I have been a loyal customer since the day he opened in 2012. He has built my desk top, and three lap tops for my high school kids and I. He will service the computers when needed - which is rarely because he sells/builds awesome custom products. I won't buy anything computer related without going through Matt at C & M. Don't go to the big box stores for you computer needs, go to C & M, you can't go wrong - the price and service is beyond anything you will get elsewhere. He has fixed my iPhone too when needed. I can't say enough good things about Matt at C & M.

Matt did an amazing job on my phone. I called him because I dropped my iPhone 4 and shattered the screen and didn't have time to send it out- he didn't have the perfect match so he customized one that he had and it fit perfectly- he had me come right in and an hour later I had my phone in new condition. While I was in I witnessed him interacting with another customer and he was catering and well versed on the computer issues she was having as well. It is rare, in this day and age, to have an experience with a merchant that exceeds one's expectations to the degree that C&M Computers does. I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad from Matt over a year ago. It has out-performed every other computer I have owned, both in speed and ease of use. The price was eminently reasonable and Matt was able to transfer all the required information from my old computer while I waited. I shared my concern with Matt regarding service and problems which inevitably arise, especially with persons such as myself, whose technological expertise is rather limited. He explained that he could solve most of the problems remotely without my having to deliver the unit to him. And, I am happy to say, he has done so on many occasions free of charge. Twice it was necessary to bring the computer to the shop for adjustments. Again, Matt immediately addressed the problem and fixed the unit at once, gratis. There is absolutely no reason to shop anywhere else, when we are so fortunate to have C&M in the area.

I have an external hard drive that was failing for whatever reason, but I had no back up of the 300GB or more of data I had on there. I called other computer shops and no one seemed to think they could fix it. When I called C & M they were pretty reassuring and told me to bring the drive in to their shop whenever, so that's exactly what I did. Matt fixed my hard drive in literally five minutes while I waited! Honestly, this place is a life saver, they deserve way more than 5 stars!
