Best-Teks gave my old computer new life. I wasn't sure if it was worth refurbishing my decade old spare computer. It's a white MacBook with a broken CD/DVD drive and pokey performance. I emailed a nearby computer repair business that I never heard from again and Best-Teks, who did reply. We met and looked over my computer. In deciding whether to do the work, we talked about the condition of the body, the feasibility of upgrading to a bigger solid state drive and newer operating system, and how many more years I can use it. He didn't think it was a problem replacing the broken superdrive. I felt that this would be a relatively routine job for a seasoned technician but I appreciated that he took the time to discuss the situation with me. It wasn't a rush job but he finished in less than a week. When he returned the computer, we discussed the work he did and he returned the old parts to me. I"m pleased with his level of customer service, the quality of his work and his reasonable rates. I also like that no job is too big or too small for them. The Mac Ven updated is still chugging away with no issue. He just updated my son's MacBook Pro and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing work on their computer.
