Very helpful at the genius bar but the wait time is crazy unacceptable and the phone wait time to get an appointment is even crazier and then when you arrive they don't have your name on the schedule. lol!.

Super clean and a very nice Apple Store, as always. If you don't have an appointment but you need one, the best thing to do is go into the store and ask for one and the wait is a LOT better than the week wait online.

This is one of the better Apple stores. If you get lucky you may find a parking spot right in front. The store is not excessively busy so it is easy to get help from the staff as soon as you walk in.

After visiting another Apple Store for a repair and spending over 6 hours to find out they couldn't help with my old Mac repair in the store I decided to stop by the Greenwich store to get another opinion. The team is helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through my repair and helped me get set up with different wiring and connections for the new USB C connectors on my new MacBook Pro. They are thorough and thoughtful, patient and understanding. I'm helpful for all their help today!

I made a Genius Bar appointment with the Greenwich CT store today, 8/4/17. The consultant stated that my wait would be 10 - 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, I approached another consultant, Elena, who stated that I was next in the queue and would have my appointment as soon as someone was free. As I looked around the store there were six to seven employees who were without customers and two employees assisting (i.e. chatting) with customers. After ten more minutes, I approached Elena again who apologized and then spoke with one of the employees who was assisting (chatting) with a customer. Overall, I was trying to get my Apple Watch serviced; the bezel keeps falling out. In addition, I wanted to purchase another iMac to replace my five year old iMac. I won't buy anything from this store. The genius bar is sub par.

I only gave it 1 star because there is nothing less. The customer service in the store is poor. I had to deal with two customer service representative in this store this afternoon, and the only reason I made my purchase is because the person whom I went with wanted the iPad for her granddaughter's birthday the following day. Terrible operation. We just wanted to buy a watch we have decided already. We were kept waited 30minutes, and still could not buy. They had only two employees who need to take customers in order whether it’s just consultation or question, or purchase. As a result, you can’t pay and buy unless all the people in front of you who came without any decision spends long time chatting with only two employee. Last night my iphone screen froze - i could not unlock it but could still see all incoming emails and text messages, etc. I stoped by Apple in Greenwich, left the phone to have the glass replaced - two words described my experience: " frustrating-missleading" They gave me back a dead phone, no data at all, nothing, over two years of photos, videos etc. all gone! The answer from the very young lady that gave me back my phone: "Well, your phone FAILED our standart test! Besides you signed an agreement to replace it!!! I remember signing a work order... not waver of my rights to honest decent customer service. My phone was absolute dead, simple. Nothing I could do anymore. I was rushed to PAY for a replacement device... lost a lot of time, ran back to work and spent the entire day feeling pretty stupid. Decided to go back after work to ask for my old phone back. Asked for a refund of my money and made an appointment for an upgrade at At&t store tomorrow morning. Save your time and avoid frustration by not going there.

I know a man named Joe who works at this establishment. He sold an Apple Watch to a friend, that broke almost instantly. This is unacceptable, and if you ever buy an apple watch here, I recommend going either to a verizon store, or get a fitbit. As for Joe, never purchase any item from him.

Went there this morning with a broken screen on my iPhone 6 plus, the tech told that my phone had been exposed to water. Therefore they could not replace my screen, they wanted to sell me a refurbished i phone 6 plus for almost 400 dollars. Now the new iphone 7 Plus goes for 800 dollars. what makes apple think that I'm going to be paying that much on a phone that i only lease. They gave me no other option, they told me to search for a third party to fix my phone. I been an apple customer since 2001 when the iPod first came out and this is the type of customer service that i get? very disappointed. I feel that they are taking advantage of us. the customers.

Quick and excellent service. Friendly Genius bar. I went to Stamford Apple store and my problem with the charging cable was not solved, actually i felt like they don't want to solve it, then just 10min away I decided to give a try and it was a good decision. I just spent 5min in the store, they understood that the apple cable was not good and changed it. These people are great!!

I have been to this store several times. Most apple stores are pack front to back with customers. This store is not full. I was late for an appointment ( no parking?WTF) with only a few customers in the showroom I'm told I must reschedule the appointment. First I have never been in and out of the Genius Bar in10 minutes they don't help walk in's so where is the genius? This is my third time at this store and every time I'm meet with indifference to me needs. In my opinion this is why Apple is losing its luster. Take the drive to Stamford , White Plains or DANBURY. Better yet maybe I should look at a different company all together no one company is to big to fall. I miss Steve jobs!!! Get your act together Greenwich Apple store.

11/12/2017 I walked into the store to have my disabled iPhone wiped , at first reception told me I had a 3 hour wait and so I sat down , few minutes later I went back to reception ( at this point agent was changed ) I had an old phone and wanted to let me know that , upon hearing what the issue was he got someone to help me in five minutes , ( Shaun / Sean ) , I am sorry I did not catch the names of the others who assisted me , but I do know the faces should I need the help in the future , in all I was in and out of there in one hour total. I could not thank them enough . And I even found a easy parking thanks to my mom who came along for the ride. Keep up the excellent work guys....

It’s great if you have time to go on a weekday afternoon but if your free time is only weekends, it’s a mad house. After being told it was a 2 hour wait just to shop for a laptop last Sunday, I showed up right when they opened the following Saturday. Bought a MacBook, easy. But upon starting it up at home it froze and customer support recommended I take it straight back and exchange it. So now I’m back at Apple Greenwich on a Saturday afternoon and I’m told I need to wait an hour and a half to return a defective computer they sold me this morning. Either double the staff here or allow online appointment scheduling to shop. This is absurd.

I went in to get my broken macbook looked at and he looked up my computer said "it says its serviceable but thats weird because generally models as old as yours are too old to be serviceable." And i said oh yeah wow i actually had this serviced before too. And he sharply replied "yeah but this model is considered too old" and then proceeded to tell me to i could get a thousand-something dollar repair but he suggested buying a new computer and then said how about i get a sales rep for you, then left, and while I'm not stunned or horrified I do think you could say that it was pretty underwhelming, and I would probably recommend going to different branch for this kind of thing.

9/24/2017 edit to prior review: lowering rating from 4 to 2 stars due to worsened staff quality (especially Genius Bar) and still worsening parking challenges on lower Greenwich Ave. This location (and perhaps Apple more broadly) seem to be intentionally lowering level of support quality/store experience as they keep growing. _________________ The parking is impossible on Greenwich Ave and the accessories assortment is smaller than the city locations. But it sure is convenient having a local outpost. Core products and Genius Bar obviously identical to every other Apple Store.

The worst Apple Store. Poor customer service. The Apple Geniuses at this store are useless - they are not able to answer questions on their latest products. They also don't honour Apple's warranty!!! They refused to replace an iPhone case that was under warranty and purchased at their store. Had to go through Apple Care phone line to get it replaced.

This company has to realize that their produtcts are beinv used by schools , businesses etc.we use ipads for education and i am always told that i need one appointment per device meanwhile we have 120+ ipads, i went to the store twice once with appointment which wasnt confirmed , the store manager said she was sorry but she doesnt have the time to unlock 3 ipads - (takes about 5 min each ) - never again , good luck

Bright and open layout. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating, but I had to find and approach associates to ask for help on my own. I felt pretty invisible before stopping someone to make my presence known while waiting for an interview. Apparently the person I checked in with also didn't communicate very clearly that I was waiting, since they evidently thought I hadn't shown up despite speaking to 2 people and waiting there for over an hour... The service I observed with customers in that time was friendly and helpful, but seemed very slow. I was definitely not the only one sitting and waiting for someone to assist with whatever they were there for. However, the ambiance is very nice and everyone was very pleasant, even if I felt invisible much of the time in between.

Went in to have the poor battery performance on my iPhone 6 addressed. The assistant ran some diagnostics and informed me that the battery was fine despite my experience of it running from 100% to 1% in between 60-90 minutes. Advice was given re closing apps and taking a few steps that I explained had failed already. The supervisor offered a few more ideas and I was dismissed saying they would definitely work. They have not-no change. Tried calling back to them for next steps but left waiting on lines. I had the sense that they would find every reason to replace the phone. Next step is a revisit.

My phone was not coming on and was told by a young girl at the genius bar that it was broken and I need to pay $ 120 to get it fixed. To get a second opinion before I paid anything I took the phone to an AT&T store and the guy held the home button and power button for 5 secs and the phone came on. Good job AT&T.

Apple messes with older model batteries on iPhones 6s plus and then this store turns you away. They had no customers in there and said without appointment they cant help you. What’s the point in having a local store. They close in a half hour with no customers and turn you away. If i can sue i would. For people that are busy and work with their phones, we cant wait 3 days for a damn appointment.
