When we need to go to the Apple Store, this is usually the one we visit because It doesn't seem to be as busy as Westfarms. The inside is similar to any other Apple Store, but I love the atmosphere here with the bright view from the huge front glass area door area.

I've had a reoccurring problem with a cable in my computer. I drove up immediately after discovering the problem (5pm ish) and was able to get my computer back before close (8pm). I didn't have to pay to get the cable replaced since it had previously been replaced at the Apple Store not long ago. Although the products are admittedly really frustrating, *if you're nice to the employees they're so nice back*. Mimi the technician was really nice and patient and explained everything and answered all my questions (even after getting yelled at by the guy before me).

My charger stopped working on my iPhone (most likely because I pull on it while using it so I can still use my phone) and I lucked out, as when I got there, there weren't many people in the store. I told the guy at the front what was happening to my charger and he had one of the people in red bring me to speak to someone who could get me to the right place. Overall everyone was friendly and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I'm glad Apple decided to open this store so close to my neighborhood because this will be my goto store from now on.

I called the Evergreen Walk store’s local number to confirm if they had batteries in stock for the iPhone battery replacement program. After being connected to AppleCare numerous times instead, I finally figured out that I could get to the local store by telling the automated service that I wanted to speak to a manager. The employee I was eventually connected with confirmed they did have them in stock, and he explained the process could take about an hour, but that I could leave it and come back to pick it up. When I arrived, I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not, so I was referred to another employee to begin. He told me that it would be at least an hour before they could even look at my phone. Then he said they require that I stay onsite during the process (even after I explained the phone had been wiped/reset and there was no personal info on it). I didn’t have an extra hour to wait... and had not planned on staying there throughout the experience either. Why didn’t the employee I spoke to on the phone tell me this? I would have planned my day very differently. I had to walk out and will have to try again another day as I didn’t have the time today to go through all this. I am already pretty upset about the battery situation to begin with. The only reason I upgraded my phone last fall was because it had slowed down so badly. I thought it was just because iOS had evolved too much for my old iPhone 6. To find out AFTER upgrading that I could have kept my old phone and improved the experience by fixing the battery (and saved hundreds of dollars in the process) is ridiculous. And now that I want to fix the battery and gift my old phone to someone else, they’re still not making it easy. Apple... you need to refocus on the basics and earn your customers’ business by respecting them. At the local level specifically, work on respecting your customers’ time. I would have been first in line to get a HomePod... but I think you and I are done for now.

Just left after waiting 15 minutes for someone to help me. There were at least two sales people standing around and other people came in after I did and they were helped right away. I’m on the fence about buying another Chinese made Apple product- they just made the decision easier. I have a fairly new phone it won’t charge without me holding the cord in. I’m constantly opening apps that I don’t want open when the phone is just laying on the counter. I had Apple support on the phone last week for over 90 minutes to get my phone working - after six hours my phone quit - they could and still have not resolve my problems. Before spending the better part of a $1,000.00 I would suggest considering other products and services. They have way too much market share and care very little about the end user. I left without making a purchase for the above reasons. If this app would let me, I would post with no stars.

If you have an Apple computer that needs service do not repeat do not let geek squad or any other place besides an Apple store work on your products because it will void the warranty you can have it done here at Apple evergreen Walk or wherever is closer to you. I bought my 2 PC desktops at Best buy and they convinced me to buy a geek squad protection, my husband's computer needed to be looked at and they claimed it had to be completely rebooted when I talk to Apple about this apple said that's a No-No that they are forcing you and voiding out your actual warranty which is forever with an Apple computer.

The number of stars would have been one, but in all honesty there were no rude or offensive Apple or Citizen One Financial employee's. The only thing offensive is the company's attitude towards it's customer base. Please allow me to explain. We own many Apple iPhones and other products. I visited the Evergreen Walk store in South Windsor Ct on June 23rd to amongst other things, purchase an iPhone. As we completed the very long and horribly tedious process of purchasing the phone using the 0% monthly payment plan, My 770 credit score was denied. Yes that is right DENIED. The "process" includes recording your drivers license, your credit card for automatic charges to your account, and collection of your SS # and birthdate. I work very hard to maintain excellent credit but 3 years ago I was sued for $274. for a medical bill I disputed. I lost (I could not make it to court that day) and paid the $274 to the undeserved medical company for a duplicate payment for a medical test. ALL that information becomes a part of your credit history. And yes my credit score is still 770, since it had occurred far enough in the past. I even very recently refinanced my mortgage and took out a home equity Loan on my house without any problems. Citizen One financial however does not review your credit, if you have an unsatisfactory score or in my case a "judgement" you are denied, period. Neither company apparently has anyone smart enough to read a credit report. Citizen One claims that the standards are put in place by Apple, not sure I believe them though. I spoke to both companies customer service they each blamed the other, big surprise. I blame Apple for allowing a company mistreat it's customers in such a demeaning way. When the the report came back I sensed the Apple employee's wanted to believe me, yet was looked upon like a common criminal. Not sure what I will do next but I feel extremely betrayed by Apple. I consider myself a good customer and will be reluctant to make many purchases from them in the future.

They are trying make you believe the problem (the problem you have but they don’t know anything about it) it’s not a problem, it’s normal. But when you prove them it’s a problem they were like “Ohhhh”. Other than that they are really nice. They just need more training.

It's a shame I have three IPhones for myself and children thinking they are good devices, however when something goes wrong I can't even get a reservation online so go into the closest Apple Store in South Windsor and receive horrible service time and time again!!!! It's difficult to get an appointment online so I go into the store and told to wait a total of 2 hours which I was ok with being a walkin however I come in at the 2 hour mark still no text alert someone is ready for me and I see 6 (SIX) Apple employees standing around doing nothing but talking to each other. Funny enough this happens everytime I come to this store.

I don’t think I’ll be giving Apple anymore of my money. An update to the Operating System ended up ruining my hard drive. Both the store and customer service said that can’t happen. “You’re out of warranty, sorry”. Compare it to buying an expensive car used, without a warranty it’s going to cost you.

This store is absolutely a waste of time- It hasn’t been 45 days since I got the new Xs Max which truly has a ton of known issues i.e crummy modem (poor cellular and wifi signal) regardless my device started running into an issue where the screen would turn bright white in boxes, pretty much bad lcd/ the touch sensor was fine - of course it went back to normal when I brought it in, staff barely looked at it and said nothing wrong. Two weeks later it happens again now my device calls 911 with a dead screen, and yup the touch works. I’ve been using Apple devices for years, worked in cell phones for years - have only been to Apple stores (NYC & Paramus) for legitimate issues (probably 3 the most in 7 years) to be services appropriately at those stores - these fools made me waste my time without properly diagnosing an issue, when I asked the lady did you guys try to replicate the issue by shining a light at the sensor she said no. Do yourself a favor don’t come here, these folks pick and choose who they want to service- saw first hand denying minor issues which have been resolved at other apple stores in NYC as a goodwill. Lots of nonsense going on here, expect to wait even more on top of your scheduled appointment!

Esthetically pleasing and its nice to have all the Apple products in one place. Downside: very busy and crowded with long wait times. Come here only if you have to. You can get many of the same items at Wal-Mart or Best Buy or even a cheap one at a pawn shop and be in and out in no time with your Apple products.

I took my phone to replace the battery at evergreen walk store. When I went back to pick it up they told me they couldn’t fix it because they can’t take the screw out that not true they broke it. They never send me email to let me know. my problem is they want me to replace the phone for almost $400.00. The manager came and didn’t do any thing. that’s how they treat there customer.

My father’s 10 month old iPhone 8 exploded shortly after being put to charge on an original apple charger. After being told at two other locations in southern Connecticut (our Provider Sprint, and the Best Buy that we were directed to), we took the hour long trip to resolve the issue. Upon being reviewed by a technician behind closed doors, a store associate informed my father that it was his fault and they could do nothing to help. When asked how to avoid the issue in the future, the associate responded: “We do not know, we were not there”. The phone showed no signs of inspection, as it would have due to its warped frame and heavily shattered glass. Apple’s replacement policy clearly does not provide a satisfactory solution in the case of a faulty product, and this store in particular made no effort improve the situation.

Apple: Friday July 6th my daughter and I went into the Evergreen store for a MacBook Pro display issue. I made an appointment and worked with Grady and he was great. Grady identified the issue quickly and gave us our options. They could not fix it in the store but could ship it out. Grady gave us parts stores to checkout as well in case we wanted to try and fix it ourselves. Excellent customer service. Back a week later Saturday 7/14 and made an appointment. Grady informed us we could come back and they would ship the machine out. No appointment needed. Met with one young lady two hours early and she was nice. Told us it would be best to come back around 645 since Grady was busy (appointment was 735). We asked if someone else could just ship the machine out since Grady was busy. FYI - notes were in the case # already per Grady. We come back at 645 and meet with Christian. Completely rude!!! We attempted to inform him of what happened before and he interrupted me. Told me he could do could do nothing and to come back. Rude plain and simple! All we needed was someone to ship out a machine. I made an appointment I understand but I assure you if I wanted to purchase a new Mac they would have had someone right st my side and get it shipped to my house ASAP. Hate to say it but the commercials are accurate about these Apple Stores. You may get a good egg but the rude employees leave the impressions. Looks like Westfarms Mall Apple store moving forward. Grady and Nick thank you for your help but your colleague Christian may want to take some pointers from you about Customer service! Thank you. Dedicated Apple Customer. Maybe!!!

It looks very nice and clean, like any respectable Apple store. I simply wanted my screen fixed. When I went in on Sunday, I couldn't actually get an appt until Tuesday. Then I came in and apparently got the new guy. He seemed very unsure about how to work the iPad he was working on, so unsure that I offered to help him. I asked why it was so expensive a process and he had to ask someone else for the answer. He didn't know approximately how long it would take, so he asked a supervisor (the est time was right in front of him on the screen). I went out (the procedure took about an hour), and when I returned, the screen was fixed... For the most part. The seal at the bottom was incomplete, almost ensuring that water or moisture of any kind could easily get in and mess up my entire phone. I am returning tomorrow to get it re-replaced, but I will most likely not return after that until they properly train their employees. The service was great and the people were very nice, but the product was a bit disappointing.

Rude employee! Made appointment as a walk in for a 2 hour return time recieved text saying the were ready for us 35 minutes prior to our appointment time ,not being told they would change time. Went into store informed our appointment was cancelled it was 10 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment now there was 8 people ahead of us would have to wait. Just needed a battery replaced on my iPhone. I set up an appointment as any respectable customer would. Went in to get the battery replaced, and was told they couldn't do it because there was a potential that it may not work. I told the "genius" at the Genius Bar that I would be happy to pay even if it didn't work, and I was still told no. I asked to borrow the tools to do it myself, and was also told no. They told me I had to purchase a new iPhone. I left in sadness and regret for purchasing from a company that I had so much respect for :(
